Celia was born with red hair and it has been fairly prominent on her head since she was three years of age. Long and free is how she usually leaves her hair, or on occasion she will tied it up in a braid to keep it from interfering with her gaze. She face was built angular and with a slightly aristocratic look to it. This, as well as her flame colored hair she inherited from her Morellian mother. Her eyes that fit neatly with the rest of face, they are an ice blue that she can form into a particularly paralyzing glare if she wanted to. But, as a Jedi she had calmed herself to avoid doing so most of the time. Her mouth is formed in a way to easily form a smile or a scowl, but she tends to be in between or just simply neutral.
The main portion of her body is made up of muscle that lies under her skin. Being as she is both Epicanthix and Morellian, with both species taking longer to age, she looks far younger then she actually is. With that in mind, it makes her far more agile then would have been if she aged like a base-line human did. She is sure to keep herself well trained in a sort of balance between the force, her lightsaber combat, and basic physical form.
Birth place:
Coruscant, Middle-class/apartment sector

- Jedi Weapon Master
- High Council Member -- Battlemaster
Bio:
Celia was born as a hybrid, between a Morellian and a Epicanthix, in the capital planet of the republic, Coruscant. It was a cool night and the sun stetted in the horizon when Celia was born to her parents Orik and Feona. Orik Saylis was an Epicanthix, he was born with wealth, and was a very tactful warrior. His species, Epicanthix, had always been of a warrior gene. He went from planet to planet, seeing if he could find some force that fit him. But, most of the planets just didn't fit to him. So he turned his sights on Coruscant, the republic jewel. He felt that he would find his place in the republic military, during his first 10 years on the planet he worked his way up to Captain. It was from his loyalty in skill, both with a blaster and with his mind. Her mother Feona, at the time Feona Roe, was a freighter pilot and moved supplies for the military. She was a fairly good one too, Celia's father met her by chance, in a bar on Coruscant. They ended up talking after he spilled her drink, with them both working with or for the military, he tried his best to get her supply ship, her freighters to his team. Eventually, they ended up dating, and over a couple years, married. Soon they had their child, Celia.
They couldn't be happier when their baby was born, for themselves and for the future. They knew she would live long, longer then either of them with both Morellian and Epicanthix DNA in her body. From when she was born, she had been tested for force sensitivity, to her mother's original horror, she was tested positive, with a fairly notable count, now the Jedi would not take her away immediately then, just suggest giving her to them for training, they backed off then, but they would come again eventually.
When the Jedi came when she was at the age of four, knowing how to walk along with galactic basic, at least what she could conceive and speak at the point for four. Her mother was strongly agents giving her baby away, but Orik reasoned with her, with him serving the military, he could die at anytime, and as a pilot she could be shot down or crash. Plus, she was force sensitive which would mean she would needed to be watched closely in her her early state, her mother was worried about her. Then her mother finally gave in and handed her child to the Jedi, no matter how much it her said no to it in her mind. She became a youngling at age four.
When she was brought to the temple she was a moderate social being. When she made some friends she kept talking to them, and made sure that she remained talking to them. The teaching of the order took well to her, she understood the teachings as much as a youngling at age 4 or 5 could. She impressed the masters who taught with her capability to take in the knowledge. She felt at ease with the masters, knowing that information was inside of them.
Over time her proficiency became more and more obvious, and her specialty was in lightsaber combat. When she went into a practice fight or learned Shii-cho techniques, she felt adrenaline pump through her veins. She memorized them quickly, much faster then the teachings, showing that she has proficiency with battle. She was very happy when she won, but then she had the masters tell her that a Jedi should be passive in the techniques, and not take joy in winning, because that could lead to greed, and that was part of the dark side. A simple lesson that took her the longest time to learn, others pain for your victory was not the goal. She did take pride in winning but did not show over bounding joy when she disabled an opponent.
She grew both in strength and in knowledge, but she was smaller compared to most others, but she could match them when she wanted to. She knew the reasons she was so young looking, and that was from her genes. She didn't care too much for that, and neither did the masters, but some of the younglings did make some fun of her. But, she pushed her off as her masters teachings said, no matter how mad she got.
She eventually found her master Devar Durrin, a male echani who had also been a guardian. He found her when she was practicing with other youngster. She had won three straight matches in a row and that attracted his attention. She was not very tall at the time and she fought a youngling that was bigger then her by at least 2/3 a foot, he was a Shistavanen male. Physically he was stronger then her, but she wanted to challenge him anyway. She matched him, and scored on him a few times, using what lessons she knew. Eventually he slipped up and she won the match when he tired out. Then Dev decided, Celia would become his padawan.
Celia's first meeting with her master was a curious one. She had been slightly weary of him, she had only had a small meeting with him beforehand, on the day he chose her to be his padawan. Celia wasn't rigid, but she was careful when she introduced herself again. But, her eagerness and willingness to learn both impressed and displeased her new master. Devar was a battle experienced Jedi Master, training under the previous battlemaster before the new one. Devar was offered the position but he denied it, knowing that it was not his destiny.
