My sister has got me watching the first season on DVD and now I think I want to try and get in on Jenno's whole assassins thing

Dollhouse is epic, I can't wait for the new season, its gonna be intense.

That special ep that came out for the DVD was so weird and awesome at the same time. It was like a zombieh movie but not.

Anyways I read that the show got low ratings but they know that if they canceled it, hell wouldve broken loose *nods sagaciously*

Anyway... I find Topher hilarious.
I do hope Melly comes back, though. I liked her as November.

For the past few days now, after talking about Dollhouse to Jace and Dire, I have had episode eleven up on my computer. I think either eleven one or twelve is my favourite, probably eleven and I think you're all very much aware why. It's just awesome. Truly awesome.

I really can't wait for season 2. You guys just better not talk to me about it until the next day as I have to find other means of watching it. ;P

My copy of the DVD arrived today. I'm waching all the special footage first and then I'll be watching all the episodes ^_^.

Okay, I am done with my binging of season 1 DVDs.
I foolishly watched the 'unaired pilot' episode... and was kind of bored with it, since it's basically an overview of the season, haha.
Anyway, I did find I noticed more details going through for a second time.

Epitaph One, well..... I don't think I like it, not yet, anyway. Not sure I'm a big fan of everything in the future going to hell. But, I'll have to see how season 2 plays out.


Season two premiere episode... I enjoyed it. Pretty interesting. Liked getting to know Dr Saunders/Whiskey better... and Topher's reasoning for creating her the way he did.
However, I must say I really don't like Paul's use of Echo to go on his crusades to clean up the city. Plus, I didn't like them making him Echo's handler. But perhaps I just overall dislike the character.

Looking forward to tonight's episode; looked interesting.

I am still kinda sad that Boyd is not Echo's handler. They had like built up this relationship and its just been tossed aside for Paul/Echo thing.

I have the 2nd episode, need to watch it when I get a chance. First one was interesting, not exactly what I had expected but then again I wasn't sure what to expect.

Yea, I really liked Boyd, I don't think they've used him enough this season so far. Heck, I don't think he was even in the second episode was he?

I think Topher's growing on me further. In the first season he was just great fun to watch, then in Epitaph One you get a weird insight into how things are going to be and so far in the second season I've seen depth added to him, particularly in the first episode with Whiskey.

However, so far I've not been blown away like I was during the second half of the first season, there seems to be a similar trend in this season I think. However, I do season the reasoning for both episodes, whilst I felt the second episode was somewhat worse overall, I understand that this was just to demonstrate the aspect of the imprints that could alter not just the body but the mind, it's been done before (asthma) but never to a degree like it was in the previous episode.

All I can say is I hope the next one picks up a little bit, maybe a bit more Sierra, Victor and Boyd, they haven't got enough screen time so far.

Oh, and more Alpha, just because he's freaking awesome.

I agree... They didn't use Victor or Sierra in this last episode either.

And I want less of Paul (I dislike him greatly), but I doubt it. :/

I'd been predicting this with all the changes recently but I never thought they'd announce it now. Seems like the decision's made, this will be the last season of Dollhouse for us to enjoy.

There are at least a few silver linings to be taken from this though, just see this brief article:

Seems like Joss will actually be able to write some sort of ending conclusion this time, hopefully so we're not left with a Firefly 'Here I Am' ending again.

Sad to see another great show's going to go, but I look forward to the back to back episodes when December comes around. There's been some great stuff recently and hopefully things will just get better and better before the end.

But yes, it's good that FOX is letting them end it properly (like they did a few years ago with the O.C.).

I guess this means we might be ending about where Epitaph One started, or at least on that path?

Meh. This is what happens to shows on Friday nights. Plus, I think too many people are watching this one online, which doesn't count in the ratings.

Yer, sadly I have no other way to watch it x.x.

I just do my part by buying it when it comes out on DVD :/.

But I am thankful that they at least get to end it in some proper, preplanned fashion.
