I do not know how many people we have on SWU that play minecraft but methinks it could be fun to get our own server and build a world.
Just a thought.

I am not sure. If thats where we want to meet then I have no problem with it.
I am, quite honestly, not a fan of the server. Those types of things where its obvious the buildings were made using inventory hacks... not my favorite types of server. I'd like to see a player build community spring out of the ground and build its way to that point, not take the shortcut.

The plugins used to create the buildings were made as a template where people can live without being harmed by mobs and whatnot. It's kind of hard to attract new members when the server is barren and since we only started with 3-4 members building everything from scratch without plugins would've taken time we didn't have. In order to make things quickly we had to make buildings and other areas with plugins to make it look more appealing. When the server actually opens, everything will be mostly made by the community without building and server hacking plugins. |