But, he would continue to teach padawans of his own, Celia admired this story as he told her, it helped her get a perspective of duty, and his loyalty to his. The echani's first lesson was not to fight, but to control her own emotions and mask it from enemies. She took slightly longer then he had hoped to learn this lesson, she was underneath a very passionate being. That could be used either to her advantage in helping others or be made as her own enemy. This is why the lesson was so crucial. Over the course of her being a padawan, he always had her learn more and more of politics and diplomacy. The warrior had also learned from his mistakes that image and words could prevent bloodshed all together. Politics were not her favorite lesson, but her master took time to push this on her no matter how she resisted. Overtime she gave up the resistance and took in as much information and skills she could.
When it came to sword fighting combat, he always had a small hidden smile that occurred when his lightsaber ignited. She mirrored this small habit and that was part of the reason he chose her, she was like him in more ways then she knew. He also had joy when combat ensued, his eyes gleaming right before meditation with his lightsaber. But, his strict first lesson was what kept his emotions and loyalty to the order. His passions were to turn his skill of battle into a weapon of peace, this he saw in her, she had much natural skill with a blade, but she had much to learn. Her master favored a combination of the aggressive form Ataru and the defensive form Shien. To combine these two forms together was difficult, but the result was a fast moving and hard to hit Jedi. She did not learn this at first, as she still worked with Shii-cho, but it came into play with her training about in her 3rd year, which is when they really started into it. Now though these two could not be combined together, due to the two philosophies were too different, but they can be used to fight by switching between forms in a fast paced way.
Time and time of focusing these forms to perfection was clearly evident in his stance movement and walk. Celia was quick to attempt and learn. The difficulty of learning the two forms, like he told her, she also realized quickly. She learned to adapt as he did, through meditation and practice, after practice, after practice. He had also imparted to her the Echani ways of fighting, they not only helped put an end to fighting effectively, but had a non-combat application as well. The style of fighting required watching the enemy's movements and posture. This could be used for politics and made it easy to read others emotions and readiness for a fight. As with all of the fighting lessons she took to it quicker then anything that had to do with crafty speech.
The fighting with the echani lessons were not too different. The one detail that surprised Devran was her skill to sense the future, she saw his moves before he made them. That skill was mainly present in the most skilled echani masters on his birth planet. He worked on her with this, often making her fight with a ban over her eyes, opening her force senses to the area around her. She was no Miraluka, but it helped her better control when she has her flashes of the future. When her master made her fight him with the band, she often lost, but on rare occasions she did win.
The most significant moment of her early training was the moment she created her lightsaber. During third year into her training she created her blade, along with learning shien and ataru. In the other years she had been using the second blade that her master kept, should his normal lightsaber ever be destroyed, lost, or captured. During meditation she had a vision of the lightsaber, and once she told her master. He figured that it was time she had her own lightsaber.
She traveled to Dantooine, where she saw herself and the blade. In the crystal cave where she felt was right she started it's construction. The entire process took a little over a month. They had made camp outside the cave, because at the time they did not know how long it would take to complete the lightsaber. In the cave she found a green crystal that her head and feeling told her was what she needed and a rubat crystal that her master had been given on a mission to the planet Phemis without her knowledge. It was part of the vision she had, and her master had said that he had a vision when he touched the crystal that she would need it eventually. The intense Telekinesis took great effort from her to keep it all precise, but eventually, the result was her lightsaber, when her blade ignited for the first time there was a glint in her eyes. The statement told to her by her master still rung in her ears, "The Crystal is the heart if the Blade. The heart is the crystal of the Jedi. The Jedi is the crystal of the force. The Force is the blade of the heart. All are intertwined: the crystal, the blade, and the Jedi. You..are one."
After that day missions continued as normal as it could be for a Jedi. It would be years till she had her first Jedi Trails. Over the time in the middle she learned much about politics and battle skills. She also practiced echani techniques with her master as well as get better at her battle precognition. She had also learned over the time how to understand, twi'leki, epicant, binary, and Shyriiwook, and she had learned to speak twi'leki and epicant. She found that knowing more then basic would help her, Jedi communicated with all walks of life across the whole galaxy. So, it would be wise not to restrict her dialect and understanding to galactic basic. Her first two trials was that of courage and flesh and came in her 11th year of training.
Brentaal. The planet was a marketing master piece being in between major trade routes. Many ships docked there, spent their money, and left. The planet's riches were unmatched by almost anyone. The entire network was contained by major families who sometimes seemed to think they could get away with whatever they wanted.
Most families also developed a deep greed for money and valuing that as a high priority. One major family had taken hostage a key senator who was involved with keeping a treaty with an unstable world. Without her, the treaty would collapse, and the family knew it. They asked for an extremely large ransom that would cause economic problems in Coruscant. The Jedi temple dispatched Devran and Celia to rescue the senator from the family. They needed to be very quiet, and get through with as little death as possible. The infiltration went extremely smooth at first, they made as little noise as they could possibly be. The pair split up, both had wrist-mounted comlinks in very lightweight gauntlets, so they could keep in contact. As Celia was smaller in size then her master, she was going to make it to the force cage to rescue the senator while her master drew the "hired guns" in his direction.
