The Masters are Masters of their own house. They rule how they want to rule. Their saber is decided not by others but by their connection with in the force and what they want. So Cho spoke into the empty frozen air. He had decided that Zoist would be where he would build his saber and would wait for Shard's call to arms. He had spent many months building up his skills and also in gathering the jewels needed to not rebuild his saber but to construct a new one that reflexed his new persona with in the force.
The better part of a year he trained on Bastion perfecting Maelstrom. He did indeed succeed in creating a maelstrom of epic proportion's so much so that it started to edge into Shard's "no destroy my planet' rule. He was not even near his full destructive level. But upon a 200 yard destruction zone with a 50 yard crater Shard requested his removal to another place for further training. A Zoist was a place that welcomed Cho with open arms with in the force. Now he resided and used it as a base for his endeavors to build a saber that matched him in strength and deadly beauty.
Cho before leaving Bastion had went on a mission to bring back a missing cargo ship for Shard. It had Shard's new Krath War Droids and a special gift for Cho. Cho did not know what it was, but it was a Vexxtal crystal that Shard had ordered for Cho. Upon Cho's touching the stone he could feel the kindred signature to himself. This was indeed a stone like him but only one aspect of his persona.
His second venture on finding stones that had great power he was drawn to Mustafar. He was further drawn when he neared the planet. Letting himself be opened into the force he felt twin sources of power. He could not land where the sig. brought him for it was in the middle of a lava field flow. He left the ship in a hover position and reached out to touch the sigs and found them slowly floating upon a melting piece of lava flow. Cho did not want to let the stone be destroyed so he lifted them out of the flow of lava. As the mass rose from the lava it started to crumble. Cho had to divide his attention quickly or risk losing both. His mind quivered in the force but the stones pulsed in twin power and gave Cho a quick focus of power and calmed his being with in the force. He then gathered them to himself and lifted off from the planet.
The third stone was not on some far away planet, but on Zoist it's self. While meditating late one night Cho felt a shining glow of the force. It was not the pungent darkness but the solar glow of the light side and it came from with in the depths of the temple he resided in. Taking two days to search out this miniature sig Cho finally found a saber. A saber that was a Jedi's saber. It had been slashed into one of the two crystals was destroyed but the other a Ultima Pearl glowed as bright as the noon sun of a desert. Small and powerful this gem stone was.
Now with the four stones Cho sat down to set there position. He knew the first time he did this the stones spoke to him a little to quickly. As he thought about it he found that his twi'lek master had directed his building and failed him in allowing him to learning from his stone on how to best place them. This time he had no master and now other being hovering about him to tisk his actions. Now Cho readied himself for the positioning of his two power Lava stones.

As Cho sat down to start the force atunement for his crystals he felt that some thing was missing. Cho spent the next three hours turning and readjusting of the hardware. Still that nagging feeling was still there, but what was it? He had all the necessary pieces from the advanced lenses and internal switches and longer lasting battery. He decided to pick up each item to see if what he was feeling was any of the pieces before him.
Going through the parts three times, Cho snorted in discuss. What ever was missing it was not there. So he turned inward to himself and the force and then it simply clicked it was him he was what was missing. But how could he put himself into the weapon. Blood nor his force sig could be infused into the saber. Some how he had to have his being there in that weapon. Picking up the crystals and looking at them together he slowly saw him self the Vexxtal was his darkness. The Ultima pearl was that part of light with in him. The lava stones was Cho's raw power with in the force. Some how he had to put his being or his body into it as the crystals were.
Crystals... it hit him like a tidal wave Synth-crystals he could design one that was him in stone. Now all he had to do was find a crystallizer to build one. So the next four hours he searched the temple only to find it in the last room he was needing to look in. A bot gave him instruction on how the machine ran and Cho sat down in front of it and reached out into the force using it only. The process took the next three days for two crystals.
The crystals were of an odd color but the color was the same color and shade of his own skin. In the three days he remembered pouring his being into the stone until it felt as his own flesh. It felt to Cho as if these were a piece of him when he moved them he could feel it with in them and their position relative to himself. This was what was missing he himself. Now with Synth-crystals in hand he laid the pieces together and rested for his body and mind had not truly slept in four days.

