Bio:
Charlie was born on Muunilist, a world that thrived on money and greed but she would see little of the former and much of the latter as she was born to a homeless teenager named Rita Oran. She had fallen on hard times with her family and so she ran away with her boyfriend Sol. The two had been living on the streets for almost three years and no matter what they always had each other. They worked whatever they could to make money and they were happy but their happiness wouldn’t last forever. It was during this time that Sol got into debt with some local gangsters. He had been running packages for some shady business men and one day while running a package for them he got arrested. Sol had a friend in the police department so he got out again quickly but the score was gone and the Gangsters wanted the contents of this package. If they didn't get it they would charge its worth to Sol. The two runaways didn’t have the kind of money it would take to pay them off so Sol tried to run but he and Rita didn’t get far. One day Sol went off to find some food for the two of them and never returned, the official report stated that he had been stabbed over forty times.
Rita was heartbroken by the whole ordeal but she was even more broken up when she learned she was pregnant. She couldn’t bring herself to terminate the child so she carried it to full term and after 9 months, Rita’s water broke while she was staying with her friend Lia. Rita delivered with only Lia to act as the midwife. It was a painful ordeal and they almost lost the baby but after many hours Lia handed Rita a little baby girl. Rita however, wouldn't hold the baby, so stricken was she with grief and pain. Rita was sapped and couldn’t move for days but she refused to go to a hospital nor did she look at the child very much for it only reminded her of Sol. She spent a few weeks bedridden, crying and irritable; one day Lia left to get food when she returned, Rita was gone and the child was left in Lia’s care. Rita would be found a week later in a gutter, dead. Lia didn’t have the means to take care of a child as she could barely provide for herself so she left the baby on the doorstep of a rundown orphanage and ran. The people that found the baby began calling her Helena and they watched over the child.
Over the years Helena grew in to a timid child, she didn’t like the orphanage much and she dreamed of one day finding a family and forgetting about this place. Families would come and go but no one ever wanted the little girl. She made very few friends and she spent most of her time alone, she did find a hobby in drawing and spent much of her time drawing a fantasy world she wished to live in.
One day her whole life changed when two people came to the orphanage and began testing and studying the children. They said they were seeking children for a wealthy family on Coruscant, but this was just a cover story. At first the headmaster of the orphanage was against such a strange request, insisting that if they wanted a child they could come themselves but after an exchange of credits, these protests were silenced. After observing Helena the two went to talk to the headmaster and after an hour they came to take Helena’s hand, leaving the orphanage. Helena was excited by the thought of having a new family. Helena was forgotten almost as soon as she walked out the door both literally and figuratively, during the conversation with the with Headmaster Helena’s personal files, medical records, and all other data pertaining to her was eradicated and due to her reclusive nature it didn’t take long to be forgotten by everyone at the orphanage.
Helena departed with the strangers that day. She knew little about what would happen to her from then on as they traveled to Ralltiir, not Coruscant. They stopped only once to re-supply and collect several other passengers, most of them children before continuing on. When they arrived at Ralltiir Helena expected to meet her new family but was instead herded in with several other children into a large room. From there they were taken one at a time from the room and didn’t return. Helena was frightened by the whole ordeal but no one was there to comfort the scared child. She was completely and utterly alone in this place. Soon they called her name and she was lead into a medical room. There her life would be forever altered. When she awoke she had no memories of her past life, of her mother, or even of the orphanage. Her life on Muunilst was gone, nothing was left of Helena, only Charlie as they called her now. The Meadows had gained its newest subject, the RELIC chip in her made sure she was a willing participant. She was paired with twenty five other children but she felt no fear or confusion. Instead she listened with a blank understanding. She became a blank slate, ready to become whatever they wished.
Soon they began training Charlie, thing like basic languages, history, math, and sciences were key; the children’s young minds needed a basic understanding of the universe. They quickly moved to more advanced classes: things like physics, algebra, and dialects of common languages, even some psychology. Charlie had more trouble then most keeping up. She most of the subjects slightly confusing and she was forced to work harder, all while maintaining a very strict regiment of physical training though this was something Charlie was a great deal better at. When she awoke in the mornings, she would have calisthenics. She would move on to physical training: running, lifting, and agility exercises. Charlie enjoyed the daily running the most, she was a fast child, faster then most, but she was also very agile. She could dodge and weave through the obstacle courses that were set up for them with little difficulty. Finally, she would move on to her daily academics, and with a good deal of work she stayed with the rest of the pack academically. The Charlie spent some of this time with the other children, and other times, seemingly at random, she would be alone. She enjoyed these times of separation, she felt freer somehow even though that was hardly the case. It was during these times that the Meadows tested her, trapping her in her room from which she would have to find a way out or she would have to find a hidden object somewhere in the compound.
