A unlikely partnership

Allen stood in his private chambers in the back of his ship when he sensed a force user nearby on the planet. he opened his eyes quickly and snapped out of his meditation. He grinned evilly as he rose from his meditative stance. He quickly crossed over to his dresser and put of his normal clothing and secured his lightsaber to his side and exited his room. He walked down the corridor of his ship making his way to the the exit ramp of the ship. After a few minutes of walking Allen reached it and made his way through the crowds of coruscant heading towards a cantina making sure to suppress it just enough so no force sensitive people would realize he was actually a a true sith though they would be able to tell that there was darkness within him.

He Entered the cantina and ordered a Algarine . the bartender nodded and gave him his drink. the blue liquid swirled in the glass as he took it. He drained the glass and looked at the bartender and said "I want a private room and a bottle of Algarine." The bartender looked at Allen and shook his head " Sorry pal only V.I.P's are allowed a private room." Allen waved his hand in front of the bartender and used the force to use the mind manipulation ability and said "You will give me the private room and Algarine and it will be on the house." The barman nodded in a trance and said "Yes I will give you your room and drinks for free." The bartender gave him a key and Algarine and Allen and the Algarine and key and walked to the back of the cantina and unlocked the door and closed it but leaving it deliberately unlocked as he sat down in a booth watching the door.

Avoim was wearing his normal attire, pants, shirt boots and leather jacket, all in charcoal gray. On the right side of his belt his lightsaber was clipped and on his back, closer to the left side was his shoto lightsaber. Avoim walked in the cantina, any sober person could tell that he was used the darkness of cantina’s. He walked up to the bartender and said, in a gruff half drunk, voice “Gimme an Alderaanian Brandy.” Avoim then waited for the bartender to hand him his drink and Avoim dropped some creds on the bar. He then downed it in a single swig and put the glass down on the bar with a gasp of breathe as the drink went down his throat. Avoim then said “Gimme the bottle, and make it snappy.” Avoim then waited, the Bartender then said “Sorry man, not allowed.” Avoim then waved his hand gently across the man’s field of vision and said “You will give me the damn brandy.” the man then mindlessly repeated it and handed him the bottle, Avoim then handed him the bottles value in creds and left.

Avoim then took a swig of the Brandy, then saw an open door, he figured that the person inside of the booth didn’t mind if anyone joined him or her, and went in. He then plopped down on the booth and put his feet up on the table, brandy in hand and said “I hope you don’t mind, I saw the open door and figured that you didn’t mind just anyone joining. ” Avoim, had been a drunk for quite some time, ever since he left the order in fact, he could sober up when he had to, but he never did. He also usually made no attempts at hiding his presence in the force and usually dealt with any issues as they came up. Avoim then took a huge swig of the Brandy and said to the man “Whatcha drinking? I hope it’s not some sissy drink.” Avoim then waited for the mans reply.

Allen watched the door open and a man appeared and walked in. the man must have some pretty big ball to just walk into his private room. Allen was contemplating on whether or not to kill the man when he could sense that this person was force sensitive. But he wreaked of alcohol. He so wanted to kill the man standing before him for just placing his dirty feet up on his clean table nearly knocking over his Algarine bottle. Allen quickly steadied it an poured himself another glass. " No I don't mind at all just take your feet off the table its just bad manners after all." He took a sip of his wine and smacked his lips happily. " And for your information I'm drinking Algarine and by the smell of your drink id say your drinking a Alderaanian brandy a good choice for someone drowning there woes in ale or to lessen there connection to the force if only for a short time am i right?"

Avoim, in his drunken state, could tell from the way the man spoke that he might be a force sensitive, or just a cocky bastard. He decided not to do anything yet, Avoim then said “I’ll leave my feet where they are, thank you very much.” Avoim kept his feet on the table and took another swig, he then said “ and this is my first bottle of Alderaanian Brandy today, thank you very much.” Avoim smirked, he then let his free hand brush past his primary Lightsaber, on his right hand side. He kept the brandy in his left hand. He brushed his hand past his lightsaber because he wanted to test the man’s reaction and to see if he was a Jedi, or even trained as one.

Allen watched the man as he spoke his eyes carefully examining him watching his every move. He took a long drink from his drink and placed the glass down in front of him. "Oh i wasn't referring to how many of those ales you had i was referring to that you are drinking one right now its a good brandy." He grabbed his wine glass and swirled the liquid inside it then he saw the man brush his hand down his right side were the other man had a lightsaber. He then saw the mans hand going down for the lightsaber and Allen's hands clenched in excitement as the prospect of a fight breaking out.

Allen reached down to his side with his right hand and grabbed his lightsaber from his waist and placed it on the table his hand clenched around it. He then gave a look annoyance at the man and said "Do what you think is the smart move." Allen the removed his hood from his cloak so his face would be revealed. His golden eyes watched the man in front of him just waiting for the man to make the first foolish move against him if he did it would be his last. With his free hand Allen drained the rest of his wine from his glass as he continued to watch the man his gaze never leaving the mans face.

Avoim saw the man place his Lightsaber on the table, and decided to play it dumb, as if he didn’t know what it was. He then took a rather large swig of the brandy and said “So, whats that? A metal stick?” Avoim then laughed a bit at his own stupid comment. Avoim then used the force to unclip and levitate his own lightsaber, and placed it gently on the table. Avoim then said “I have a metal stick too, in fact I have two of them.” Avoim then levitated his Shoto up and onto the table. He then smirked and lifted the bottle of wine up, using the force, and hurled it out the door and into a wall. He then waited for the other mans reaction.

