Character Name: Looma Isana

Character Faction: Sith

Number Of People Wanted: 1-2 for part one, 2-3 for part two

Reason For Roleplay: I had this crazy idea the other day... and now I think I actually want to go through with it, something for Looma to do before I find her a master. (I was going to do something similar to this plot earlier but plans fell through). And it wouldn't be much fun if Looma went on this little excursion by her lonesome (no matter how much she wants to). I'm hoping this will tur into a nice multi-thread story arc.

Other:
There's kind of two parts to this.

The first one will most likely be shorter and only contain one thread. This will be the one in which she actually leaves Korriban. Since she's only an initiate and not attached to a master... I'm guessing her departure probably wouldn't go unnoticed or with all too positive views. The likely choice will be that I'll have her borrow/steal a droid to pilot a small shuttle for her, since she cannot do so herself. And so this is where the other characters would come in... Sith on Korriban confronting her (I imagine).

The second part will be the main focus and arc over multiple threads. After getting off Korriban (hopefully), she'll begin the long search for her older sister Leef, who was sold into slavery when Looma was only about 3. Without hardly any clues to go on, since it's been 15 years, and she has no idea where her sister is, she'll be making many stops, probably to various slavery-rampant planets. This is where the other set of characters would come in. Either to just talk/meet up with her, or even possibly join her on her quest to find her sister. I haven't decided yet whether she'll actually find her sister or not... It might just be a character-building exercise for her, to make her ready to accept a new master down the line.

I like this plot a lot, but unfortunately, I have no characters to involve in this. I have a Padawan that has some serious issues with the order, and I'm considering bringing her over a gray Jedi. Perhaps, if she isn't convinced otherwise, this apprentice could accidentally stumble upon each other on some s***wad of a world.

Looma could meet Var again under happier circumstances. Liquid time comes in handy there.

I just had a crazy idea. What if, now bear with me, I (or another player) take on Leef as one of our characters, and RP her after Looma finds her. I would assume she is a force-sensitive, untrained twi'lek. Perhaps, she escaped from slavery in her early twenties. From there, she may have become a smuggler or integrated into galactic life, becoming a civilian. Alternatively, she could still be a slave to someone in one of the farthest corners of the galaxy.
Again, these are wild ideas, and light suggestions to be considered by the op, nothing more.

And Drake... I can think about it, but I'm not sure if I actually want Looma to find Leef yet. (Even so, she probably wouldn't be Force-sensitive.) But it bears pondering.

[prologue] I'll probably have a bit of a pre-leaving thread, where she comes up with the idea. I think I might do this with fox and Cho, but I'm not sure.

[part one] Then there will be the thread where she actually leaves... I'd like to have some people sign up for this, so I'm not RPing with myself. But when the time comes, I may just slap an 'open' label on it and see which Sith appear.

[part two] And then comes the quest/journey threads, where she'll run into various people, including Var and Fox's peeps.



So basically... I could use some characters for part one and two, but mostly for one... (maybe the 'prologue' depending).

Well, I want to make a gray Jedi char in the future, but I can't really get my ideas straightened out into a solid concept. I figured that NPC'ing a gray Jedi would help me form an idea of what type of charie I want. If you are in need of an unaligned force user for anything, I'll be more than happy to NPC him/her if possible.

I have a new sith initiate who doesn't care all to much about the temple in general and I would love to rp more with her. So I could go with you. She could even fly the ship and help in the character building since she would comment on searching a sister who got left behind because she was weaker then her sibling. I figure thats what a potential master would tell you too.

Drake -- sounds interesting, but I think I'll stick with PCs for now. This isn't a big giant plot or anything, lol.



Daan -- Could work... especially since I believe she and Looma have met already (we had a thread going at the Temple a while back). Maybe she could be near the hangar when Looma tries to leave? And instead of stopping her, joins her?

That thread was about 2 years ago. I started over since i didn't do anything yet. although I do remember the thread. so that could still be viable. but yeah, sounds great!

So, so sorry, everyone... I know I promised I'd get to this a lot sooner, but life just, well, sucked things up for me.


I think I sent PMs to you guys a little bit ago, but I'm just posting in here to let you know that this will be getting started soon, almost certainly before the end of the month.


This will be a sort of preface thread, where she decides to leave... possibly with Fox's Cho being involved.
As well as the actual departure thread with Daan's Sith.



The other threads will come afterwards... potentially still with lmr's Var and with some of Fox's other characters... but I'd still be looking for others for her to run into. I think, lmr, that we discussed the possibility of Looma running into your Twi'lek slave (her name escapes me right now).

(In this topic, with Imr "and his terrorist the Osama Bin Laden of SWU, Tez", Cassy is investigating the fact that one of her elder twin brothers, Joran Novos has been running a drug and slave trade. She tracks him down too a nightclub which turns out too be a slave auction, with him on the microphone and selling girls and boys off to the highest bidder. A lot of action occurs, Tez sinks the whole building with a mini-nuke, Cassy does some standing on his escaping Speeder through Nar Shadaa combat with Tez and his al queda goons (LOL), and Joran Novos escapes.)

So In part two, I'd have the idea that Cassandra is looking for her brother (against the will of the Jedi Order in fact), and meets up with Looma on one of her stops on a slave trading world. Much with the same goal in mind (finding siblings), they could agree too accompany one another. Although one is a Jedi, and one is a Sith, Cassy is fast on the path too the Dark Side as it is. More so breaking the rules concerning looking for her brother (family) and drinking and partying, but still, she's willing too bend the rules extremely far in certain cases. Since you're a Sith as well...there's practically not much chance of her Superiors back at the Order finding out.

In short I'm down for part two. :3
