Okies, as promised, here is the safehouse plot discussion Basic Idea floating around. Myri (the one who set the first group free) is going to do something incredibly stupid and first off withdraw the money to legally buy a ship. She is then going to take herself to another planet where she will liquidate her assets making her very very traceable. Uniform is going to be the first assassin to track her down with the intention of having Myri explain why she is such a mess or to make Myri fix her. Together they will work on setting up either a mobile safe house (ie. a ship or something... maybe a space station ) or using all of Myri's rather substantial funds to purchase multiple safe-house type abodes on a random assortment of planets. This is where all the MoD assassins looking for someone to RP come in... A safe house is hardly a safe house with only two people in it, so feel free to come in here and discuss where, when and how you're going to hunt Myri and Uniform down. If we get enough of us together we can begin working on taking down Green Meadows.

So far as I know the only non freed assassin is my Foxtrot, but perhaps if there're others we could do a thread where the active Green Meadow's assassins raid one of these safehouses. Could be fun ;D

Hmmm... I remember being told the ones freed by Myri were Alpha, Delta, Echo, Tango, Victor, and Uniform, with Romeo (and maybe November) having lost their chip from other circumstances. So presumably most of the others count as un-freed.

Well, I think you all need to keep this in mind. There are two groups, the handful that had their chips deactivated (leaving them with a rush of emotion and such), who were the ones to escape already and then there are the rest of the assassins, all of whom have had a 'degredation' process start on their chips in order to release their emotions and such at more controlled rate, allowing them to take the emotions on board, accept them and grow.
However, we did not specify how long exactly it would take for the chips to degrade, this way it is member preference, so it is possible for you to say that they are degrading at a rate which, for a little while at least, isn't really having an effect on them (of course this can then be altered and progressed later on). However, I just want you to be aware that it is happening to all of the assassins apart from those who have already had their chips deactivated, the rate is just up to you guys.

One idea is that since Myri is so rich we could have mobile or stationary safehouses... or both... or several of both. The stationary ones could have beacons to guide the assassins too.

a bit more in depth, here is the thought-
myri is rich. very rich. she has the capability of having both a mobile safe-house and some satellite safe-houses that can used as pick up or drop off points for people.
going on the assumption that assassins with hacking/ computer skills could set the safe-houses to be sort of beacons when one is sold or closed, one safe house on a planet could be purchased and set to somehow alert the ship that it is occupied or something like that let's those on the ship know that there are assassins waiting for pick up.
once a pick up is completed, a sale of the safe-house is initiated and a purchase of another safe-house on another plant in a completely different system is initiated with some sort signal or direction for the assassins so they know where to head.
yes, it's risky, but they will be top of the line whereas anyone tracing them is likely to be a little less epic. this way, the safe house itself is mobile, but we ahve an easier method of doing assassin pick-ups
