Cay sighed as he looked at Radd. He seemed to be doing that a lot lately. The Mandalorian tried to think of what he could possibly do next. His body position shifted a little as the dark green armor became a tad uncomfortable. His hand had now began to steadily tap on his Mandalorian helmet.
I heard that quite often while here on Nar Shadaa...
Cay paused momentarily. He wanted to recruit this man, but he knew that there was no way he could play favorites with anyone. At least not until they started making a name for themselves.
Your past is your own, but know that if you join you will only be working on a future that reflects our past...to an extent of course.

Kiriin again did something he thought he'd never do, but he had seemed to be getting into the habit again. He reached up and breaking the seal of his helmet, removed it to show his true features.
You know, it would be nice to settle down on Mandalore again and raise a family. I do have a score to settle first though. As long as your goals and mine meet I will gladly join your ragtag crew of misfits. I will personally see to it that every single one of them is educated in the true heritage of our people. As a token of gratitude and as a gift I will present you with the transport I am currently on.
Kiriin stepped up to the desk and presented his arm for the pact.
Haat, ijaa, haa'it. Truth, honor, vision.

Cay met him with the appropriate motion and had a smirk on his face. After all he was getting, from his opinion, a capable Mandalorian. Perhaps more capable than those he had on the ship at the time.
Gar ganar olaror ner vod You have come home my brother
Cay finished and looked out the window again. His future still looked bleak, no matter how he looked at it this would be a most pivotal point in his life. His life as Cay Severn, and his life as "Mandalore the Unificator". He was going to need a capital class vessel to make any kind of run on Mandalore. Cay continued to wait if his vessel was finished on the part of the ex-Mandalorian. Things should have began to fall in place, but Cay knew he was being a tad impatient. After getting someone to show Radd his room, of course this being only after Cay allowed his fellow Mandalorian to put his helmet back on, he tried to contact the ship builder he had contracted.
(unfortunately I don't know where I can find a lot on Mandalorian culture so sorry for the vagueness.)

Kiriian took a step back after forming the pact and donned his helmet once again. This man too would have to earn his trust, just like everyone else.
What is your clan name vod? Fore, until you have earned my trust you will just be another Mando'ade in my eyes. When you have earned the title of Mandalore, then I will call you such. I expect the same from you. I am Kiriian Radd, last of my clan.

Cay nodded in understanding of the Mandalorian's actions. If anything he at least had someone who would recognize his true personality for the time being. Cay looked at Radd's helmet with a smirk.
I am Cay Severn of Clan Tyran ner vod, and know that you are no longer the last of your clan, but a member of "our" clan.
He knew that a clan was something important to a Mandalorian. It was his home, community, sanctuary. All those things that a clan offered, this man before him had lost it all. Still Cay had made the statement before. As soon as Radd decided he would become a part of Cay's efforts he began working on the future of the Mandalorians and leaving the past behind him for the time being.
We need to get off this planet as soon as we manage to get a Capital class ship with an ample amount of hangar space.

Cay Severn. Kiriin rolled it around on his tongue a bit and found it in his mind. Yes, this man would lead him to where he needed to be. A capital class vessel was hard to come by. Over the past few years though Kiriin had been traveling the galaxy and had heard some rumors and reports on different shipyards building the large vessels.
Clan Tyran. Very well, but I shall still be known as being from clan Radd. I accept your proposal. Your quest for a capital class vessel is a daunting one, but I have heard rumors and reports in the last few years of some shipyards constructing them. Not all of these shipyards are Republic owned, nor are they large known companies either. I would like to be in on this quest of yours ner vod.

Ner Vod, I am not so careless as to begin this arduous task without some prior preparation...
Cay looked noticing Felis walk into the room with Durham and Kain at his sides. The Mandalorian pointed to Felis without wasting a moment.
Felis you are coming with me, we have a ship to pick up.
Yes Mandalore
Cay's eyes turned to see Radd who was in full armor. Radd...the last of his clan, and he wanted to be remembered as such. It wasn't a hard thing for Cay to do, but at the same time it was a bit nostalgic. Cay's father's clan, Clan Severn, was where he had acquired his last name. Now even though he has created a new clan he never once thought about altering his name. Perhaps it was an unconscious homage to the one who helped give birth to him. A homage to the one who had raised him, showed him Mandalorian honor, and eventually died with it.
You're welcome to come with me on this small trip to acquire our vessel for the coming days, Radd...
Here Cay was trying to fight for the future, trying to forget the past, to start anew. It was then and there that he understood that he could never erase the past and he would always cling to it as a sense of guidance.
Cay couldn't help but smirk as his eyes left Radd and moved to the door which he found himself taking steps towards. What kind of leader was he? Always at turmoil with himself, tossing and turning about the decisions he was making, and the repercussions of those decisions he made. Cay touched his hand to his lef thand to his forehead gently seeing as his right arm held his helmet under his arm.
He donned his dark green helmet as the door slid upwards to let him out of the room. Now in full Mandalorian armor that was crafted by his father for him Cay Severn made his way towards the ships exit.