Charlie lived and thrived in this setting, as did the others. Their were very few “wash outs” and when there were they would disappear only to be replaced by a new initiate; she neither noticed nor cared. She also began to be known for lying to the other children; spouting lies on command something she was reprimanded for more then once. She also had problems when forced to work with the other children, her handlers began to notice and she was punished severally, and after a time her performance in group activities began to improve.
After some time, Charlie’s studies changed gears drastically and she began learning about strategy and troop tactics, battlefield history, slicing, engineering, basic first aid, weapons training and hand to hand combat. Charlie tried her best to master blasters and rifles but they never felt right to her, she did become proficient in them nevertheless. That was not the case with melee weapons, she worked well with knives, staves and swords, but she found had a special bond with axes. She became an expert with them and it was as if they an extension of herself as much so as an arm or a leg. Her handlers also saw her independent streak made her perfect for undercover work and they began to train her in the art of deception and lies.
The training continued on, year after year, all towards an objective that Charlie neither knew nor cared. But as time passed Charlie began to grow and change. The RELIC chip forced her to not think about these changes and continued to work through her studies. It was always training first and she blankly oblige. They would inject her with hormones and other chemicals that would speed up her maturation and help augment her body.
The classes became ever more detailed and intensive and despite the pain that all the children were going through they were still expected to perform above their limits and the punishments were severe for falling short. They learned the most advanced subjects and had a strict and intensive training regiment, but Charlie continued to thrive and had almost mastered the ax by age fourteen.
They began the major surgeries when she was fifteen: it began with her joints, most of the cartilage in her body was replaced with artificial compounds increasing her flexibly ten fold. They inserted lenses into her eyes, enhanced her muscles and removed a set of ribs. The pain was unimaginable but Charlie lived it and she grew strong from it, pouring herself into her training for there was no other outlet for her pain.
When she was sixteen she would face her greatest challenge yet: Surviving on the moon, Dxun. They were all roused from their beds and by this time little prodding necessary, and they were herded onto a transport and off they went. Charlie felt the ship drop out of hyperspace and readied herself for what was to come. When they landed she was handed a knife and some rope and told that she would have to survive with that and her wits for four weeks and then, if she survived, her training would be complete. Charlie was almost excited about this, it would be her final test and then she will have proven herself. She was one of the first sent off. She found herself in a clearing but was quickly on the move as she would be easy prey out in the open. She began to run toward a structure she had seen in the distance when the transport was putting down another of the assassins.
As Charlie neared her location she realized that she wasn’t alone and quickly climbed a tree to scout out what it was, a Maalraas stalking through the jungle. She waited for an opening and then dropped down and killed it. With her first taste of success she continued toward the structure she saw and by nightfall she reached her destination, an old mandolorian outpost that was long abandoned.
It was later that day that she ran into her first snag, the base was ill-equipped to keep out the wildlife. After a few days she left the outpost and continued through the jungle, but she realized she was being followed by a Mandolorian. He part of a group sent out to look into reports of a unregistered ship in the area; the Meadows vessel. He had been separated from his team and was trying to locate them when he happened upon Charlie. He thought it odd that a girl her age would be out that far in the brush and called out to her asking if she needed help. It would be his last mistake and she made quick work of him. She approached him as a scared child but when she got close enough she brought the knife into his neck. She took his rations and gear but left his gun and continued on.
She realized someone was on her trail shortly after. When they caught up she jumped the lead person but was surprised to find that they were other Green Meadows assassins and the person she was attacking was Alpha. They joined together and continued for the rest of the four weeks.
