Species Name: Karesh
Species Type: Humanoid
Planet of Origin: Sit'Nalta
Average Maximum age: 340 standard years.
Age of Maturation: 30.
Average Height: Male: 6 foot. Female, 5 foot.
Average Weight: Male 300 lbs Female 150 lbs.
Notable biological features: Each Karesh have tails as long as their height is tall. They are thick and muscular, and serve as extra limbs. The females have a very sharp spine that serves as a 'claw' or blade in the tip of the tails. The males have one too, but it is much smaller than the females.
Their ears in general have tufts on their ears, like a Linx. Their feet are designed with four digits forward, and one digit on the 'wrist' or ankle of the foot as the thumb.
Number of limbs and Type: Two arms, humanoid with retractable claws on the digit ends. Two legs, digitagrade with talons for feet, the toes tipped with claws.
Culture: Their culture is dependant largly on the area they are in. In the forests, their culture is tribal, but largly Elven in style. They carve and build their homes dirrectly from the trees themselves, linking them together with multiple bridges. (Think of Kashyyk styles here.)
In the grass lands, the culture is still tribal, but largly plane indian in style. (Whichever one applies, I don't know much.) Light weight dwealings allow for Nomadic style cultures. Caravans travel durring the day, stopping to rest durring the night.
For the cliffs and mountains, the culture is still tribal, but their style is cliff dweallers. They carve their homes and rooms out of the rock itself.
