Nicky bears all the trappings of an unconventional life. Her olive skin is richly adorned with a range of black tattoos. Calligraphy and a variety of symbols are splayed elegantly up and down her arms, thighs, and parts of her torso. Of particular note are the spiral symbol below her left eye, a ward against malevolent surprises, and the matching sets of tattoos on her hands and knuckles, thought to bring protection and deftness respectively. Nicky herself is quite attractive, though she eschews makeup and other cosmetics, finding them wholly uncivilized and even a little dishonest. Her skin is on the fair side for her kind, but still lightly bronzed with an olive skin tone. Her bright, wide eyes are a peculiar, light brown. The Humani's hair, which she grows out and adorns with various beads and tokens, is long and dark brown, almost black. Nicky prefers to make her own clothes, a skill she learned from her mother and aunts. As such, she views her wardrobe as an act of self expression and great spiritual power. Most of her day to day wear is utilitarian, but aesthetic if unusual in design. Personality Profile Like many of her kind, Niquela has always been a wanderer. A diverse life in the galaxy's further flung quarters have made her something of a generalist, with varied interests and strengths. She is willful and casually direct, with a strong dedication to honesty, both with herself and others. Whimsical and eccentric, she likes to explore the unturned stones in life. Nicky tends to see herself as something of an outcast, and finds comfort in art and designing clothes or hats, as well as her best friend and Pittin sidekick, Cames.
