Name: Wakka
Dejic: Suej'iic
Age: 256
Race: Hutt
Birth place: Nar Shaada
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 1,105 lbs
Eye Color: Yellow
Appearance: Wakka is a greyish green with a face that for huts is pretty nice compared. His features are even and symmetrical and he prefers to wear at least five giant wrist bands on his arms, these bands are usually gold or silver but change depending on his mood, anything worth less then gold or silver usually meaning he is unhappy. Otherwise he looks like any other wealthy hutt except for the fact that he isn't as ostentatious is his surroundings.
Personality: Wakka tends to think out of the box even for a Hutt and often looks only at the big picture, ignoring the little things. Wakka himself is rather merciful for a Hutt of his ability, often he uses a three strike system even for his enemies as long as they did not attack any other member of his Dejic which he is vastly loyal to even if he does not see quite eye to eye with them. He is also selfless compared to the rest of his race dealing only in minorly illegal arms and only if the republic needs them, often having people run supply runs and rescue missions for republic worlds. Wakka also tries to be pleasant to all not believing in normal Hutt philosophies about their superiority... to the extent he treats all races equal, just the people differently.
Profession: Crime Lord
Previous Faction/Rank: Republic Supporting
Equipment: Besides his arm jewelry he carries little more then a hold-out blaster (Hutt Sized) with him.
Skills:
Attributes:
Physical Strength: 5
Intelligence: 6
Speed: 2
Leadership: 7
Unarmed: 2
Melee Weapons: 3
Ranged Weapons: 4
Bio: Wakka the Hutt was raised on Nar Shaada and learned business from the rest of his minor clan members (which the clan itself was small at the time). He was moved through out the outer-rim because of his republic fearing family. He was raised to hate the republic, but found its laws and benevolence strangely attractive. As he grew older it was obvious to the rest of the clan he would come to lead it, his superior business skills and charisma giving him a definite edge. Wakka also started meeting with other Hutt families raising his support to hopefully take over the clan by peaceful negotiations. This lead him to make business deals often with small barely noticeable businesses. Before Wakka wished to truly fight for his small clan he made the company Wakka Weapons and Arms Co. which was one of the rare arms corporations that would not under any circumstance make under the table deals. So when he was finally 70 years of age he took over the Clan by economic force he established a code of "honor" meaning that his family could not make deals that would intentionally harm other planets and people of the Outer Rim that were not enemies.
This lead to a small civil war within the clan which put a strain on his recourses and since he had little to no support by his family he turned to an old Republic general of little consequence but of great wealth. Former general Adim D'hule allies with the Hutt because of two things; one was that the Hutt seemed benevolent compared to his kind and two was that Wakka swear an unofficial oath to the republic by vowing never to intentionally hinder the Republic efforts in the Outer Rim in any way. To Adim's surprise Wakka agreed to the terms and vowed upon his families' wealth to fallow the laid out vow, even going so far as to put it to writing, of course this vow had to be secret but Adim did help Wakka out in more ways then one. During this civil war in the clan Wakka used money from Adim to raise a small force of mixed raced mercenaries and forced the clan to stay together. A battle did ensue in which Wakka himself (Since he was still so young) lead a daring charge to end. When the smoke cleared Wakka led the clan, but Adim lay dead from the charge. Wakka would have used the last of Adim's money to help his family but he didn't have any and so with a heavy heart Wakka kept it for himself. He rebuilt his clan from the ground up, but made sure his more greedy kin had no power within the clan and it has stayed as pure as a Hutt clan can get.
After this civil war Wakka turned his attention to the reconstruction of the aftermath of the Mandalorian wars. With the money given by his dead friend he made many "false" companies because the people might not trust the Hutts. These companies are governed by Wakka but on the surface are independent companies ranging from medical supplies to small ship making companies. Wakka has built his fortune by extorting criminals through his businesses. He did this primarily on Ryloth and the planets surrounding it and since Ryloth was at the center of all his businesses that's the planet he chose for his home base. He made a little base off the capitol of Ryloth almost on the uninhabitable section of Ryloth's ring of habitability, which means it's both secluded and hard to get to. He named it Adamstown and there his word has become law since he pays off the Twi'lek officials to look the other way and ignore that Adamstown even existed.
Now with the wars brewing Wakka does what he can to aid the Republic cause without putting himself in jeopardy against the Sith or Mandalorians. Wakka smuggles supplies to Republic forces and tries to escort small groups of republic citizens for a small cost to back into republic space. Though rarely does he add this discount to soldiers as if he is caught things could turn extremely ugly for him on Ryloth. Well he keeps no direct contacts with the republic he has drop points and middle men and pays highly for spies and other such middle men, giving bonuses for loyalty, though if the war will not end soon Wakka may become in danger as his contacts and influence grows.
RP Sample: Wakka puffed on his Hookah anxiously, yet not getting any relief from the fumes and gasses that passed through him. This was a big deal for Wakka and if this fool Aiden Dredge didn't pull through the Mandalorians would figure out Wakka's little secret. "Mighty Wakka, the Twi'lek Dredge has come. Shall we send him in?" Wakka nodded his consent and watched the droids ran to get his agent. After a few heart pounding moments the Twi'lek entered the chambers of Wakka's audience room. Aiden Dredge walked in with his customary swagger in his stance,