Celia moved quietly through the hallways, she could hear blaster fire above her when she walked through. The halls were relatively empty, as the plan hoped it would. The family must have had informants because they had traps that were made for a Jedi, but judging by her force bond with her master, she knew that he had beaten them. When she went to the holding area, she could sense that there were five guards that were on the other side of the door. She pondered the thought of going in there just through the door, but she had a feeling that that would kill her. As a Jedi she knew better then to ignore that feeling.
Wanting to avoid her possible death and save the senator, she looked around her. Then she noticed a vent, pulling up the map on her data pad, she saw that it went right above the holding cells. She smiled, she could fit through the vent. She pulled it open and crawled through and up. When she came above she looked down, noticing the guards were half-alert and half-bored. She could tell it was impatience, and the lack of action, they wanted a piece of action. She thought for a moment, and using her telepathic skills reached into the mind of who she thought was the leader and influenced him to think he got an alert that there was an enemy coming around the corner, lighting up, he told the other guards and they left the room. Dropping down from above, she closed the door with the force. She didn't know how long it would do, but it would have to hold for now. She went to the consul beside the cage holding the senator and deactivated it. The senator was knocked out, but she was very light, so summoning the force she lifted her onto her shoulder and opened the door.
She moved fast using force speed to avoid returning guards. But, she heard one of them say, "start of the self-destruct, then we can take out the rescuers and the senator" She swore on the breath and contacted her master, simply saying. "Master, we need to go, the building is set to self-destruct" After telling him that she had the senator she moved faster with force speed then she had ever before. Force speed was a skill that she had learned two years ago and it was one of her best skills, but this time the force was flowing freely through her and she moved quickly out from level to level. As she neared the exit she got a message that her master escaped. She just got out the exit and then she knew that the sequence was almost over, her she pushed herself faster.
At that moment she was far enough to save the senator, who she had moved to carrying with her arms. She was now pushed only by the force and holding the senator up that way as well. The building exploded, she pushed the senator forward by one last effort with telekinesis. She was blown forward with the force, she received burns all over her right leg and broke the other. She had also dislocated her shoulder, which also had burns on it. She felt like the pain was pulsing through her veins, she could not move. But, her master was much closer then she had thought. He called a medic, and both the senator and his padawan were care for. It took her three months with a bit of Jedi Healing to get fully back into her normal state. After she completely healed her master had told her she had passed her trial of flesh and courage. She found that in her within the same year of training she had her trial of skill.
Bothawui. That was the location of her next test, she and her master were tracking down a nest of spies who had been causing civil problems and threatening a few senators. Unlike last time, there did not seem to be as much danger. She was unsure why they had been assigned as "senator Jedi", and this seemed more so like a job for Jedi shadows, regardless, she went along with the flow and went to Bothawui, where the spies had supposedly been last, or that is where the base was. She and her master moved through several of the bothan cities. Celia guessed that they were bothans, but it seemed like a mistake to go right back to their home world. Unless they were framing the bothans and that had to be taken into consideration.
The two Jedi had a lead within four weeks and they followed it to it's source which lead to a weapon production company base on the planet. But, it was strange because the company had no official base on the planet. Both the Jedi had a feeling that this was the place. Celia, though she was a padawan, had higher capacity for the sense part of the force. Though masters of the echani martial art could have some precognition of battles, Jedi are still capable of looking father.
She didn't need to go into meditation when she walked a bit into the building, a wave of uneasiness hit her, she felt a battle coming, at least that was what she believed would happen. Her sense was confirmed when her master felt it too. She and her master moved with caution, lightsabers activated and they were both perfectly ready to use shien technique. She through her training, blocked and reflected blaster fire when she felt something incoming. Her master also did this when he noticed things before his padawan did. They made their way as quickly as possible without causing major loss of life. She wished she could do more, with the force flowing through her, but she restrained herself in front of her master and she was careful of her own emotions. Soon she came to the command center with her master, the Dark Jedi was waiting for them. He was a male lethan twi'lek and he was in a meditative position, when he opened his eyes his face was smug. He seemed very confident. She commented that over confidence was a weakness and he had a chance at redemption. He chuckled and replied, telling him that they were misinformed, that the dark side brought much power. She wished that she didn't have to fight him.
He ignited his lightsaber and back flipped onto a higher platform above. She followed him, but he activated numerous autoturrets below, her master decided to draw their fire, for if their fire was on both of them at the same time, the Dark Jedi would take them out, while their focus was on the laser blasts of the turrets. She put her focus on the Dark Jedi quickly, she moved into the Ataru opening stance, with the blade pointed vertically at a slight angle, and the hilt parallel to her abdomen. Celia used the offensive style to her advantage. She had just enough space on the platforms to flip and turn. At times she switched to the defensive style of Shien that she knew to redirect his lightsaber blade from coming to close. She blocked and parried, her enemy had more experience then her, but he was more of an equivalent to a Jedi sentinel then a guardian. She was nearly a match, but the physical demands of Ataru were begging to drag her down.
