History: This is the homeworld to the savage G'ath, a barren world with almost no life other then the wildlife growing. The G'ath live here with no natural predators, hunting during nightfall to bring hosts back to the hive. It is far from civilized worlds and little to no one travels near it.
The world that would be known as Chorg'ath wasn't always a barren wasteland as it is now. The race known as the Voidkin use to live in high tech cities on the planet, while the planet was a lush green and lively place. However this all changed when the G'ath arrived, however the change wasn't immediate. It took years before the Voidkin became aware of the G'aths existence and by then, it was to late, as the vile creatures deeply enrooted themselves underground.
The Voidkin trained warriors to combat the new threat and for many years, the two sides battled. However, after a major loss near the capital city, the Voidkin realized the G'ath couldn't be stopped and that they would resort to more, harsh, methods of eradication. Missiles were constructed that would kill the G'ath and in the process, destroy much of Chorg'ath but the Voidkin knew if these creatures were to leave, the galaxy could be at danger.
Most of the population left for a nearby moon while the Voidkin warrior caste stayed to ensure the G'ath couldn't pursue as a heroic act of sacrifice. The missiles went off across the planet, wiping out everything but the hardiest of native fauna. For a time, the Voidkin thought it had worked and the G'ath destroyed.
But they were wrong.
