We're playing this in band and all of us agree it sounds like a theme for space pirates. Even one guy I don't know commented that on the page.

I got a character looking for some rp. He has a ship he uses but he's willing to travel with others as a support ship. He is a ship junkie basically and though your looking for a certain positions I was hoping you'd allow a support transport in on it as a side ship with a one man crew until others are found. If interested the character is under fringer Brinisk. He's of mando birth but wants revenge but right now he is building up his cash flow and self-business to get things going. Just let me know if a support ship would work.

Not really looking for positions so much anymore. Midnight has gone AWOL so I've kinda taken over. We'd love to have you in the fleet. We're currently in orbit over Mygeeto but we'll probably make a thread on the surface of some planet to have a little meeting and recruitment drive. You could meet up with us then.

That sounds good to me. I can come together with something as to why he is there since the old thread he was in went dead. Maybe just looking for work but he is ready to roll over people to get money and such for his revenge. He just needs massive work.

I'm gonna move Ean out of his comatose thread and go on a new bounty. I could have him head to the same planet, if you still want him as a pirate.

I'm not entirely sure. If there's one thing I've learned from being in a pirate thread it's that things NEVER go as planned.....

...but here are some possibilities.


Mygeeto (if the ground battle dies down enough)
Nar Shadaa (always a good place to hire pirates)
Deep Space (We still have to establish our HQ in the Derelict Doom, the abandoned hulk of a Sith interdictor)
Korriban (HAHAHA....no, just kidding)
Any suggestions from the crew/crew-to-be?

All righty. Because I would be flexible. He just has to be somewhere chasing some NPC bounty I come up with...

Nar Shaddaa might make the most sense, though. Because he used to work out of there for someone. (Maybe Garuuba the Hutt, but dunno yet). But it could be anywhere.

Alright, seeing a the Mygeeto thread got stuck due to the disappearance of Leo and Catatafish, I did a little GMing and got us out of there. I have made a new thread called Panning for Gold (open by request) on Nar Shadaa. It's a recruitment drive and discussion thread where we'll be getting new members and discussing the future of the Black Moon Pirates.

Plus, I doubt he's the type to go looking for an in with pirates. He would probably have to be convinced... Maybe he can run into you guys somewhere or vice versa?

We need to start working on this. I'm a bit edgy for some good rp since I haven't had a good once since like october! I'm ready to put Brinisk into motion on crime rather then leave him an idle smuggler and pilot. Let me know what we are doing so I can come up with a nice little introduction for him to jump into the Black Moons.

I have a slicer character who was last seen hanging out around mygeeto. With werefox's absence, I have no idea what to do with they guy right now. So... could you folks a slightly less combat competent crew member? Perhaps after a time skip he could meet the Black Moons... somewhere...

Just get to Nar Shadaa, and my Gray Jedi Knight will give you your room, and if Arh allows at a later date, your job assignments.

Basically Avoim. Just show em around the ship and when we're all good to go, Rah will come aboard and start assigning positions. We can discuss these positions here, but I'd also like to RP it, if only to get a better sense of intergration. (what? I don't want you guys running off on me )

Of course, perhaps advisor or something? Believe it or not, Rah almost respects you (VERY hard to do) as a wise force user. Also it's your post in PfG.

As for Ean, I don't plan on doing much more recruitment after this thread. Most likely we're going to get our base of operations, which will be located in deep space. Not sure how he would run into us there unless we ran into eachother en route. I don't know, is he the kinda guy who would be curious about a strange fleet of obscure ships randomly flitting through space?

I dunno.. once he moves off Coruscant, he'll be searching for his bounties. Plus, he travels publicly, because he can't pilot his own ship.

Here's a thought, though not one to be done soon.

Once we find our HQ (a derelict interdictor) we will make it our goal to bring it into enough operation to support life aboard key sections of it as well as possibly some of its defense systems and engines. That said we will be raiding many stray civilian and military craft for parts. Perhaps Ean could be on board of one of these when we attack it. Maybe hold off our boarding party, kill a few guys and earn some respect with the pirates?

Maybe.... depending on whether he has gotten a ship or not, lol.

Otherwise, sometime in the future, I may be making a spacer-type character. He could join maybe.
