Excellent movie in my opinion! I loved it, animations were amazing! I do also like how they interpreted the characters, you know, how they played out, and the way they acted. They did an excellent job in portraying the character's personalities. I think that Vincent remains the best followed by Cloud and Red XIII.

Yea, one of the best things i liked about the movie was Sephiroth, more accurately his voice. I think he was the BEST voice for the character!

I think Sephiroth was the best then cloud then Vincent.... though the cloud and vincent are very very close in my oppinion. I LOVE the movie though.

The Animation was simply stunning. ;D I've an acute appreciation for such things. A wonderful storyline too, of course; I'd never expect anything less from Final Fantasy. ;D

I know! My only regret about the movie was that it didn't have enough of Vincent Valentine.
But
At the same time I believe that each FF character had the right amount of 'movie time' within the film. For instance if Sephiroth was in it from the beginning, it would ruin the film

I hate playing the Devil's Advocate, but I'm not exactly a fan on Advent Children. On one hand, the animation was top-notch, and the Japanese voice-cast was great. Nobuo Uematsu makes a rare comeback with a relatively good score after tiring himself out with FFX. On the other hand, Advent Children was clearly more of "hey, look at what we can do~" in part of Square rather than an actual serious addition to Final Fantasy VII, which - while relatively good - I find to be a stupendously overrated game. It was clearly a move that was designed solely to appease to fanboys and fangirls who want CG cutscenes of Cloud and Sephiroth duking it out.
In my humble opinion, is Advent Children a good movie? It's good for what it is. But is it awesome? I guess that would be a yes.

I am sorry but after the phail spirits within movie, I need a FF movie that was actually good and it delivered.
I just hope they make a movie with Zack and Genesis in it this time because GENESIS IS SO BADASS.

Yer, everyone wants FF7 onto PS3 and Xbox360 (for me  ) But I think that they should TAKE THEIR TIME and make it into a cgi movie I think that would be awersome1 |

Overall, the movie was great. The storyline was awesome and the animation was well-done. I'm kinda hoping they make another Final Fantasy movie, hoping they do as well as Advent Children did.
