(Ugh, I had only planned on writing two or three paragraphs for for this guy. but this guy ended up taking two and a half 3 pages on word lol. Not that long of a bio I know, but a lot longer then I had planned.)
Name:Raveal Zhist
Race:Shistavanen
Age:10
Height:4’7
Weight:80lbs
Birth place:Coruscant
Appearance: Being a Shistavanen, Raveal is covered head to toe in fur. It is black, except for around the base of his neck, where he has thick brown fur. Seeing as he is still a pup, Raveal’s muzzle isn’t as pronounced as that of older Shistavens. Raveal wears common robes, as most younglings do. His are loose on his body however, so that he doesn’t get overheated due to wearing tight clothes and already having fur.
Personality:Being trained as a Jedi most of his life, Raveal does his best to try and be courteous, and to control his emotions. Being as young as he is however, he still has moments where he acts childish and he can get angry. He is very inquisitive, often asking numerous questions to his teachers.
Being a Shistavanen, Raveal believes in being in a pack, where people look out for other and care for each other. When he was younger, Raveal believed his pack was his parents, but after a few years in the Jedi Order he thinks of all Jedi as a part of his pack. He is willing to help other younglings if they need it, and will do his best to befriend and youngling that doesn’t like him. He will also try and resolve any issues he has with another youngling, for the good of the pack.

Bio:
A Jedi falls in love (before birth)
Raveal’s father was a Shistavanen Jedi Knight, a Consular to be more precise. He was well-respected among the Jedi Order, and many thought that he would make the rank of Master quickly. That was, until he met another Shistavanen while strolling around Coruscant. The two felt instantly attracted to each other, and despite his Jedi training, Raveal’s father couldn’t help but talk to her. They met and talked a couple of times in secret, Raveal’s father torn between the Jedi Order and the idea of settling down and taking a mate.
After a few weeks some of the other Jedi wondered what the Shistavanen Jedi was doing, but most of them didn’t suspect him of anything. Some would ask him what he was doing, to which he would say he just felt that he needed some fresh air. He hated that he had to lie to his comrades, but the Jedi still had yet to make his decision. He had tried to entertain the idea of being able to have both, but he knew that he couldn’t hide it forever and that he had to choose.
He eventually decided that he would take the Shistavanen female as his mate, and let the order. While some of them didn’t like that he had kept a secret from them, he left the Order on good terms.
Son of a Jedi (Birth-4 years of age)
Eventually the couple had a child, which they named Raveal Zhist. They told the Jedi of the child’s birth, saying that they would keep him a few years then take him to the Jedi Temple to be properly trained. They knew that they would never be able to see their child again, but they felt that it would be best for him to learn the ways of the Force would be from the Jedi.
The first four years of his life were spent with his parents. Who loved and cherished him. His father had begun to work as a diplomat, he had been on many diplomatic missions as a Jedi, so he already had friends in the Senate who helped him get his career started. It was hard, seeing as he was such a ‘beastly’ looking creature, but eventually they helped him get a job as a diplomat that was sent to hostile planets to negotiate with them. Being a former Jedi had also helped him get the job, because he would be able to take care of himself.
With the money that Raveal’s father made from his new job, he grew up getting a decent amount of cash. His parent’s didn’t want to spoil him, they didn’t want there to be a dramatic change of lifestyle when he joined the Jedi, so he only had a few toys to play with. Both of his parents spoke Basic, so that was what he grew up hearing, though sometimes when his mother talked for a really long time she would switch over to Shistavanen. He would ask her what she was saying, and she would teach him how to say some of the words.
Becoming a Jedi (4 years old)
Shortly after Raveal turned four, his parents decided it was time for him to join the Jedi. They brought him to the Temple, where they reluctantly gave over their child. They had had a long discussion before they had left their home for the Temple, neither of them really wanted to give their only child away to the Jedi, but they both felt like it would be better for him to live in the Temple, where there wouldn’t be anything tempting him to learn the Dark Side of the Force.
The Jedi took the child from them, who was barely more then a toddler, and immediately began his training in the ways of the Force.
