Reason For Partner(s): I am trying to get Cai away from the usual interviews she makes. I had a nice action-packed adventure set up for her, but it went cold after a few days. If you have a story you want reported I would be glad to show up- or it would be even better if you can get Cai involved in your story (i.e.- she is held hostage, etc.)
