I walk the blood-drenched path

"I walk the blood drenched path..feeling the warmth of the sun on my face, though when I breath in I taste blood and feel the cold. I do not see the light from the sun. Only this blood red path glow. I see the eyes of the deceased, but I will not join them, for I will run an eternity to escape."