Kiriin raised his fist diagonal across his chest in a salute and fell in step with Cay, flanking to the rear and right of him. He nodded towards the other two that had entered as they passed. He had found where he might possibly belong, the right hand of the Mandalore, although Radd knew others would not like that. As for that, only the strong and honorable survived to live as Mandalorian. He knew that calling the Mandalore by his clan name would irk many among the drones that he had recruited. Well, Kiriin knew a way to fix that and with Cay's permission he would implement it.
May I ask what your plan may be for aquiring this ship that we are to pick up? I know that it shouldn't be my gift to you Cay, but if it is then your man knows where it is. On the other I do not question your motives either. I am the type of man that I need to know all of the cogs and gears to understand the larger reason of why the machine works.

((this is assuming i was 'captured' as well, since i'm still tagging along))
Italia looked between the two mandalorians. This was a sight she'd never thought she would see, but yet, here it was....right infront of her. Grunting slightly, she shifted her weight from one leg to the other. Italia knew better than to speak before she was spoken to, especially since these were mandalorians. Anything she said might be taken badly....one wrong word and it was over for her. Not to mention Kiriin might loose out...and that was the last thing she wanted. Everyone deserved to get vengance for their family's deaths, and if this was a way to get that, then she'd be loath to screw it up for him.
As she listened to the two talk, she couldn't help but snicker slightly, though it was only loud enough for Kiriin to hear. If they asked her, these ruffians were hardly her idea of mandalorians...more like mando trained mercs...
Excuse me, but would you mind speaking to me a moment Kiriin...?
She said pointedly, making it obvious to him that she wanted to speak to him privately.

(well I guess we're winging it right now...um Tal I guess you can rp being aboard the ship or with our small possie. Your choice, I probably wouldn't detain you less you came in trying to shoot everyone)
Cay managed a smirk as he heard his name. He hadn't heard in a long time, he liked the ring of it, but most of all he liked the fact that it had not been lost. No matter how bad it looked to have a Mandalorian "under" him call him by his clan name Cay couldn't help but enjoy it. Felis didn't really bother being one of the more experienced Mandalorians. In fact Felis had been there with Cay as he grew up.
When Cay fled Felis gained honor, and when he returned the two had to fight each other. In the end Felis agreed to join Cay in his journey.
Ah, as much as you may be against getting help from outside forces I've managed to secure a stock of weapons and a contracted a ship building company. When we eventually take a planet we will use the economy there to help pay some of the money back to these companies. For right now my own accumulated account will suffice to pay these small fees.
The group arrived at the main entrance to the giant hangar. Two Aqualish thugs stood there on either sides of the door. Immediately they barred Cay and the group from entering and began speaking in their language.
grunt grunt growl State your business here!
Cay sighed at the unpleasant tone given to him. He had to use his patience in order to not draw his vibroblade from his sheathe that was on his back. All the while his demeanor remained calm and reserved, his eyes not moving from the two in front of him.
I have a meeting with your boss, it's about a ship I need.
The Aqualish guards recognized the colors of this Mandalorians armor and the symbol on his shoulders. The went back to their original stances letting Cay and company in. Cay walked in with his helmet on, his emotions were silent as he entered the building. A building own by an Ex-Mandalorian who had become a businessman.

Kiriin abandoned his post of flanking Cay and fell back to walk near Italia. He motioned her into a side alcove with holo screens flashing random news about the local area.
Talk to me, but be quick. Cay is too trusting of a man. This may be a trap.

She snorted slightly and nodded once.
I dont like this Kiriin...these people remind me more of mando trained mercs than anything else...this could turn bad...fast. I didn't want to say anything around Cay because i know this might be a chance to find out more about your family's killer, but....
She shook her head slightly...the fact was, she didn't know quite what was bothering her about this situation.
How do you know you can trust him? Remember? First rule of a bounty hunter: never trust anyone? Isn't it similar with the mando?

Kiriin cocked his helmeted head to the side in amusement at Italia's comment. She was stating rules of being a bounty hunter when she had overlooked the fact that he had already thought of this.
Your paranoia amuses me, as well as your naivete. I have already run these scenarios in my head and have taken the precautions I need to.
As to these men being Mando'ade? They are nothing more that Mando'a trained mercs as you guessed. After I am through with them though, they will be Mando'ade in more than just name. You have every right and choice to return to the ship if you please, but the ship is no longer mine.
You also forget that you have broken your own code of bounty hunting by trusting in me. Think on that.
Kiriin turned to go resume his station beside Cay as they entered the building. He blink commanded a few commands and let his helmet scanners get an in depth overlay of the surrounding environment. It located and tagged all living beings as well as all mechanical droids. The new modification he had added earlier scanned for varying types of weaponry, but he had not finished uploaded all of the data he needed to.

