AFTERMATH: Q and A

With AFTERMATH being a new, and unique way for us to run a story event we recognize it may have a hiccup or two. This thread is where staff members can answer all and any comments/questions/concerns in regards to the event. We would also love to hear your general thoughts and ideas on AFTERMATH, as this event is all about the members. This thread will stay open for the duration of AFTERMATH, so feel free to drop anything in at any time.

So reading in to all of this, Are the missions something we sign up for or just start playing when they come? Like I understand this is when the war breaks out so you want to include everyone, but what about joining these events? The forums that have sign ups on them are we supposed to sign up for each mission or just place our names down as we want to join up? Please explain dutchy ;-;

Basically, if a mission sounds fun to you just post in that thread which ones you want to join.

Keep in mind this takes place on multiple worlds, and that your character would likely be locked into just one. With that one world though, you can sign up with as many of those threads as feasibly possible.

Once the sign-ups are filled enough, a discussion thread will be posted to determine if a posting order is needed and for the Thread Leader to get everyone on the same page for the story.

Will I be able to join in, seeing as my character hasn't been approved yet? Also, can I join more than one mission?

I'd imagine that shouldn't be a problem at all for you to hop in once you're approved, Midrealm. And certainly, for your second question

How would the Hutt Cartel affect worlds? Since I'm kinda the only member I just have and army of well trained Tradoshans at my command. I would think I would be doing illegal deals or possibly buy planets (cause I'm a Hutt)

Buying planets not so much, but the Cartel would certainly be trying to get a nice foothold in the sector, namely on Bogden where they already have a presence
