Firstly Velos does not look 11. On first sight many people consider him to be 13; two years older than he actually is. This is due to the fact that he is rather tall for his age and his neck length black hair, kept generally neat, covers up the sides of his young-looking face. His eyes are a relaxing light aqua colour.
Despite his height this has not impacted on his development in other areas. He is beginning to gain muscles from his Jedi Training on both his arms and legs. He is generally in a rather well balanced state when it comes to physicality.

Velos was born on the Core World, Anchoron, where he would live for 4 years before being taken away for Jedi Training. During this time the planet was quiet. Nothing of major importance occurred. The main memories that Velos can take from his time on his home world is the many times his father, Ilvek Borgmen, often took his son hunting. They often never caught anything but it was still a fun time in Velos’ mind.
Shortly after his fourth birthday Velos was willingly given by his parents to the Jedi Forces to be taken to Coruscant to train in the Jedi Temple. Since then he hasn’t returned home; he’s even forgotten where his home world is. Since then Velos has dedicated himself to his training vowing to become a Jedi his parents can be proud of.
Throughout the earlier stages of his training, between the ages of 4 and 7, Velos found control of the force to be difficult and temperamental. He would often extend his training periods beyond the recommended training limits for his age in a desire to eventually learn the skills necessary. In his classes he’d always be eager to practice and learn new abilities and techniques.
From the age of 8 Velos began showing rapid progression within his Saber Training classes indicating a possibly knack of lightsaber use. He quickly became top of his class showing a great interest in the weapon. However his astrography classes weren’t running as smoothly. Velos wasn’t very proficient at remembering locations and co-ordinates of the different planets so stayed at an average level within that class. Despite doing generally well in most classes there was on in which he was bottom of the class. His skill with a blaster was extremely poor and he’d often injured others in that class with his lack of accuracy. Regardless of his disappointing performance Velos continues to strive to his best in every lesson.
One of Velos’ interests throughout his childhood with the Jedi was piloting of ships. The Jedi were quick to notice this interest and assigned Velos to a specialist class taught by a skilled Jedi pilot. He quickly began to show a natural skill within this topic and has received great acknowledgements from the piloting teacher.
In the current day, Velos continues to attend his regular lessons at the Temple but also takes part in special instruction classes about piloting.
