One of the few great American animated shows, it has great art, characters, and an awesome story to boot...and then it ended, but with a bang, one of the greatest animated movies of all time, Sozin's Comet. Anyone else here a huge fan of Avatar like me?

I've watched up to Book 3 Episode 13 I think it is, first of a two parter.
I used to slander it before I'd even watched it, then I actually tried watching it and it was rather cool. Although I could with finishing it off at some point.
Currently though I've got a list of stuff to watch.
Gotta finish season 4 of Angel, then watch season 5, then I've been graced with all 5 seasons of Babylon 5 to watch as well as about 15 other movies.
So Avatar currently is not up there on my 'to watch' list. Although it is fairly decent, especially considering it's an American animation.

Eh, it's ok I guess. Not my cup of tea. It's a bit to predictable and cliche for me, taking way to much from past shows of a similar vein.

I watched every episode premier and even supported the Kataang (Katara and Aang) pairing. I still watch the re-runs on Nicktoons Network and am looking forward to the premier of the movie comming out next year. I've even read a Star Wars/ Avatar crossover (imagine that!). You could safely say I'm a deticated fan of Avatar.

I am a huge fan of it. I saw every episode up to the end of book 2 the day they came out. Then I held off for like a year and saw all the fire episodes. Epic.
I personally think the movie will suck to death though. It looks horrible, to be honest. I love Shyamalan's films, but I think he should stick with things that are scary and eerie like Signs and the Happening.

I think the Avatar movie is gonna be excellent personally- Aang looked appropriate, and in the preview the Fire Nation ships/ rope climbing antics looked right on. I just think it's lame that James Cameron had a bitch fit when M Night wanted to call it Avatar- which in my opinion, doesn't look very good. Could be interesting, but the last thing James Cameron did successful was Terminator- which was epic, but came out like 20 years ago >_>. I'm a big fan of the show, but refuse to watch it on TV cause Nick is annoying as hell. DL ftw =D
