I would've thought that you fellow clowns of Star Wars Geek-hood would've at least elaborated yourselves in a little bit of variety!

I picked up on this series after watching the mini-series he had bought recently. For some of you who may or may not already know. The re-imagined BattleStar series which had it's release in 2004 was a recreation of the old 1974 (or somewhere close to that) series which was around before I was born.
The basic plot revolves around 12 colonies who were wiped out by Cylons (Artificial Intelligence created by humans and who have evolved). A small fleet of mankind managed to escape the nuclear destruction of the 12 colonies and hopes to find a new life on the 13th planet that they revere in their religious practices as Earth.
It's definitely worth a look. And if you've already seen it, more power to you.
