Zarene Yin could not help but grit her teeth in frustration as she exited the building into the hot Ordo sun. The meeting had not gone quite as she had hoped. The new Mandalore was stubborn, and had adopted a hard stance against Force users. While her predecessor, Mandalore the Liberator, had naturally been wary of the Sith, they had eventually entered into an uneasy alliance. The very planet they were currently on, for instance, had been taken in a joint operation that had resulted from that alliance. But Mandalore the Reclaimer wanted to go in the opposite direction. Uncooperative attitude, bordering on hostile.
She's trying to appease the fundamentalists, Zarene thought to herself. It was no secret that Mandalorian/Sith alliance had made more than a few Mandalorians unhappy. Trying to dispel any accusations that she's a Sith puppet. Assert her independence. Not show any sign of weakness. No doubt there were more than a few clan leaders out there who would jump at the chance to claim the title of Mandalore for themselves if such a sign presented itself.
And so Zarene would wait on Ordo for a few days longer, as Mandalore required time to "mull things over" and "come to a final decision." With a sigh, she headed towards to sparring grounds. She needed to blow off some steam, and one of the best ways to do that was to punch things.

Me'allo had decided that it was perhaps best to not be on Shogun for the moment. After Kerin had conveniently not returned the next day with his shipment and no contact from Dxun stating that he'd even shown up Me'allo was less than encouraged. So when the clan leader stated he wanted to head to Ordo, Me'allo was happy to pack up his sparse possessions and go with him, even if it'd be for a short time. If that mad woman showed up at his village on Shogun at least he wouldn't be there to watch his clanmates kill her.
But Ordo was nice, even if a bit closer to Mandalore than he was comfortable. Something about the way the Reclaimer walked, the chilliness of her gaze gave him the feeling she could see right through him. As well as her general policy against force-users it was best he stayed as under her radar as possible.
Me'allo wandered the streets, watching the people go by as an interesting figure wandered past, just barely moving out the corner of his eye. A smile touched his lips as the man quickly switched directions, walking quickly.
He caught up to her easily, matching her pace towards the sparring grounds.
"Miss Yin, fancy meetin' you here." Me'allo greeted, tone jovial but quiet. It'd been sometime since he'd met the young Epicanthix woman, not since the skirmish on Shogun, or since the Liberator had passed. "Your ribs healed up well, I hope? No lingerin' pain or anythin,'right?"

Zarene kept up her walking pace as she turned to look at the fellow who had fallen in beside her, who she quickly recognized as Me'allo Talron, a young Mandalorian man with striking red hair who seemed to be perpetually cheerful. A medic, he had tended to her wounds some months ago after she had been injured during the Battle of Ordo. He also happened to be one of the very few Force-capable individuals in the Mandalorian forces. Bit of an oddball. Nice guy though...
"You'd be a pretty bad medic if they still hurt after all this time," she answered.
"They don't, by the way," she quickly added, not wanting to imply any kind of insult. "I'm fine. Thanks."

"You'd be a pretty bad medic if they still hurt after all this time," Yin answered, keeping her pace as she marched to the outskirts of the encampment. Me'allo kept up easily, giving a wide grin as she turned to glance him over.
"I never said I was a particularly good medic," Me'allo teased. "But I'm glad to hear it."
It was nice to see the young woman again, who'd disappeared not long after the battle of Ordo, back to Imperial space most likely to continue whatever business she had with the war effort. They'd gotten to know each other some in the long, lazy days in the medic-tent during her recovery.
"So what brings you to Ordo, if I you don't mind my askin'?"

Because I'm basically a glorified messenger between Mandalore and the Inner Sanctum, she thought. "Oh, you know, finished a few assignments. Came back because the action's over here," she said instead. Not a lie, but not the whole truth either.
They came to a clearing with lines drawn in the dirt. That was all the Mandalorians really needed to make a battle circle. They was already a decent sized group that had gathered there. Several fighting in the circles, the rest either watching the action, betting on the fight, or waiting for their turn for a round in the ring.
"You folks here to fight or watch?" One of the spectators, a large, burly fellow in red armor turned and approached them. Zarene's recognized him as having fought on Ordo, although his name escaped her at the moment.
"Fight." She said. "How long until the next open match?"
