I'd like to use this ship on my smuggler.

Feel free to use it with your smuggler, though as you can see the design is still waiting for approval.

Seeing as how it's armed and for your custom faction, this might fit better in "Independent Military", no?

While I can understand that others would see it fit better in Independent Military, the reason behind it being in the utilitarian section is that SPECTRE is not a military organization and therefore wouldn't maintain a large fleet. I put the design in this section because while it is built by a company controlled by Aglari the head of SPECTRE, the vessel itself would be sold to other consumers. It is just likely that a SPECTRE operative or agent would be either in possession of one of these vessels, or using one of these vessels on loan from SPECTRE or from a small rental or transport company that SPECTRE may control.
So for me it just made more sense to have it in the Utilitarian Section rather than the Independent Military section.

I see, it was a question, and you answered awesomely.
If anyone can indeed own one (Even with the armament it has. Yay Turbolasers!) and it is not a specific ship (Such as the difference between a YT-1300 and The Millennium Falcon.) I believe the Faction/Affiliation would then be Independent. Since it's not just for SPECTRE use, y'know?
Also, I don't see a transport having Turbolasers. Basically, think of a Boeing 747. Would you put turbolasers on that? Maybe a Corvette of the same size could have the two turrets.
Also, with a ship that size, I would up the crew to somewhere around 15 at least, actual staff will have the last say on that. One last thing, 125 tons of cargo space lets you have quite a bit more than 1 month of consumables, even for that amount of people.

If I had a Boeing 747 and I had the option to put Turbolasers on it, you can damn sure bet that I would XD
Anyways, I'll do some editing to make it fit better.

Well done with the reviews Ghostie. I'm going to need a replacement soon. Food for thought.
Anyway! This ship looks just about tucked and ready to ship out with just a couple little annotations:
-Crew Necessity (yes, I know, I'll change it right after this review) should really read "Optimum Crew" which is the number at which every station is thoroughly manned and every section staffed so as to attain peak efficiency and performance. A skeleton crew is just the bare minimum to make it fly and sorta shoot.
-If you're looking for fighter and missile point-defense, you actually want to invest in lighter weaponry. Heavy lasers have a large power draw and a low fire rate to compensate for the larger punch they pack. Repeating light laser cannons or basic medium laser cannons would serve you better here and accurately reflect the stats (though with any weapons at all, you still get a 1 in anti-capital for the occasional lucky critical hit on an unshielded ammunition store or the like).