She felt her mind flash into the future, she saw his next move. This advantage was what she needed, once he struck she pulled one hand off her hilt and by grabbing his arm, pulled him forward. With him off balance, she moved behind him, and pushed him down. With her full weight on her knee on his chest when he tried to turn back around, and it helped her lightsaber was held in her backhand position at the Dark Jedi's neck. She asked him to yield, and that he would be shown mercy. He smirked, he wanted to bring her into the dark side one way or another. He used what remained of his strength and pulled her arm down, and the blade cut through his neck.
She looked at him in horror, she wanted to know why. But, she moved on, she still however, felt guilty she hadn't saved him. Her master finished up with all of the turrets. She reported to him that the Dark Jedi was dead and she had done all she could, but he already knew her feelings with his force bond with her, and what happened. She learned the lesson that not everyone wanted to be saved, and would rather drag her down with them, but she had passed her trial of skill by dealing with a more experienced opponent, achieved victory, but still tried to show mercy.
Her last trial came in her 12th year of training, which she had a vision while she was again on dantooine. She had traveled their alone, she went in a single starfighter with hyperdrive capabilities. She went to the cool fields for meditation from her practices. She had been there for three standard hours on her second day of being there when she had her vision that was her trial of spirit. The vision came when she reached to tap into a part of her that she left untouched previously, the dark side of her the lusted and enjoyed death and power.
She saw the council room, with the bodies of three councilors on the floor. Their bodies void of life, and as she watched they disappeared into the force. She narrowed her eyes and launched herself at the killer. The crimson blade blocked her, but it was curious that the figure blocked her with a reverse grip, just like her. She fought back and forth with the figure, the enemy matched her blow for blow. It even gained an advantage over her. She felt noting but dark presence from it. The crimson blade crackled with energy every time it connected with hers. She knew she was out matched, so she kept moving, she moved from the council room down the toward and through the hall ways. She was grazed several times by the blade. She only lasted this long because she moved so swiftly, but the figure was always close behind her, ready for her next move. The moving around took a deep toll on her, but the figure was getting close and closer to killing her each time she hesitated. She knew it was her last stand agents the figure when she reached the room of a thousand fountains.
She had beads of sweat rolling down her face, then she was disarmed by the figure and pushed back down agents a wall. She had blood on her cheek. She looked up at the figures face, at first the Dark Jedi's face was still hidden. She did see yellow eyes that sometimes came with being part of the dark side. The Dark Jedi pulled back it's hood, but in the place of where she expected a Dark Jedi she never knew before, she saw her face. But, she showed signs of corruption and she left a trail of dark energy. The evil side of her laughed and sliced at her throat and the vision vanished. She woke from in seven hours later then she was when she went into the vision. Sweat was present on her face, she wiped it off and went off to rest and reflect. She took her ship back to Coruscant the day after and reported to her master. Judging by the vision he said that she had passed her trial of spirit, and that the meaning of it was left for her to interpret. With her last trial passed, she was to become a knight, in the ceremony, her braid of red hair was cut off and she was announced knight, of the Jedi order.
As soon as she was made a knight, she was given a choice of a path. She had already made a choice based on her own skills. She would follow the path of a Jedi Guardian, and use her skills of battle without losing her sight of peace and negotiation. During her first three years as a knight she took up the Jedi Katana, a sword that was sometimes preferred by Jedi who did not wish to use lightsaber. Her sole reasons for doing this was both curiosity and she wanted to have another option should she lose her lightsaber, or it becomes unable to match her current situation when she needed to use the katana.
Though she focused most of her time on bettering her lightsaber skills, pushing her force skills more, and taking on some small missions; the difference between lightsabers and swords were significant, but she studied with the Jedi who did prefer the sword, as the philosophy of attack and defense was different she was a bit confused at first, but she straighten herself out after the first two years. The skills didn't take exceptionally to her, so over time, as she grew to knight level with it she focused more back on her lightsaber, and kept up practicing the echani moves and skills she knew.
She also found an interesting power that she thought would work well with her. She decided to work on the power known as force absorb. The power had her draw in energy from blaster bolts, force powers launched at her, energy, ect. It honestly fascinated her when another master she worked with helped her learn the technique. She did take note that the energy did have to go somewhere, either into her or focused out somewhere else. She practiced first with remotes firing the blast that was used by younglings to train with Shii-cho.
Those were fairly easy at first because they were so low powered, but she moved up in scale of power over time. She was fairly satisfied at her progress with the power, soon enough she had a fellow Jedi use the electric judgment power on her. She caught the bolts of lightning from the Jedi's power. She re-fired the same bolts back at the Jedi and they avoided it. The Jedi also launched it again, but this time she completely absorbed it into her body, during that moment she felt she had increased energy to attack or respond if she wanted to. But, she remained in her place till the energy went into her basic functions she needed to live. She was at no means, a master, but she would continue to work on it.