A day and a half had passed before Cho awoke. His body was stiff and sore by the extended sleep and lack of movement. Raising he set to stretching and going through one set of his noghri martial arts from years past. He was still slow on some of the movements but it was coming back to him.
Once awake he ate a bit of food and set out to building his new saber. Now with a fresh mind he could see that the saber would need to be double swords that could connect at the pummels. It was a good thing he had gathered enough parts that if the saber had exploded he would have been able to start over. Multiple parts often made Cho a bit angry for the cost and the search took much time and money.
Here he laid out the pieces in line. Cho had to rotate the crystals in all different direction until he got them to their optimum focus and strength. The time mattered not to him what mattered that they reflected his being so every time Cho set one crystal another crystal would not work for that position. So he would have to maneuver each in turn. As they came to their focal points Cho's being would start to vibrate in the force. As he delved deeper in the work he slowly slipped into a force trance.
For the Ultima-Pearl side Cho felt the area where the Jedi had tried to purge his darkness grow and his focus come to a clearer place with in himself. The Vexxtal side was a bit harder to pin point when these were in their fixed point. He had to dig deeper into himself until he felt that dark pit that his being clung to. It did not focus or grow stronger but it got darker, like an abyss. The same abyss that he would often look into search for power.
He dragged himself from the meditative force trance that he ended up in while he was working. His stomach hurt like he had not eaten in two days. When going to the food storage area he found some tuber roots had sprouted and started to grow to a height of two feet. These tubers took at least four to five days to have grown like this. Checking his chrono indeed four days had passed. Time was moving on and he had yet to finish either saber. The only thing left was to install an focus his noghri Synth-crystal and then form the crystallized aluminum case for it. Then he would give them a test and at that time Cho Wroth would become whole again and ready to fulfill what the Will of the Force had for him.

The following day Cho started working on his sabers early in the day. Each saber he held before himself and focused upon it. Feeling each part each facet of the crystals and lens. He tweaked each component the focuser, amplifier and his Ataru switch which allowed him to, with a slight force twitch turn on one blade as it narrowly passes by his body to give him Superior alternatives to his mastered skill. As he did each part came into focus with in his mind. He looked upon the sabers as if he was looking at himself. The only thing that was not the same was the synth crystals did not resonate as he did. He very slowly turned the stone and varied the power output until he lost the sabers force signatures.
The loosing of sig was not because of him being tired and not by it disappearing into the force, but it seemed to merge as part of his force being. That,... the merging of sigs was what Cho was waiting for and searching to find. With the lenses and crystals aligned Cho took them over to a machine bench and started working on the crystallized aluminum for the handles.
The aluminum was very easy to make for he had been use to mixing and fusing the compounds by less modern ways for years so making it was a breeze with the newer tech he brought with him from Bastion. The mixture melted and fused and boiled and bubbled in the mixer until it was liquid. Via the force Cho removed the liquid and slowly wrapped it around the sabers. Giving each very careful attention to not hinder the internal functions and switches and correcting the weak points into a stronger frame work. Each sabers internal components became diffused by the thickening mixture. It's shape was smooth and yet so innocent of what it truly hid. The emitter nozzle was delicately wrapped by the mixture and twisted into multiple seed grass like shoots from his home world. The pummels were twisted like talons that could interlock making them into a single handle of a extended double bladed saber.
Letting it cool Cho sat back he did not know how many days or weeks had gone by but the sabers were nearly done. The only thing left was for their test and Cho would give these blades the same work out that he himself went through on his daily work outs.

Cho found that a few days had indeed gone by and his body needed it's well deserved rest. On though the next morning Cho was awake early his sabers were calling to him. Calling to be tested to their limits. He would try one at a time. Before he turned the first one on he rechecked the fitting with in the crystallized casing. They were secured and still in the last position they were last in, so all was good.
Switching the ultima pearl side on first Cho saw the thin ruddy purple blade with a silver shine jump hungrily from it's housings. As Cho looked over the blade he also noticed that with the opaque casing one could see the internal light of the saber. Sighing Cho set to putting the single saber through it's paces., first the Shii-cho then Ataru. in a blur of darkness and light Cho spun and twirled the blade did not waver nor did it falter. Cho now tried it's internal switches, the dead man switch, and the common functions. The dead man switch worked wonders. When he activated the dual phase the blade doubled in length but the blade needed to be focused. Tuning the blade in Cho shut down the extender and found the first stage blade to look a bit thin.
The Vexxtal side was a bit more off than the pearl side. Almost immediately Cho had to switch it off the focusing lens switch was turned in a contrary way making the blade heat up the emitter nozzle. Cho reset the switch and rechecked the others, only the one was off. So Cho activated it once again. A dark bloody purple-ish black lept forth Cho could feel it was in want of destruction. Until it was ready Cho did not let it touch anything. Going through Shii-Cho and Ataru Cho set a fast and heavy pace for this blade.
Nest Cho set to having them tested together as one handle. Twisting them together Cho felt their heft. Finding it a bit heavier than his last blade Cho set to spinning it in the paces with out activating them. Spinning gracefully and tumbling Cho held on to both ends like he would normally. With a very high jump Cho switched them on and brought them to bare upon some metal that was laying around about the training area that was already set up. Cho hacked and sliced the metal with deadly efficient. Slowing to halt Cho nodded his OK for the blades. He turned them off and placed them on his belt and gathered what thing he had gathered while at the temple. He was going to go back to Bastion not for a fight but knowing Shard he would have forgotten where Cho had gotten off too.
