This is just something of a personal update.

As some of you may have noticed, for the last month or so I've been dedicating my time to OOC stuff. I got a handful of IC posts written during that time, but mostly I was focusing on trying to get things done on the site (as can be seen in our increase of announcements).

Now, life, and in particualr university, snuck up on me in the last couple of weeks, which is why I haven't been around. I apologise for the poor amount of time I've been around but as I state to members, real life comes first, and I like to practice what I preach. Now, I don't know for certain how long I'll be bogged down by my work. I have this week off but have things I need to get done during that free time. I'm going to make sure I can get the move to 3601 BBY done this week no matter what. After that at the moment there's just one more thing I want to do in terms of OOC work (that will consume a lot of time).

Once that work is over and my university work slows down a little bit, I'll focus on my IC posts. I really am sorry for the amount of time I've been holding some folks off but I've been really quite swamped with my work, not to mention complications in obtain a house to live in next year with some friends. I hope you can all be patient with me until I'm back and posting properly as I can't accurately predict when that will be.

If you have any concerns or things you wish to talk to me about, you're likely going to have to try another way than the cbox. PMs are the safe and slow route, I'm logged into Skype a fair bit, but I might not always be around at the time, I haven't really logged much into msn recently.

To conclude, I'll be back when I can and if you need me there are ways to get in touch.

So, for the past month or so I haven't really been around much. Despite my break from university, real life obligations were more numerous than I'd anticipated. I'm currently back at uni, and I have a number of projects to do over the next month, so I will still not be around too much. I'm going to try and ease myself back into becoming a bit more active here on SWU but please be patient with me. I finish my exams and work for university at the beginning of June, until then I can't really say how active I can be with any real degree of certainty, but I would like to pass my first year so I will be putting things before the site.

I hope you can all understand my reasons for not being about as much as I used to be.

So, just as I start getting back into things, I won't be around for a few days.

I'm going out tonight to catch up with my friends, then I'm going to the beach early tomorrow for my friend's birthday, when we get back we're going to be going out as well. Then on Sunday I'm travelling back to uni to pick up the rest of my stuff.

So I should hopefully be back around on Monday/Tuesday, I might pop on a bit, but not likely in a very good state. So all of you behave, otherwise I'll be extra harsh in handing out punishments when I'm back >:3.

Given how the last week or so has gone, I feel like I should probably get something written up.

Basically, I got myself a job about two weeks back which has drained me of time. Now, this alone wouldn't take away as much of my time as I am currently losing, even despite their habit to ask me to stay on a few hours after my shifts or to come in on my days off. But on top of that I'm also trying to see my friends back home whilst I'm here for the break. So whenever I get invited some place, I usually try my best to go and have a social life. So far this has been happening about four nights a week.

On top of this I have my karate, which I have to attend whenever I now get the chance. And in tandem with the local council, our club's going to be doing a number of sessions across my area and there are a required number of instructors needed at each event, so I've been asked to go along to those when I'm not working.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaalso, there was a piece of work I failed to submit during my year at uni and given the grades I got on all the other pieces of work, they want me to submit this essay over the summer so that I don't have to resit the year. And this most certainly takes a priority for me.

So yes, I am really rather busy at the moment and I don't think I can often say certain times at which I can be on/around due to how unpredictable this job is for throwing more hours (and thus more money) my way.

I can't really say how things are going to pan out at the moment. I'll try and do what I can, but there might be some trying times ahead when it comes to me and my activity.

Sooooooooooooo, some of you may be pleased to know that I finished work today and won't be back in until next Tuesday!

However, what spoils this fact for SWU is that in two days I'm going to be going to a musical festival until Monday. So whilst I have free time for the next two days, most of it's going to go towards getting ready for this festival, but hopefully I'll have time to get some stuff done, even if it's just a little bit.

I think I'm looking to stop work and move back to uni around the 24th of September.

Hopefully I should have a bit more free time at uni.

But I'm rather hungry, tired and hungover after the festival, plus I start back at work immediately tomorrow, so I will try and catch up on a few things tonight, but it may take me a couple of days to return to normal.

I'm going to be away again for a little while. In a few short hours I'll be moving back to university and into my new house. However, moving into this house means that I won't have internet until decide on a provider and such. So my guess is a minimum of one week for how long I'll be absent, however, if it's going to be much longer I'll be able to use my phone to tell you folks, I'll probably be able to read PMs as well, but I won't be using it very much at all.

I believe Jace currently has tests keeping him busy, so I leave you all in the capable boss-hands of Meira.

I shall see you all shortly and if you really need me for something then PM me, I just won't be able to guarantee the speed of my response.

Alrighty, so, a friend of mine from back home is coming to visit me at university (going to meet them at the train station within an hour). They're going to be staying until the weekend, so given that I'll pretty much be spending all my time with them, I essentially won't be around SWU at all until Saturday/Sunday.

Also, I doubt I'm going to be around Skype all that much either. You might be able to catch me on there, if I'm really needed, but the majority of issues will be seen to quicker if you contact Jace or Meira instead.

Well, have fun, don't cause trouble, and I'll see you all at the weekend.

A friend's from home's coming to visit me again and will be staying until about Wednesday. Once again I doubt I'll be around at all, Meira and Sparrow will be your best bets if you want to get anything admin-related resolved.

I may pop on Skype every now and again, but mostly you'll find that you won't be able to reach me.

I'll be around for a few more hours before they arrive.

Aaaand I forgot to mentioned that I'm back home for two weeks. This means work and catching up with friends, spending time with people and not much chance to be around SWU.

First of all I'd just like to apologise to a couple of people for vanishing over the past few days, such as Sparrow, lmr, Ghostie, Kami and any other people I may have not been around to post things for. Last few days involved a lot of things, first there was the Avengers and then after that I got hooked on the Guild Wars 2 beta before realising on Sunday night that I had to write a script and some other things for university and that it was due in on Monday (yesterday).

But I thought I'd take this chance to say that my attendance will be a bit sporadic, I've got graded essays and exams coming up over this month and into the beginning of June so I can't say for certain how much I'll be around, I may disappear for days again, but when I'm around and assuming there isn't a test/hand in date a few days away I will try to post if/when possible.
