Assassination!
One week ago the head political leader of the Quara, Dadra Gego has been killed. The Assassin escaped from Ando, and was never caught. Quaras and the Ualaqs blames Aquala for the assassination. Aquala quickly denied any connection to the assassination.
After the assassination the Republic summoned the leaders of each Aqualish Faction to settle this peacefully. After an hour of talks the meeting turned hostile and the relations between the Aquala's and the allied factions, Quara's and Ualaqs broke down.
After the meetings a small number of riots started planet wide, which was quickly subdued. When news broke out how many Aquala's were being targeted by Quara, and Ualaq terrorists. A massive riot started in Ando's Capital, Quantill City. Local police forces tried to stop the major riot but was quickly routed.
After 3 days of full scale riots, Aqualish Factions, The Quara's and The Ualaq's declare war against The Aquala's.
A Civil War now rages on the planet Ando. Both sides of the conflict now calls for all mercenaries and bounty hunters in the galaxy to help there cause.