She chuckled slightly. He assumed to much, but she didn't care to state that. However, he did have a point...she wasn't dealing with a rookie, nor an idiot...she had to keep that in mind as well.
And miss out on the fun? hmph...no thanks. I'd rather not be stranded here, nor accused of theft....well...not right now anyway...
She retorted, leaning casually against a pillar. One thing Italia had learned to do well, was to pay close attention to her surroundings, but not make it obvious. She studied her nails for a moment, while gazing around at her surroundings from under lowered eyelids, then sighed and stretched, loosening her blasters without even laying a hand on them.
Alright, so what are we supposed to be doing? Beside being watch dogs that is?

Kiriin just shrugged, not making his true intent known to her. He idly walked back to his post as Cay's right hand man and continued scanning his surroundings. He smiled under the mask of his helmet at the adeptness that his companion showed. She indeed had the spirit of the warrior and would make a fine Mandalorian.
Watch dogs?? We are our own watch dogs. Just keep your eyes sharp and your trigger fingers ready. Watch my back and I watch yours.

Italia nodded slightly. That was reasonable...she just hoped she didn't find a dagger in her back....that had happened once before, and once was enough for her. As the thought drifted across her mind, she couldn't help but notice that a part of her mind rejected it...did she really trust him that much? He seemed worthy of trust, but people could be decieving...this too she had to remember.
A slight smirk pulled at the corners of her mouth as she thought of what it might be like to actually trust someone enough to open up to them...but the slight smile faded almost instantly. No. It wasn't possible. That was what family was for, and she had none left alive.
Right. Just don't stick a dagger in it and we'll be fine. she muttered.

(you almost got us pegged Radd, the whole trained merc bit)
Cay was ushered through by a female Twi'lek receptionist to a small room where his company was not allowed to follow. Before him was a table with a chair on either side of it. Much like the setup before, and much like before the Mandalorian leader took his seat.
Sure enough the man he had gotten the contract with found himself a seat and looked at Cay who was now in full armor unlike the last time they met.
You know I couldn't possibly have built a capital class vessel so quickly.
Yes I do know that, but you must have a hangar of sorts for people to purchase.
But those are just old models, perhaps some of the very first models that this company has built. They are historic for us.
Cay's face remained emotionless and there was a serious tone in his voice when he chose his next words.
How long will it be until you get one of those armed?
You can't expect me to...
"Mandalore's" helmet didn't move leaving the business man, who once knew the Mandalorian culture all too well, to only guess that Cay was dead serious. Not particularly threatened the man did the only thing he could think of.
Give me a couple of days and I'll have one ready...
He knew it had only been in the last couple decades that this company existed so even if it was their oldest model one of their vessels should hold up okay. It wasn't that the business man was afraid, but it was that he had to show proof. Cay knew that and used that to his advantage to get what he required. The last time they met this businessman poured his heart out to Cay who accepted his form of repentance. If this man were to revoke Cay's offer he would revoke his life on the spot.
Good, now please hurry. We need to leave this planet soon, get a place of our own so that we may become true Mandalorians.
It was as simple as that, so far things have been falling into place for Cay. Because of that his mind drifted to things more towards the future. Things like training his men, he shouldn't say "men" because that would be the improper term for those who fight for the same cause as him. His brothers, he needed to train his brothers...the way of the Mandalorian. He needed to revisit the things that his father had taught him, things that had been lost in his years as a bounty hunter.
For Cay those years, were probably the most destructive of his life. It was most likely the sole reason why Cay Severn and "Mandalore the Unificator" never could and never would be one person. It was the reason that the struggle would always be constant inside of him.
(sorry, no action yet...)

Kiriin stood with Italia and the rest of the delebation outside of the antechamber that Cay had entered moments before. His scanners had picked up quite a bit of hardware and the lifeforms to wield it too. In fact the Twi'lek female that had shown Cay in was now standing aside eyeing the party. His helmet picked up approxiately seven vibroblades concealed on her body.
She was no ordinary "receptionist." Kiriin didn't nod in her direction nor did he make any move other than blinking on the status of his autolock software in his arsenal. With the years of training and being a bounty hunter he noticed the subtle tension he noticed in her body language.
If no harm comes to Cay then you will yet live another day to serve your boss. Now relax because I know some of my friends here have twitchy nerves.

Italia snickered at his words. She was one of those with twitchy nerves...at least since the attack on Corellia.
You'd better take his word for it sweety...I'd hate to see those weapons of yours go to waste....
She muttered, more to herself than the twi'lek, but glancing at her from the corner of her eyes anyway, with a small smirk.

The door slid open and a Mandalorian in dark green armor stepped out from the door. Cay looked over to the intern who looked a bit shaky. Then his eyes came to Radd, this girl who had come along with Radd, and Felis. The middle one seemed to be smiling about something while an emotion couldn't be found on Radd or Felis behind their helmets.
Come on we are making preparations, we leave in the next couple days.
Cay's strides were completely even and Felis quickly fell into step beside him. The Mandalorian didn't have an emotion to fit what was happening at the time so his face remained stoic behind his helmet.
(after we decide on where to go next we'll just skip ahead a couple days so we can get this thing rolling)
