So cute.
Seems like it should weigh a bit more (and be in metric) though, and personal energy shields are heavily restricted on small-scale devices such as this. I would allow it, but the energy requirement would likely put too much strain on the laser and repulsor systems for either system's operation.
Also I don't know why it would have particle shielding, unless you intend this thing to be the target purely of bullets, surface-to-air missiles, and space gravel, ray shielding would be much more sensible.

Space gravel is the one, plan to have him go with my salvager figured she could hide behind him if a micrometer shower hit. shield isn't really meant to run for long periods of time anyway.
