I'll get to work on a post tomorrow night. At the latest, I should have it finished some time Monday. I'll finally have a chance to sleep until I wake up naturally on Monday. I hear that does wonders for the creative process.

Update: Okay, looks like I'll need one more day.  I got a fair bit done already, though.  Just need to get some sleep.  By this time tomorrow, post!

Ah, yeah. Sorry, new post probably would have been better. But anyway, post's up. I'll go back and take another look at it after some sleep, and see if there's anything glaringly sucky that needs editing. But it should do for now.

Sorry for late post. Quick question - moving forward in the thread, will we be continuing the order of Meira - dreadpiratemike - Dutch - Tesok, or was that just a way to make up for my absence?

The posting order can stay this way until we split up into the rotation. Because not all players will be in the same room the whole time, we will have two parallel scenes: Jess and whoever is guarding him and then the other two Jedi… wherever they might be when not in the room guarding Jess. Since these two separate scenes don’t rely on each other, they don’t need to follow an order for EVERYONE unless we just really want to stick with an order for all of us. What we can do is split it and maintain two separate orders. What I mean is something like this:
If I remember correctly, we agreed Jaidan would be taking the first shift SO….
Dutch and Pirate Mike can maintain their own order like Dutch, then Mike, then Dutch, then Mike and so on.
Meanwhile, Tesok and I can maintain our own order of Tesok, then Meira, then Tesok, etc. That way each pair can continue their little part without having to wait on the other two. Once we start the rotations, I imagine that the two parallel scenes will be paced differently and so shouldn’t have to rely on waiting for the others to post as well.
The only thing with this is that it might make it seem kinda confusing in the thread. So alternatively, we can stick with the posting order we have now OR….
We can open another thread entirely for the two Jedi while they’re not in the room with Jess.
What do y’all think? Did any of that make sense at all?

I don't like the second thread idea, otherwise i dun really care. Tesok, if you wanna post I'd say go ahead. Being a weekend warrior, most of my hours for the week are crammed into the next three days. So yeah.

I'll try to get a post up tonight. I think we decided that Tesok would take first watch, so I'll have him do that, and then I guess we'd split up into separate posting orders. Was there a specific number of rounds decided on for each shift?

No, no predetermined rounds of posting per shift. Gotta let this drama play out organically!