Allen's annoyance with the man was increasing as he referred to his light saber as a metal stick. if there was one thing Allen held more dear to him than his piano it was his light saber. He strummed his fingers on the table and stared at the mans bottle of brandy with his free hand he began close his hand making it into a fist he used force crush on the bottle of brandy shattering it into pieces. though Allen used his telekinesis and stopped the shard form hitting his and the other mans face. with a wave of his hand the pieces of glass went over to the side of a wall. Allen then turned his attention back tot he man and said "Metal sticks indeed your a dual wielder not bad at all it seems were in need of new drinks."

Avoim would smirk at the man as he felt the man crushed his brandy in retaliation for hurling his wine. He then heard the man talk about his dual Lightsabers and his remark about needing new drinks. Avoim then said “Why don’t you try out a ‘saber?” Avoim then lifted his Shoto with the force and floated it to the man. Avoim then pushed a button on the table, and a waiter came, he used a wave of force to make it so he didn’t remember the Lightsabers. He then ordered a new bottle of Alderaanian Brandy and a new bottle of Algarine Wine.

The Waiter nodded and left, a few minutes later, he came back with just two bottles, no glasses, Avoim popped open his brandy and took a swig of the Brandy and said “Inspect that Lightsaber all you want, just don’t take it apart, I’d hate to have to put it back together again, so be careful with it.” Avoim then slowly dropped the Shoto hilt down on the table in front of the man.

Allen took the shoto and held it in his hand he spun it in his hand a few times. He tossed it into the air and caught it with his free hand. "Not bad not bad at all but the sabers a half a gram heavier on the back end but other than that great craftsmanship." Allen then unscrewed a few of the screws on the saber and took out the crystal and saw that it was a green one. He thought to himself 'hmm green lightsaber blade must have been a jedi guardian.' "You don't have to worry about your saber its in good hands i wont harm it." Allen then placed the crystal back inside and screwed it back on. He saw the waiter come in and he took his bottle of Algarine wine and popped the top off and took a small swig from it. Allen then slid his saber across the table towards the unknown man. "Same goes for you for don't take it completely apart its a pain to put it back together after all." He smirked and handed back the shoto to the unknown person.

Avoim took another swig of the brandy and then moved his Lightsabers out of the way, still on the table though, he then picked up the man’s Lightsaber and unscrewed the top of it, so he could get at the crystal. Avoim then removed the crystal from the hilt and looked at it, the first thing that he noticed was that it was red, which meant that he wasn’t exactly a nice Jedi, nor a member of the order. Another thing was that he had to either be a Sith or former sith. Avoim took a huge swig and placed the crystal down on the table, and the Lightsaber in two halves still.

Avoim then said “why are you using a Red Synthcrystal? Are you a Member of the Sith or did you leave them after getting this?” Avoim then gestured to the Lightsaber. He then continued “I could easily take this crystal and leave your Lightsaber without one of its primary parts, so please explain why you have this crystal.” Avoim put the brandy down on the table, he then stared at the man, long and hard.

Allen took a long drink from his bottle. his mind else were thinking about the past. He almost choked on his drink when the man across from him spoke. He cleared his throat and set the bottle down o the table and sighed. "Why im using a red crystal well a long time ago i was attacked by some dark jedi we fought for a very long time and he broke my saber then I killed him with his own saber, I salvaged what parts I could from my old saber and took the parts from the dark jedis and made a new one, I needed a new crystal and he had one simple as that and i keep forgetting to change the crystal because im so use to it." Allen drummed his fingers on the table in annoyance at the man. he stared down at the crystal and his saber and used the force and pulled them back over to him. The objects flew at him but he caught them. He then placed the components back together and finished putting his lightsaber back together. "I could of done the exact same thing to yours but I choose not to out of kindness and respect i trust you would do the same with mine." he placed his saber back inside his robe and stared at the m man intensely showing that he was not afraid of this man.

Avoim let out a little chuckle as the man brought his Lightsaber back to himself. He then took a swig of brandy and said “I do have respect for your Lightsaber, I did not take it apart enough that you’d need more than maybe a minute to repair it, it’s just a matter of putting the crystal back in and then screwing the two parts of the hilt together again.” Avoim let out another small chuckled and another swig of brandy. Avoim was glad he’d found another force sensitive user on his long journey since leaving the Order.

Avoim then said “Well, I’ve been thinking, I’m tired of journeying around this cold Galaxy alone, would you like to join me? Make a Mercenary group with me, use what we’ve learned for a little profit and fun?” Kazetora took another swig of the brandy and waited for the other man who was now starting to seem a bit inebriated to him, to reply to his proposal.

Allen took his bottle of wine and took another couple of long gulps from it and placed it on the table. He felt a trickle of the liquid fall from his lips and wiped it off with his right hand. Allen siged and closed his eyes bringing himself into deep thought. Allen sat there silent debating on his actions to do when finally he came up with an answer. "yes i know what you mean ive been traveling around the galaxy alone myself well not entirely alone i have my crew members who manage my ship but i don't consider them close." Allen out stretched his hand towards the man in a gesture of a hand shake and then said "money and profit and fun you got yourself a deal mr.... I don't believe i caught your name my names Allen pleasure to meet you."