During her fifth year as a knight she took a padawan learner, at first she was quiet doubtful of doing so, wondering if she could match the great teaching her master gave her. She spent a few weeks among the younglings, watching for who she believed could be her padawan. She was very watchful of each action and reaction, and she was discrete in her business. She found that her padawan would be a Togorian male named Akin Rav-Tan. He was following the average growth pattern for his species. She could tell that when he reached his adult age that he would be bigger than her, but it did not discourage her in any way of choosing him as her padawan. He had the skills to become a guardian, like she had been told by her master in what seemed so very long ago.
She noticed that he craved adventure, and was so very reckless. She was very unsure how much she could control him, his species was known for being nomads, and some might be reckless because of this, but she was a Jedi, and not biased of students because this. She decided that the best lesson was to teach him the first lesson her master taught her, how to have control over his emotions. His progress took longer than she had, but as everyone was different, she expected this. But, he learned this lesson in time, as she had.
Unlike her however, he tended to favor the more aggressive style of djem so, she had been taught in the study of the technique, yet she knew he deserved a better teacher then her in working with the style. So as she had him work with a master of the form, she also worked on mastering the form in her private time. She found that by utilizing the dueling tactics of the form with her already fast-paced style she would become much more effective. She grew closer with her padawan much quicker than expected, she taught him aspect of echani, such as reading his opponent for what they will do next, as it seemed that would be the most useful aspect to him, because like she had learned long ago it had two uses. In his fourth year of training she took him to Ilum, where she felt it was best for him to construct his lightsaber.
At Ilum, the crystals restricted the available colors for his blade, but it did not affect him, and he continued to build his blue-bladed saber over a rather longer time period, where the blade failed to activate on his first time attempt. She had slight pride that showed in her eyes when he activated it and it worked for the first time, and she saw his wonder as well, and that brought her back to her first feeling, and she understood. She said what her master told to her, "The Crystal is the heart if the Blade. The heart is the crystal of the Jedi. The Jedi is the crystal of the force. The Force is the blade of the heart. All are intertwined: the crystal, the blade, and the Jedi. You...are one." He nodded as he understood her.
Akin's trials came earlier to him than expected, his trials of courage and skill coming in his 9th year of training. The mission started simply as a visit to his home planet to settle an agreement that went wrong. The end result was a violent conflict between a nomadic group of his species and a group of bounty hunters, he stood agents him and defended the wounded on the battle field much more then was necessary, and they didn't seem to receive another wound. She kept part of her mind on him as she went up close to disable the large group.
His species were great warriors, but as the bounty hunters shot first and had better technology then the warriors. There were two casualties unfortunately, but for the most part the nomads survived, and the bounty hunters were taken into custody of the authorities. She nodded to him at the end of the day, telling him that he had passed his trials of courage and skill, staying to defend them instead of raging out at the enemies and protecting the wounded far more then she hoped for. She was happy that he had shown control over his emotions that day. But, she felt there was some part of him that still wanted them dead, it is that primal feeling of watching others die in front of you, and on his home planet. She did home that he could end that through meditation, training, and time.
Then his horrible events of his trial of flesh came, which was much worse than anything else he experienced during his training. The mission was to the Kuat system, a two Dark Jedi, one knight level, and another very inexperienced apprentice. As it was his 9th year of training, she hoped that this would be good for him, a bit of closer to what he might experience as a knight. The Dark Jedi, according to intelligence, was in a closed down shipyard. The demolition crew was killed before they could do anything.
The cause of death was lightsaber cuts, but there seemed to be only one cut per crew member, as if they let themselves be cut down. That worried her, she was careful in how to go about this. Her final decision was to go in secretly, drawing as little attention to them as possible. They went through the back hallways and the in case of emergency escape routes of the ship yard, the entire place had a great feeling of the dark side to it, more so that it was like the calm before the storm. Celia and her padawan went forward with lightsabers activated.
She held her lightsaber in a defensive reversed grip of shien. She opened her senses to the area around her as they climbed the levels; she could feel the two beings in there waiting for them, or something else. The Jedi pair moved swiftly toward their goal, knowing that their presence had already been exposed. The area they arrived in was fairly big, as it was the production room. The Dark Jedi pair was waiting on the other side of the room. The master she guessed was the one with the darkest aura around him, she sat in a meditative position. Her apprentice was standing, her lightsaber activated, the young one was a female Mon Calamari, while the older one was a male Quarren.
From how he was seated and the fact that the Mon calamari was the only one with a red lightsaber made her worried. "Welcome Jedi", he spoke in basic. She would have smirked were the situation not serious, Quarren tended not to speak basic; at least he was being polite. Then she felt her padawan stiff up, she wondered why for a minute. " I do want this to be quick Jedi; your presence here is not welcome." He looked at her and conveyed a Quarren's attempt at a smile. "I hope your padawan doesn't get hurt". "Wha-", was all she got out before her own padawan launched an assault on her. Fear and rage was in his eyes as he drove sloppy slashes at her. She dodged and parried all of his blows as they came one after the other. She tried to hear his thoughts as she moved, but his mind seemed over whelmed with the thought of killing her, and he was afraid. Force fear! She gasped in her head as the idea became clear, he saw her as a monster right now, something he had to kill.
