I don't really compare the old trilogy to the newer movies. It's like comparing creme brulee to Jell-o. Out of the old movies, I'd have to say Empire, but it's close. As for the new ones, I'm still a big fan of Phantom Menace. Jar Jar is a small price to pay for Ewan McGregor, Liam Neeson, and Ray Park in one movie.

I chose Episode I The Phantom Menace, because Darth Maul, Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon were awesome that final battle scene was my favorite to watch, even over the Anakin-Obi-Wan scene. Plus Darth Maul is one of my favorite Sith Lord's.

Hoorah for the Original trilogy! I begin scheming, in hopes of inserting epic lightsaber battles into the original trilogy, whilst keeping most of the original footage... come, my computer graphics, increase your power exponentially!
*hem* Anywho, I think the last was my favorite. ;D I love love love the battle over the Saarlac pit. (Go R2D2!) Then again, the scene in Episode V when Han is sealed into the Carbonite is also quite awesome... *remembers Lego 'Solo in Carbonite', chuckles.*

I liked Qui-Gon Jinn, and i don't mind Jar Jar Binks. I like Anakin in ATOTC better then ROTS, and in my view III is the worst on although it tells alto about the movies and i do like it just not as much as the rest. they are all good. BUT......... just because i voted for I dose not mean it's the best i agree with Mara A New Hope is the best.
(OK you can shoot me for the Jar-Jar piece but what ever)
