question I know there is a guy creating a supreme Chouncillor but I havent seen him update his character thing in a while so I vote a senate meeting is called to attain who the new Supreme Chouncillor will be.

The staff has already selected someone to create a Supreme Chancellor, and that person is currently creating/revising that character. If you've kept an eye on the HNN reports, it seems to be building up to the election of the Supreme Chancellor, so I assume that this character will be up an running within the next few weeks or so.

Actually, I have a Question in regards to the Title.
I thought it was a mere Chancellor, until Palpatine took on the Emergency Status, becoming "Supreme" Am I just Retarded again?

Valorum is refered to as Supreme Chancelor in "The Phantom Menace" so I assume the full title is Supreme Chancelor, but that it is occasionally shortened to merely Chancelor for quickness.

Could be that Palpatine was Supreme Chancellor and was given the emergency powers, hence the actual statement of the full name as he received these abilities.

I think that the 'offical' title is Supreme Chouncillor however they may have usually only referred to them as Chouncillor in more informal occasions?? just a guess