His own emotions were being used agents her and him. Then as she continually blocked his blows, the Mon Calamari girl attacked with him, her blows were sloppy as well, but quick for her experience. She managed both, but she didn't know how long she could last without hurting one of them. She had to break through, now! She force pushed the girl back and her own padawan. She moved over him and held him down with the force power that she had, she washed over his mind with her presence, reminding him of her. His own natural state of mind aided her efforts; the fear was pushed out of his eyes. He looked ashamed when he finally stared back into her eyes, and then she noticed rage at the dark Jedi filled it. She felt it first in her mind. She cried out at the desperate move his was about to try. He rushed at the Dark Jedi, the Quarren hissed at the fact she had broken through his power over her padawan. But, he caught Akim's attack, and then he twisted around and struck low, where Akim wasn't ready for.
He sliced both of his legs off just above his knees. Akim cried out in pain and fell; the Dark Jedi pushed him away with a simple force push. Celia was wide eyed and she noticed that the Mon Calamari was also, she seemed scared and confused. She could tell that she didn't want to fight any longer, she was in pain herself, and tired, now she was scared of what her master could do. That left Celia to help her padawan. She moved forward with blinding speed. The Dark Jedi met her blade to blade, but she was much faster even with fatigue slightly setting in. He lacked the skills to beat her blade on blade, and with her moving fast and having flashes of his next moves he could not win. She gave him shallow cuts in many places, the pain was getting to him, he moved slower and slower after each block he used.
Finally the shallow cuts got the best of him and he collapsed. She moved over to her apprentice, who was handling the pain with grunts and groans, she knew that he would live, but he would need cybernetics to walk again. She was greatly saddened by this. But, she called for a transport; medics stabilized him on the way back. Jedi authorities picked up the Dark Jedi. One success of the mission was that the Mon Calamari came with them to the Jedi Temple; she wanted to give up the dark side, seeing what her former master could when he was influenced by the dark side.
She stayed with her padawan while he recovered, his legs did take to the cybernetics and he got back on his feet to train as soon as he could. During his time getting used to his new legs, he had his trial of spirit in a dream. She listened to him when he confided in her. Like her master did her, she left it for him to interpret, but she informed him that he had passed his trial of spirit. She smiled on the day he was knighted, the master cutting off his braid. He had been grateful to her after he was knighted, and soon after she was made a Jedi master, through her devotion to the order, bringing the followers of the dark side to justice, and even redeeming a young one from following down that path of destruction.
During the first five years of her being a master she had taken up studying further into her techniques and force absorb, she also took up using her Jedi katana on missions again, she kept it in a holster that was on her back during missions, on occasion she would wield her katana with her lightsaber, as the katana was able to block a lightsaber blade like most military-level melee weapons. Doing this also required some training in the Jar'kai sub-form of Niman, she did moves in a slightly different fashion then moves that traditionally went with the form, but she grew proficient with it. She felt that though she still preferred using her lightsaber, certain situations required her to use two weapons at a time, and because the sword did cause bleeding and did end fights rather quickly if need be. She found that some Jedi frowned upon her use of it, saying it was crude, and uncivilized. She shared a small part of those opinions, but as long as it saved lives she felt that it was still a useful resource.
She focused intensely after she learned that on battle. She was very passionate in meeting an enemy in a fight, but, she didn't like using the Mashaki style of dueling. It just wasn't her style of fighting, the movements felt awkward to her, but she couldn't deny that it did have its uses, yet she worked on other forms despite this. She had mastered the Ataru, Shien/backhand, and Dejem So styles of fighting by now, she continued to work all of these together into a perfect weapon, her legs grew much stronger than they would have normally if she did not use such an acrobatic style of fighting. But, the force helped her move much more then she would be able to on raw strength and power alone.
She did take some of her time at teaching padawans the Ataru style of fighting; she smiled at their first attempts at the form as that did not usually turn out perfect. She reassured them and helped them try again, she had been told she could be a good teacher, and her fast-paced movements could let her be the battle master. But, she turned the position down, she felt that she could not be the battlemaster at the time, like her master had also denied the position, she did not want to do something that another being could fill the spot so much better then.
However, she did realize that with practice she might be able to become a weapon master, unlike the battlemaster, there could be multiple weapon masters at the same time. She could utilize the battle skills to do good and yet still know the peaceful life of the Jedi. She set that as her next goal to think of, she knew that it felt right. During her sixth and seventh year she studied mainly on battle strategies and took on a few missions that required a strike team to take out Dark Jedi nests or unstable groups that need to be handled or redeemed. She preferred to try and redeem Dark Jedi because it was very inspiring to see that they could come back from darkness and into the light. But, there were always a few that refused to be redeemed or killed themselves in the process of fighting the Jedi.