After her performance on Dxun she saw little action spending most of her time training and studying, but she nevertheless ready to go on her first mission. Her chance came almost three months after Dxun. A powerful drug lord on Correllia named Rom Telic was losing territory to a new gang that called themselves the Black Fist. The drug lord would have taken care of the problem himself but the Black Fist’s leader, Mesa Grek, surrounded himself with a guard of intensely loyal and vicious group of bodyguards and anyone hoping to get into their compound was asking for death, just the kind of mission Green Meadows was more than happy to take. Telic didn’t want Grek dead he wanted a message sent to anyone who would hope to take his territory and Green Meadows felt that it was the perfect mission for Charlie. After some intelligence gathering they learned that the Grek was looking to gain leverage over Telic so Green Meadow’s suggested that he move his favorite family member, his brother’s daughter Bell, to a protected location outside of Coronet City so that she couldn’t be used against him. While in transit Grek’s men attacked the transport and captured the niece or who they thought was the niece. What Grek didn’t know is that Telic’s neice was perfectly safe on Coruscant. The child that they kidnapped was actually Charlie in disguise. What the Security forces found later that day was a bloodbath. All of Grek’s Men were dead along with his family and Grek was in the hospital for weeks. He lived, but his days as a criminal kingpin were over.
Charlie’s mind was wiped clean directly after the mission and it was only the first of many that she would undertake. She was utilized often for her ability to infiltrate groups and organizations or for her ability to send a message, like her first mission. On one particular mission she was sent to spy on a politician that was delving into Green Meadows a little too deeply. He was from Ralltiir and was looking into the financial records of the medical facility. Charlie was to keep track of his progress so she assumed the identity of a intern in his office. She spent months getting to know his dealings and even became romantically involved with the planetary senator, her farce of love was perfect and he never suspected her for a moment. Her first job was to mislead, but when it became apparent that he could not be deterred, he would have to be silenced. She convinced him to take her to a show on Coruscant where he was shot by a Green Meadows sniper, the operative Hotel.
Charlie continues to work for Green Meadows and kills on command. But in the current state of upheaval in the Facility no one is sure for how long…

Charlie walked in to the cantina in what she felt was “too little clothing”. She had a mission and she would see it to conclusion, for her life was one of following orders. She couldn’t help but notice that the patrons were staring, but it came with the territory when one dressed the way she was. She approached the bar and asked for a drink. “Drink please.” She said flatly, “Well Missy…” he said, blatantly leering at her “What sort of drink?” She shot him a cold glance. “I don’t care.” She said with a fabricated air of anger in her voice. She wasn’t angry at the man, nor did she care, but there was work to do and she had better things to do then to deal with the lecherous bartender.
She scanned the room as she waited for her drink, the target was looking to meet his contact in this cantina, he held the illusion that it was safe for him here. Needless to say, he was wrong, Charlie’s presence was evidence of that. That’s when she saw him. He was a pencil pusher at Green Meadows that had gotten a sudden conscious, sadly for him he would never make his date with the HNN reporters, or his contact. Charlie would see to it personally.
He walked over to the bar and talked to the bartender they spoke in whispers and he headed for the back room. Charlie slinked in behind him, stopping the door with her foot.
“HEY! No one is allowed in without permission” The grizzly looking Human said from behind the door.
“I really need to go to the bathroom mister!” She said with a pout.
“Bathrooms that way.” He said flatly, pointing to the other side of the club.
“But the line is soooooo long” She said with a grin, flashing a perfect smile.
“Alright…” He said opening the door and turning his back to her, “It’s the first door on th—“ Before he could finish the sentence or even think, she had her hands around his neck and with a quick twist, he fell lifelessly to the ground.
She found her way to the back of the area easily enough, it was so stereotypical, back room, round table with little lighting. She donned her inferred goggles, primed a smoke grenade and kicked in the door in as it began billowing out smoke. She dropped it on the ground and unfurled her twin folding axes out as it fell. As soon as the door was open the target fell to the floor. The first two guards didn’t even have their guns out as she planted an ax both foreheads, blood spewing out of the newly developed holes. The third guard at least had a chance to fire his blaster as she spun in mid air avoiding the shot. She brought her hand around and cut open in throat, dropping him to the floor, and the final guard was kicked strongly in the legs, causing him to fall flat on his face. The twin axes where flung down on his back, accompanied by a blood curdling scream. She then spun up and brought both axes together, decapitating the leader of the gang.
She walked slowly over to the target, kicking the fallen head out of her way, she could smell the urine and feces as she approached, it was what fear smelled like. He just lay there repeating over and over, “I don’t want to die, I don’t want to die.” Charlie looked directly into his face, “What did you expect?” She said in a flat tone.
He just said, “I was trying to help y-“ and his voice was silenced forever.
