yes, but you have to wait for someone to involve you, or you have to find some way to involve yourself. right now I think all plot 4 adventures are happening on Manaan and Subterrel. hope you have some way of getting there.

close, but technically, Manaan is plot5. And actually, pretty soon, the plots are going to coincide to the point where they will be recategorized. So don't focus too much on what plot, but more on what you want to be doing. Everybody is going to get involved in this first ACT when it starts. Which will be pretty darned soon.

Attention: As a result of what's going on in The Extraordinary Session, the plot system is hereby abolished. Now only two plots exist. The Plot (Plots 2, 3, 4, 5, and everything else) and the Side Plot (Plot1 and any other side plot.)

Nothing has really changed. The plot is the same. Everything that is going on is the same. Nothing has happened. Only now, you no longer have to ask to be placed into a plot. You can just jump in wherever. You'll see how to do that just as soon as the Extraordinary Session gets going.

We seem to be having a rather large influx of Jedi/Sith arriving lately. And very few people want to go through the paperwork for a Jedi/Sith Master. It might be a while till you get a master, seeming as how we still have to follow the rule of one for the sith and jedi.

Technically, yes. But the fact remains that the only way to become a sith is to be trained by a sith. So, while anybody can find our resident Sith Lord and train, it's somewhat difficult, but don't worty, that's canging, too.

I dunno man, personally I don't like FS(Force Sensitive) characters. I don't really pay attention to the Jedi rules and such. I'm just observing the rather large influx of Jedi and Sith as of recently. And the lack of masters to progress they're development.

I realize it is the dream of many SW fans to be a Jedi or Sith, but when everyone is one, it sucks the reality out of it. Seeing as how in reality, the vast majority of the galactic population is supposed to be NFS(Not Force Sensitive). Force users, not only have character shields, which keeps them from even being scratched but they also have supernatural powers to help kill everything around them with ease. (Character Shield, Stormtrooper Effect)

I know whatcha mean, Xao, and I agree. More people should logically play fringers, civillians, and military personell than Jedi and Sith. Which is why Is et up the old char system way back when. But it gets kind of hard to tell players that they can't be a jedi or a sith in a Star Wars RP. And since we can't force them, al we can do is hope that more people willingly choose NFS characters, and that those who make a FS character have some kind of idea that's more original than
"Yeah, so he had parents, but they gave him up, and then he went to the jedi, and he trained, and now he's a master!!!!!!111ONE11",
or
"His parents were killed, so he got really pissed of and killed a bunch of people, and then became a sith."

Sadly, not a whole lot we can do about it, but try our best to show people a good example and hope that they follow suit.

Yeah it does really get out of hand. Perhaps more stringent requirements for making Jedi/Sith characters? Or maybe benefits for being NFS chars?

Personally, I refuse to make a Jedi/Sith char lol.

That will most likely happen, once we get everything sorted out and the plot picks up on its own. I like making FS characters, myself, but I usually try to give them a focus and a weakness (gasp!). Makes them more interesting. A lot of the knights I've seen played were way, way, way, way, too powerful for their own good. I hoep that doesn't happen here.

Perhaps just for now then making the Power-playing and God-modding rules more stringent. That might somewhat limit the demi-god jedi chars lol

Well, I know what you mean on the genericness CG, same goes for Fringers though, I would really like not seeing newer players start a new character, have him a Bounty Hunting Mandalorian with matching armor, flamethrower, jetpack and a hate for jedi. Not all Mandalorians were BH, and not all BH are Mandalorians.

I do not think we should be more restraining on Jedi characters, just I noticed how there seems to be alot of people signing up as one now, earlier it was lots of Fringe.

EDIT: Whe nwe reach the end of ACT 1, will there be a time lapse like the old site? What determines the passing of an ACT?

No real need to worry, I suppose. The Rp will continue as always.

As for ACTs, they are determined by a period of time in which things mostly stay about the same. These are usually defined by huge events. Example: Prolugue was the galaxy in relative peace, with just the sith empire and the broken mandalorians out and about. ACT 1 begins with the extraordinary session taking place right now. Once that ends, the galaxy votes and goes to War. And it's a whole new ball game.

Thing is, I don't know what will happen in Act 1. That's up to you guys (I'll explain how in about a day or two.) But I do know that it will involve the war, a lot, and will most likely continue until some other huge event transpires ,such as one of the three forces being totally defeated or coruscant being blown up or a giant radioactive wookiee eats Mandalore (That's a joke, kiddies, not gonna happen), I dunno yet. But, once an event changes the galaxy to the point where it becomes a whole new story, we'll change to a new act.

So, since we need to get ready for these returning members, I think we need to decide exactly what they will return to. Now, I've had some computer problems recently, and now even I don't know what's going on.

Last I read, war was declared on the Mandalorians and the Sith Empire by the Republic, Subterrel was taken over by the sith empire, and the Mandalorian forces overtook, or are about to, Mandalore.


So, I don't think we're quite in ACT 1 yet, which is cool, since that's a great place to start off the new RP season (which starts in about june)

So please, let me know what has happened, so that I might compile a list and make it so that everybody knows what they are doing when things start up again.

I'd like to call some attention to the utter lack of Mandalorians. Not forcing anything yet, but with the shortage and the current situation you're almost guaranteed some action.

Well... I will post my sample RP after my writers block has passed so that it may get accepted. Then I'll be in there with my character to 'find a purpose' and basically just swirl some mess up with him ^^.