The mission where she was promoted to the status of Jedi weapon master was neither an easy one nor one that she was exactly proud of it. She led a team of Jedi to the planet Felucia that had a confirmed group of Dark Jedi working together, their numbers were said to be about five, her own team consisted of her and two full Jedi Knights, who she had worked with of previous missions. She, along with the two knights, took a Dynamic-class freighter to the planet, with a class 3.0 hyperdrive it took less than she expected to reach their desired area. She piloted the freighter to the planet and put them down in an open clearing, she was sure to be careful and lock the ship and put up the defenses, she didn't know what could lurk on this planet. Everything there seemed primal and full of anger and rage, and thoughts that only revolved around surviving and death. She felt the dark side was strong here, that was absolutely true.
She and the knights proceeded with caution; she had brought her katana along with her saber, in its sheath on her back. She found that they were not masters of saber arts, but more so like assassins. She guessed at this, simply because she found that they were on the move and she felt watched. The first attack came swiftly, they were slightly spread out in their movements, but it was well planned out, she sensed it in a flash, she pushed the knight behind her as a dart flew by, as it would have connected with his neck. She looked in the direction of the shot fired, not anything there was detectable through the force.
Then an assassin came from behind her, the Dark Jedi ignited two blades and came down on top of her. Rather than catch the attack she side stepped and came down on him while he was off balance. The assassin blocked, but the battle was quick a minute or two and she disabled the assassin, she noticed that beside her, both knights had received cuts, but they were both able to go on. They continued to where they could sense the camp, on the way they had been attacked once more, another assassin was taken down in that one, only three remained. She estimated that they had to be much more experienced then the last two, they might have been apprentices. If they could hide from them well enough to attack from the shadows, she worried if the knights could handle it.
Once they reached the camp, it was seemingly empty save for tents and an artificial light. She walked around, careful to look out for any signs. She opened herself to the force and expanded her sense, her visions showed her a few possible futures, she then had her attention was draw immediately to one as it was second away from occurring. This time she wasn't able to save the Jedi when a lightsaber impaled him through the chest. She turned on her heel; the second living knight came close to her, her lightsaber raised in soresu opening stance, lightsaber horizontal and parallel to her face. The Dark Jedi master she assumed walked forward, closer to them said they would spare them if they followed them into the dark side. She replied no, but did ask them to surrender. There response was jumping into battle.
The master went for her while the other two went after the Jedi knight. Celia decided rather then get separated, they needed to work together to survive, or they would have eventually been overwhelmed when one of them died. She matched the master in every move, she had her technique and precognition flashes to help her. She pulled out her katana mid fight and fought him with both her lightsaber and the blade. However the blade was lost in the fight and she did not bother to retrieve it. This fight was going on longer than expected. The knight however was injured soon after her katana disappeared into the area surrounding her. She fell to the ground, but she got out of the way of the master enough to pull her over to safety. She then took on the three of them…alone.
She filled herself with the force and moved herself quickly. She kept her body in constant motion she found safety in that. The fight went quickly as she drew on the force, she overpowered the two knight leveled assassins, as they simply put themselves in the wrong place and she took advantage of that. With those two out of the way she was left with the master. She fought him by using her environment to her advantage, and with Ataru's acrobatic moves it was easy to move from area to area.
In the end she defeated the Dark Jedi; she had disarmed him and held him back agents a tree. His eyes narrowed and he let out a growl, she realized something. He was that same Shistavanen that she had beaten when she was a youngling. "Why do you leave?", she asked him. He confessed that during his time as a Jedi, he never felt strong enough, and he was going to get power one way or another, so he turned to the dark side, and with teaching he became what he thought was stronger. He spat at her, "I'll never go back to the Jedi; true power is in the dark side!". She sighed and knocked out the Dark Jedi, so that he could be kept out for the trip back to the temple, she went over to the knight, and though she was not skilled in healing her did enough to bring him back to consciousness.
She brought the Shistavanen and two other assassins that survived with her to the temple to be put in jail. She on the way back to the ship recovered her katana and returned it to its sheath on her back. When she returned and gave the report she was officially given the title of weapon master, from her exceptional skill in battle. That was three standard years ago, during the three years till now she focused on mastering Jar'kai and learning of the Soresu techniques, as she found that it might help to add more to her defenses, along with that she also took some of her time to learn Niman and Mashaki, so she had at least some knowledge of the all most common forms. Plus she added body training to her training regime, being as she already had great control over herself it was much easier to improve it past her normal levels.
About 3 months ago from the current time, the planet Dantooine was attacked and captured from the republic. This hurt Celia; Celia had made her lightsaber there and had experienced her trial of spirit there. She wanted to take it back, but her other masters had her focus on patients and meditation. Then 1 month ago from present time, Mygeeto and Mon Calamari were taken from the republic. This greatly worried Celia; she recognized it as the early steps of an invasion. She guessed at one enemy who she believed would do this, the Sith. She felt her position was reinforced when the Supreme Chancellor was killed in an assassination. At that time she was approached by Vreem Took, who she had once trained in the ways of Ataru.
