I'll just make a few quick suggestions, ronin, and as former mod of this section (as well as mod of my own), I suggest you take them to heart, okay? It'll make both yours and rugs' lives easier (as well as the lives of any other mod you put an app up for. Lord knows we hate repeating ourselves).

1) pull out all the unneeded information out of the title. (you really only need a name in there since, by reading the bio, any one else will be able to figure out his rank and faction that way)

2) go read previously accepted applications. Take notes if you have to, but those apps have met requirements rugs and others have asked for. There's a whole list of active/accepted bios in this thread: Active Military

3) add detail and depth. If you read the section notes completely and THOROUGHLY, as well as look at other accepted applications, you will see that we require more substance and thought than a few sentences for each section....especially the bio. While we don't require books, or even pages, on a bio or in detail, we DO like details and description. It's one thing to be short and to the point, but it's something completely different to not put any thought into your character.

Please take what I've said and apply it to all of your applications, not just this one. In the long run I believe it will help you.
