Description/role:
This ship, a heavily modified Coule, is the former personal vessel of of an ambitious Aqualish crime lord, Qulag Deron. Though previously owned by another, less ambitious owner, Qulag acquired it in a daring theft on Nar Shadaa.
During the years Qulag owned her, he put her through several upgrades and personalized her paint scheme. One of the first, and most important upgrades he had some of his technicians work on was a significant upgrade to the ship's reactor, allowing for it to safely handle a significant increase in power output. Upgardes to the engines, shielding and sensor systems followed.
As the core systems of the ship was were slowly upgraded, Qulag installed weapons systems. Coules are known for being easily modified, with some parts of the ships constructed to allow easy weapon instillation by the owner. Qulag took advantage of this.
Qulags updates and upgrades were not only to weapons systems and the way the ship functioned, however. The interior of the ship was modified to his tastes as well. Cargo space and some crew capacity was sacrificed to allow the other upgrades to be installed. However, in the livable areas that remained--and there was still quite a bit, given the size of the ship--Qulag made things very nice, almost luxurious. He was, after all, a hard working man, and deserved nice things, and the interior of the ship reflected that.
The Sunder, as it was formerly known, became Qulag's pride and joy, and remained such until it was taken from him...
