Ok, so after doing some talking, sparrow and I have decided that it makes sense that, given the way Irad revealed himself that the Sith would attack him and restrain him or something. Since it's not really that smart to just jump out like that xD Maybe haul him off for questioning. Just letting you know, drake. I'm gonna be posting in a sec, and I may take some liberties, but since I haven't spoken to you, I'll try to keep them to a minimum.

lmao. In all honesty, I was kind of EXPECTING him to get jumped. He's not going to pull his sabers. Instant death much? Though considering how long he's been gone, he could have just made new ones. Either way. Could just say he doesn't have the dual phase replaced, so doesn't have it.

Going to be catching up on posts this weekend. If kt doesn't post by then, I'll just post Glauruna responding to Zarene and the situation, and what the Jedi are doing at the moment. Mostly just to keep the thread moving.

Couple thoughts...

While what Irad did was rather silly, I think we might've boxed him a corner a bit too much. He should have at least some room to maneuver without everyone knowing what he's doing. Perhaps he arrival wasn't noticed by the jedi because he looks too much like a bum? Or he got lost in the crowd? It is a large spaceport, after all.

Second, how do the jedi seem to know all about the Sith that just arrived? Are they hiding out in the hangar too?

That's what I have been doing with the two Jedi dialogue, which is basically them stating what they are doing and going to do without getting too overt in detail. Telk is receiving communication from Ea (while Ea is right there spying on the Sith), and then Telk is relaying what Ea is telling him to his partner Qur. In a way, they're essentially being their own narrators with brief summaries of what they are doing/going to do in the moment.

Glauruna stated she did not know if she were followed by Ea, but then through the dialogue of the two Jedi I tried to make it clear that, Ea is there spying on the Sith--relaying information to the two Jedi. From the onset it's clear in the first post that the two Jedi are on their own and Ea is elsewhere. Only two were recognized as Sith, though, do to utilizing Force Lightning and brandishing lightsabers. The Sith dressed in the officer's uniform was simply seen as an officer the Ubese is deferring to.

Albeit, it's tough to make it seem that they mistook Irad as just a bum and whatnot when he announced himself as a Jedi (or ex-Jedi) by stating the infiltrating Jedi upon Mygeeto were his former comrades the Blades and had his two lightsabers taken form him. Unless we retcon it. But I mean, despite the diatribe I had Glauruna spout it's not like he's truly screwed and he can't do anything.

After all, if he really wants to defect and make this his turning point to the Sith, he or the Sith can merely proposition to him to prove that he is willing to eliminate his former comrades via aiding them. While true it doesn't really seem like there is much other option, there is actually plenty of wiggle room with it.

Okay, I just wanted to confirm that you intended for one of the Jedi to actually be in the hangar, since that's the only way for them to know what they know. Just hadn't expected Jedi and Sith to come into contact so early.

I brought up the thing with Irad since Drake seemed to want Irad's presence unknown to the Jedi at this point, but I guess if he announced it while one was in the room, then there's not much getting around it.

Apillis, is there anything about Ea and the other Jedi that Drake's character would reasonably know that you haven't listed above. If there is, I guess you could PM him that info.

Sure, honestly, I had been expecting him to PM me ask me something, but he never did. XD

So... drake's been kinda missing. maybe if he doesn't check in by the end of the week, let's assume he spilled the info that apillis gave him and move his character to the side where he can easily reenter the thread should he show up again. Thoughts?

Sounds good to me. Was thinking much the same. It's been quite a few weeks since anything was posted in the thread, and been several weeks since he last posted, and last he was even on the site according to his profile was two weeks ago. So, it's high time we get things rollin' again.

I'm still here. I was just trying to be nice and give KT more time to post if needed. I understand that sometimes Real Life catches up with players, but I do agree that maybe it's time to just genie bottle KT and move on.