A new Life begins (4 years old to 6th birthday
Raveal had trouble adjusting to his new environment, his parents had been his entire life, his pack, and they had given him to the Jedi. He had more trouble adjusting to losing his parents then the kids that had joined when they were 6 years old. Despite this though, Raveal did his best to try and adapt. He went to his classes and would ask his teachers when he needed help, but he rarely talked to the other younglings.
Some of the other younglings thought he was strange because he was so solitary, while others tried to be his friend. Some of them managed to get him to talk, though he still rarely said anything to them. Seeing as Jedi are supposed to care about others, some of his teachers were worried that if he didn’t make friends he would miss out on a vital part of being a Jedi. So they tried their best to encourage him to make friends, but he felt empty no matter who he talked to, he missed his ‘pack’.
Lightsaber Training (6 years old)
After two years of being a youngling, Raveal became old enough to begin instruction in Shii-Cho. He was brought into a room with a couple of other younglings, where they were all given Lightsabers to train with. Raveal held the one given in his hand for a moment, looking it over with his paws. It was basic, mostly just a cylindrical 7 inch long stick with a button attached near the top. Pressing the bottom, Raveal watched as the blade jumped from the hilt, its light blue blade lighting up the room. The other younglings did the same, and soon the room was filled with the hum of over twenty training sabers.
The instructor then had them practice swinging the weapon around, and Raveal noticed that the glowing light beam coming out of the handle had no weight. It felt nothing like the small toy weapons he had held as a younger child. That being said, Raveal adapted to it quickly, his blade moving the way his instructor told him to move it. He was a natural with a Lightsaber, and while his instructor of course never told him, he reminded him a lot of Raveal’s father, who though a Consular was a skilled duelist as well.
Friends, finally (6-8)
It wasn’t until two years after leaving his family that Raveal began to move on. He started becoming more social, talking with other younglings and making friends. He started to view the Jedi Order as his pack, which he had to do his best to make sure the order remained strong and keep its members safe. He was too young to actually protect the order, so he did what he could by training hard and helping other younglings when they needed help.
Raveal was well respected by his peers. he was nice to everyone so everyone was nice back. Every once in awhile he and another student would have a disagreement and would get mad at each other, but after they both calmed down Raveal would apologize to them, even if it wasn’t his fault, and try to be their friend. The instructors were glad that Raveal was turning out to be a kind youngling, and that he wasn’t going to force himself into becoming an outcast.
Differences in ability (8-10)
As Raveal and the other younglings in his age group became older, it became more and more apparent what their strength’s and weaknesses were. Some of Raveal’s friends were skilled in Telekinetics, others in increasing their physical abilities. Raveal was sort of an odd ball, being naturally gifted in healing. It was a skill most younglings cared little for, but Raveal thought it was something worth knowing, because if he was good enough at healing he could save people after they got hurt, if he failed to save them from getting hurt. He was also naturally skilled in telepathy, he could sense the emotions that some of his peers felt when he focused hard enough, which was no small feat for a youngling.
Raveal was also a gifted duelist, a skill some of his instructors said he inherited from his father. He was fast on his feet, and just as strong as most of the younglings his age, which gave him a physical advantage over most opponents. When he held a Lightsaber, it danced in his hands, his movements precise and well-planned.
Raveal was not skilled in everything however. His ability to amplify his already decent physical abilities was abysmal, whenever he did most spectators hardly noticed. And his ability to create protective barriers was, as much as he wished it wasn’t, absolutely horrible. He could barely even create one, much less protect himself with it. Or protect others; it just wasn’t something that the young pup wasn’t skilled in.
Raveal’s skill in Telekinetics was average. He could lift up small objects, though he had to focus on them in order to do so. Picking up large objects was out of the question, the youngling couldn’t even pick a youngling his own age up into the air if he tried, which he didn’t. He was also decent at sensing things through the force, though for the most part he was only good at detecting the Force energy of other living organisms.
Current time (10)
Ever since the wars with the Sith started, Raveal has pushed himself harder in his training. He trains hard in the use of a Lightsaber, as well as in his abilities with the Force. He still mainly focuses on his ability to heal others, hoping that maybe he can be sent to a hospital to help care for wounded soldiers. He also is trying to find a master, who would be able to help him more in his training then the instructors could.
