Master Who?

Character Name: Tuljima Gunslinger

Character Faction: Jedi

Number of People Wanted: 1

Reason: Obviously, he needs a Master. But he's just about ready for the Trials, so whoever applies will only have to actually be around for one, maybe two threads.

Other: Tuljima is an unorthodox, combat-oriented Jedi, so his master should be the same way. They should also have some skill in Ataru, but I won't press that point; Tuljima could've learned it from another instructor.

Oh, and he isn't approved yet, but I just want to get something set up so that when he is processed I can get right into things. ^^

My jedi master is extremely unorthodox, was expelled from the jedi order under suspicion of murder and then reconciled. He was raised by wookiees, has a massive beard, and is a master lightsaber smith.. He'd be glad to train your padawan once accepted... how's that sound?

Well, the thing is, it'd really just be a formality. Tuljima already has been through being a Padawan; like I said he's real close to becoming a Knight. Read the bio and you'll see what I mean.

But yeah, your fellow sounds about perfect.

Well, could always suggest my council member Vreem, he's rather unorthadox, especially considering his position. Also, Ataru is one of the forms that he's Mastered. He's done a similar thing to what you're requesting with Meira's Jedi. Her Master died but had thought her ready, Vreem went with her on a mission, deemed her ready and Knighted her.

Although Vreem didn't focus on his lightsaber like a Guardian he was a Sentinel and so did pull from the force and lightsaber combat equally.

I'd suggest running over our own character bios and maybe looking at a couple of rps to get a feel for the characters.

Well I do beleive that Vreem and Elgriq would be Equally suitable masters. But I do ask, Vreem that I be given a chance here. My character, Just like Mr. Gunslinger, Is very combat oriented, and, while he will partake in diplomacy, he doesnt like it. I think that Elgriq would be the perfect mentor to Tuljima, the one to keep him in check.

Also, Vreem Took is a Jedi Council member, and thus almost always has something to do. Elgriq is mainly inactive, I was lucky to find an RP for him last week.

Its up to tuljima whether he wants the Huge-Bearded, Wookiee-Raised lightsaber smith or A very experienced and powerful Council Member. If its any consolation to you, Tuljima, The first thing Elgriq does with his padawans is let them make their own lightsaber.

Tuljima has been approved. And after thinking about it, I'm going to go with Leo's offer of Elgriq. Though, Vreem, if you want, your Master could be interested in what goes on and make an appearance; I'm never one to deny someone a chance to RP if they want to.

in my opinion it was like you put him in between the cafeteria and the council chambers. I cant just bump into him and say hey im your master. Just RP a council member and have him say elgriqs ur new master then ill come in.
