Torrance quietly sighed in relief when Nana let whatever spurred on her irritation g and allowed her attention to promptly return to finding booze. While he still wasn't overly excited about that proposition, it was, at least a better choice than having to deal with the suddenly-infuriated Initiate. So he nodded meekly, motioned for her to lead on, and fell in behind her.
They walked a short distance through the rocky, darkened hallways before Nana turned her attention to him again to ask into his background. Torrance held silence for a few moments, unsure of what to say. He was a Jedi before fleeing to the Sith, but he didn't like talking about that with other.
He especially didn't like remembering the pain that brought him here.
"Jedi," he said simply. "Just... a Jedi."

"You look all the same to me if you ask me..." Continuing to lead the march without a clear idea of where were they truly heading to, however, maybe out of intuition or seer luck, they soon found themselves at the outside. Looking mighty proud of her achievement and still apparently carelessly holding her guns, Naná exclaimed. "Alright! We are out, i am pretty good at this stuff, don't you agree?"
She took a couple of seconds to stare at the landscape before inquiring. "So where is this Drechade or whatever you talked about earlier? Can you lead the way there?" Naná holstered her guns and arched her back to stretch a little before adding. "Or is it too far away, if thats it, then we have to snatch a ride too." She hadn't been paying enough attention to the specifics he gave about the place earlier but didn't seem to care much either, so as long as they eventually got there.

"All look the same?" Torrance blinked. What did that mean? Maybe he didn't want to know.
The thought was quickly forgotten as they left the Temple and emerged out in the starry night. Torrance put his hands together in his wide sleeves, rubbing his forearms for warmth. Korriban was hot during the day, but when night fell, the desert heat evaporated away, leaving a surprising chilliness in its wake. His breath misted the air in front of his face.
"Um, it's within walking distance," he said. He raised a hand to point at a cliff a mile or two away. A few lights sparkled in the night atop it. "That's it, right there. We could walk, but..." he motioned to a path that led around the Temple to a garage where some speeders for travel to and from the city awaited. "I wouldn't begrudge you wanting to ride instead..."

Spotting the place in the distance, Naná seemed to brighten up all of a sudden and and before trying to nudge him, she cheerfully exclaimed. "Now thats what i am talking about!" Following his motioning for the speeders she added "And we even got ourselves something to get there, don't get me wrong, its close enough and all that but why walk when you can ride?" Taking on his previous words, she just headed for the garage assuming that he would agree with her.

Naná shifted course, obviously pleased with the revelation about the Temple's speeder fleet. Torrance couldn't help but smile as he fought back a laugh. "Can't argue with that..." He muttered, and turned after her. A speeder would save them from the cold night air, as long as it was covered. Though some part of him worried about getting back to the Temple if Naná got as blasted as she indicated the desire for.
She led the way for the short walk to the speeder hanager. It was small, and more a large, square nook carved into the desert rock than a hangar. But the speeder fleet for transit to and from Dreshdae was small, and didn't require much space.
A lone guard loitered inside the hangar, and after the two Initiate verified their identity, allowed them to pick a ride. "We'll need to be careful," Torrance said, mostly joking. He stopped by a small two-seater and slapped it. "Don't know what the insurance on these things is, but I don't wanna find out."
He paused, hand still resting on the side of the speeder. "Soo... you driving, or me?"

Finally reaching their steed and after a quick inspection, Naná gave Torrance a satisfied look. "Well this is much better than what expected of this place..." Leaning over him she commented. "So you can drive? How convenient! Then you just volunteered to be our getaway driver, though for once i have to agree, lets not find out about the insurance." Hopping onto the speeder, she pointed forwards, gave a small kick to the speeder and yelled excitedly. "Lets go! Lets go!" Now that their destination seemed to be just minutes away, she seemed to be in a much greater mood than before. At last a chance to have a drink in this dusty, crappy rust bucket of a planet...

Someone was certainly in a much better mood than she'd been a few minutes prior. Guess I shouldn't complain, Torrance said silently. He opened a door and slid into the driver's seat, letting his hands run over the speeder's controls. The thing was decent enough, if a bit spartan on the inside.
But who expected luxury from a general use Sith speeder anyway?
Power on, repulsors engaged, and the speeder took a tentative first few steps as Torrance eased it up, then out of the garage. Then he opened up the throttle and they zoomed off to Dreshdae's flickering lights.
"So why're you so eager to get blasted anyway?" He asked Naná, curiosity peeking through his voice as they sailed through the crisp night air. "Bad week? Or just out for mischief?"

Once the speeder tog on the move she yelled again out of pure joy. "Faster, faster!" Compared to spooky corridors and halls of the temple, a ride on the speeder was much more exciting and homely to the ex-ganger and she had no reserves in making it obvious. Her enthusiasm seemed to tone down a little when she heard his question. "Why?"
Why? Does one really need a reason? She thought about it for a couple of seconds before shrugging and saying. "Yeh its been kind of a shitty day/week/month, i do it out of habit too, Its as good a way to waste the time as any other, at least for me is enjoyable, there is your mischief too if you want and i could just go on... There is plenty to chose from so make your pick." Naná couldn't tell if it was just a conglomerate of reasons pushing her to do it quite often or if it was one big primary reason, that made her start and the vice just acted as a magnet for the others. She had been doing it for a couple of years, maybe even more, she couldn't or really didn't care to pinpoint it.

Torrance glanced at Nana from the corner of his eye. “Bad week, huh?” He was quiet for a moment, contemplating. Did anyone ever have a good week in the Sith Order? I guess the Lords and Darth might, he thought. Must be nice to be on top.
“Well I guess that’s understandable,” he said after a few moments’ quiet. “Gotta have something help cool off, right?” The Kiffar managed a smile as the speeder hummed along beneath them. “Just don’t get too carried away, right?”
Or maybe she would. Torrance didn’t really go out drinking that often, or ever, for that matter. Not in bars. An occasional drink on his own every now and then, but that was about it. Maybe if he found someone to do it with, but wasn’t getting his hopes up too much. Not in the Sith.
“You ever get into bar fights?” he asked idly, looking at her again. “Or stay outta trouble?”

Naná glanced at Torrance, finally he was beginning to understand what it was all about. "I never get carried away..." She blatantly lied. If there was such thing as a record, one could easily tell that crashing at home completely wasted was the way such escapades tended to end like, that was unless there was something exciting to do that would interrupt her.
She shrugged at his last question, not really having a proper answer for it. "I try out of trouble's way... I just can't." In her short lifespan Naná had started few fights but more often than not such things tended to ind her instead. Then again it wasn't as if she didn't enjoy such situations or her way of overreacting helped to prevent them anyway. "What about you? So sober and irritable that that always get caught up in those?"
