I like, I like. Since I dont really have time to do more digging I wont give a full review. What I can say is I think you should look into weights of comparable weapons. That kind of hand cannon will likely weigh considerably more than ~3 lbs (1.41kg).

From face-hugging alarm clocks to flying battlemowers, is it any wonder people are afraid of technology?

As Sporky so nicely saw, it's a LeMat, although I shortened it down. The ammunition is based off Webley .455 rounds, though.

If its a revolver it can't be classified as semi-auto. It can be double action or single action.
Caliber: With a projectile that wide and a case that short the muzzle velocity must be pretty low. We're also talking serious recoil.
13.6 mm. For perspective, that's .65 mm wider than a .50 BMG (aka, HUGE)
Eyeballing from the size of the cylinder and the overall length, I'd say you need a case length of 39 mm. I'd recommend pairing that with an 11 mm width. The result would be basically a .44 with the power of an AK-47 behind it.
In other words: don't fire one-handed.
Lastly, you should specify which gauge the shotgun portion is. I'm guessing somewhere between .410 and 12 gauge.

Your shotgun shell is wider than a 40mm AT shell. I think you want to keep your arm.