Vreem asked her to take up the Jedi Battlemaster position, the last one was killed and the council had to be complete. He had chosen her, knowing her own skill in battle. She had to contemplate his offer; her choice came down to when she had a vision of her as Battlemaster, fighting some unknown enemy that only seemed to appear as a silhouette holding a lightsaber casting a red light. She gave her answer to Vreem that she would take up the position if asked to. She knew the council debated the subject thoroughly, debating if they should appoint her or not. In the end she was officially appointed Jedi Battlemaster of the order. Now, the Jedi order is in a position, a group of Jedi calling to follow the republic into the war. Celia felt inside that the Jedi needed to act, and this could be the opportunity. She worries however, for the future of the galaxy, and hopes the Jedi do not lose their way again as the Republic once again enters a war, the end it clouded by the dark side, only time will tell of the result.
Lightsaber:
Single-phase, lightsaber that has had darker black bands circling the bottom as well as three metal rings that became prominent because of a thinner space around them. The blade finishes off with a simple emitter. The blade it's self is powered by a green crystal and a rubat crystal, the second crystal only is there to make the blade more defined and easier for her to track, which allows for her to preform quicker strikes.

Bio:
Early Age // Ages 1-4
Youngling // Ages 4-10
Padawan // Ages 10-22
Knight // Ages 22-35
Master--Jedi Weapon master--Battlemaster // Ages 35-51

Celia's katana flashed and gleamed as the lights of the practice room glinted off of it. She was battling a practice dummy, she moved gracefully through the motions that she used with it. Lightsabers were much lighter in weight and much more elegant, but this was not a practice session of the blade. She cut four clean slices through the wood that she used as a practice dummy. She wiped some of the sweat that formed on her head. She had been practicing her katana for two hours. The movements of the attacks have become near second nature to her, yet unlike someone who could practice for hours upon hours and had no major responsibility like Jedi did, she was not prefect at it. Her lightsaber however was one of her greatest tools, being a Jedi weapon master she specialized in battle, and there wasn't many other greater melee weapons, energy weapons, or many other things that could preform like it did.
Celia put her katana away in it's sheath as she heard the door open behind her. She found that another Jedi, one of the few that worked with the katana as she did came into the door. Judging by the katana in his hand she could guess that he had the same purpose here as she did. She smiled, she had practiced with this Jedi before. His name was Torrsk Cl'skar, he was a Jedi master, and a bothan. She was glad to see that other Jedi practiced the katana, even though she already knew other beings did so. She was usually busy and therefor she did not tend to see many other Jedi in the practice room, not since she learned to use the katana.
She greeted him, "Hello Torrsk. Glad to see you came back from that mission to Trandosha". He nodded, "That wasn't much of a friendly place, bounty hunters can cause quiet a mess." She also nodded, she had been on many experiences where a bounty hunter being or group has made problems for diplomatic solutions or just not starting a fight. She motioned to his katana"If your here to practice using that sword, then are you able to do a practice match?", she asked as she drew her blade. The bothan drew his and replied with a simple yes and a smile. She decided to let him attack first, and he did not disappoint her. The bothan launched forward and attacked first with vertical slashes. She caught and moved the blade out of the way each time with a cling that came with the metal blade.
------
They exchanged blow after blow, she incorporated some ataru acrobatics into her fighting which made her very hard to block when she flips around, at least without the force. The small fight went in longer because the Jedi wanted it too. They were not in any life or death situations so this fight was just to practice. But, they did give each other small cuts that were because of their great control. They were able not to leave anything deep enough to last very long, a week or less for a Jedi to heal. The battle ended with a tie as they both were getting tired. She had herd the clink of the blades connecting for an hour now, they had been pushing themselves with no break. Sweat had formed on her head, and she had to draw on the force more so then Torssk had to due to the fact that she had been practicing earlier. She would have used for absorb to give her a boost but there was no energy fired to do so. They had agreed to end it then due to the fact that the bothan would still like to practice agents the non-living and that Celia was tired from both practicing moves over and over, not to mention the length of the fight. Celia left the room with a calm look on her face, and gave him a simple farewell. Adrenaline had been coursing though her veins, she had enjoyed the fight, but was careful not to let it envelope her. She went to the room of a thousand fountains to meditate on the fight and slow her heart rate. Before she made her way there her brain was already processing the fight and she found that this was a fight where she had the most successful attacks and defenses, this meant improvement which gave her a satisfying feeling in her stomach. Today gave her a very good match and it gauged her improvement over time.
--------
The meditation was the reflection which ended her main practice and reflection for the day. She had diplomatic meetings to attend to after. She left the temple for the senate building, to visit from the realm of fighting to the very complicated world of diplomacy. She hoped that she could handle whatever situation that awaited her as smoothly as she handled the fight...
