Isn't this a pretty site?
Ah, yes, pretty in blue. Except, there's so very many more people that crowd the place. The enticing scents of food sparking the nose and causing salivation. News, events, advertisements flash across enormous, well lit boards and computer faces, attracting attention in light play and impossibly loud music. A synthesized yet womanly voice beckons the welcome of the local bars in several languages, attempting appeal to several species. There's so many voices, so many vehicles whirring around, that it almost overloads the senses. Any sane man would know better than to attempt to take everything in.
So, perhaps I need to quit trying to see, smell, and listen to everything.
Is that a man? No, simply shadow play above my head. Or so I believe.
This here is my recollection of the fight I witnessed between two men, one of extreme faith and the other a mere wanderer within the galaxy.
