Because 1) it's my plot, and 2) we've talked this out weeks ago, long before you even started thinking about it :3 Plot's set, bud

it ok ghosh. It's rugs, his beefjerkyness comes with the package. You just gotta be snarky back at him. But ok Rugs, fair enough. Looks like I'll have to make due without the shadowmen. Unfortunate, but that shant effect me. There are alternatives. ;D

*sound of a record scratching/stopping*
Ok, the Shoku plans for Nivek have been scrapped. After the unification of Shokuur the plans for Rattatak are back on the menu boys!
Also we'll need to acquire a corporate sponsor at some point in time before Rattatak.

I said this in my PM response to you, WarGerbil, but I wanted to make sure it was addressed... The whole Yavin business, that needs to be taken care of.
Either edit out the Templar presence on Yavin or move Shokuur closer to Yavin.
If this has already been acceptably addressed, then you may disregard this message.

Yeaaaaa, setting up shop on one side of the galaxy and then invading a planet on the other side is actually a rather large hurdle, and essentially suicide. The Mandalorians already have a tough time with many of their planets divided and they're all quite close to one another, however, other factions control the space between these planets, which makes transferring supplies or troops much much much more difficult (and pricey).
If you did successfully take the planet somehow, then your already small forces would essentially be divided in two, leaving you no stronger than before and if anything endangers one planet, the other one can't do anything to provide immediate assistance.
Even the larger forces such as the Sith and Hutt Empires keep the majority of their forces/planets together because it makes things much easier.
There's nothing stopping a force from coming in and taking a planet before any sort of reinforcements can get near the other.
I severely recommend you rethink things. You need to have a place where you can expand to nearby territories in order to allow your planets to benefit one another. Also, you may want to choose a more strategic location, going around Yavin puts your forces between the Sith Empire and the Republic forces they're so looking forward to destroying, given the nature of the Sith, they'd more than likely try and absorb the power/faction with force if necessary as they're only getting in the way around that area. Also, it's on the edge of Mandalorian space, and territories they're looking to reclaim.
It's already a very contested area, and will but the faction in incredibly large amounts of danger. Just thought I'd warn you.

Also, I thought Shokuur wasn't ever on the radar for the rest of the galaxy? How exactly is that possible if it's in the middle of three factions?

Right Jenno. It was a spur of the moment thing when I said that. I've been thinking of alternatives even before your last post because just like you said in short..."it's a really bad idea". Same for what meira said. I think I'll go ahead and relocate away from Yavin entirely. That'll require some editing of Illaina's bio, but so be it.
=edit: I've decided to move it near Honoghr=

Ok so NOW the plans for post Kaung'aavi unification are to ally with the Sith, remain incognito to the Republic, and incorporate Rishi into Shoku territory. However I think Rishi will be a "front", posing as an independent world to the rest of the galaxy whilst the Order actually profits.
I don't think it wise to try and craft a military might for "the shoku"(beings/inhabitants of the Order of Shokuur's dynasty). Instead we'll harness assets from various places to fund the goal of the order. The training of templars will only take place on Shokuur which we'll keep hidden.
Yup yup. Ok I like this plan now.
