Management Style: The Company is broken down into branches, ran by Executives. Such as the Corellian Enterprises Mining Corporation (CEMC). These branches are subdivided into regional branches or project branches headed by Regional or Project Managers. The total company itself, is governed by an Executive board, comprised of the Executives, the President, Vice-President, and other company ranking members; and a Board of Directors, Comprised of seven majority share-holders. The Executive Board carries out the duties and management of the company as directed by the Board of Directors.

Company Description: Corellian Enterprises is a corporation based in Corellia that will use its great resources to invest in new prospective fields. The company began as a Ship Building and Engineering corporation that expanded into the mining and Manufacturing fields for Vertical Integration, controlling every step of production from the mining to the finished ships. As the company grew, security became and issue and they opened a security branch to guard their various outposts and to serve others. Finally, droids were introduced to fill the company’s vast need for droid services. The company is one of the oldest in Corellia, founded by the Magnus-Solo branch of the ruling Solo family of Corellia. Julius took the company from a regional power, to an intergalactic one. It is still small in comparison to some of the older Intergalactic companies, but is still extremely large and has many connections.
