Name: Relt Hurrim Tallen.
Race: Human
Age: 32
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 197 lbs.
Appearance: Flat black clothing covers much of Relt's body, leaving only a very pasty looking slack skinned face visible giving him a sort of unique look.
His boots are well worn and scuffed, the high tops hidden beneath the dark fabric of his worn pants which are buckled to his once thickly muscled frame by a simple silver belt. The bottom of a long sleeved shirt is tucked in, keeping the fabric from blocking his gloved hands from any possible weapon he may have there.
A dark clothe wrapped around his head allows only his sickly yellow eyes, almost shriveled nose and nearly colorless lips to be seen, which at times is hidden in the shadow of a hooded black cloak.
Personality: As a child Relt was a very caring and curious individual who loved to learn and interact with others, as he grew older, experiences changed Relt from a very socialite attitude, leaving him as a very shy person that was still very inquisitive, soaking up anything he could learn.
Experience would strip away his curiosity, leaving him as a very held back individual almost to the point of cowardliness in some circumstances, which would later play a major part in Relt being broken into an uncaring individual with a dark purpose in life.
Birth place: Dantooine.
Faction: Dark Jedi
Rank: Knight
Bio:
[0-10]
Relt was born into a simple family of farmers that were very happy. Nothing bad could ever happen to them and their outlook on life was promising. They weren't among the rich, but his parents and siblings enjoyed the outside work. So did Relt. He learned how to farm the same year he learned how to walk.
Knowing they would eventually have to give their little boy to the Jedi, his blood tests positive, Relt's parents poured their love into him and prepared him for it as best they could until the Jedi came when he was five and whisked him away from home, taking him to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant.
At the Temple, Relt was a slow learner with the force that was at odds for his natural abilities for the force, though his abilities were only just at average. Outside of the force, Relt was learning as much as the other younglings slightly faster than most. All in all, he was nothing special.
Life in the temple exposed Relt to a whole new world that was far larger and more complex than he was used to. This made him feel small and inferior towards others who moved about with no notice of how big things around them really were.
[11-13]
Insecurity and the feeling of inferiority would later be replaced when two other younglings make friends with him, enabling him to socially grow and move past his troubling feelings and onto greater things.
Soaking information like a sponge soaks in water, Relt's training picked up dramatically, earning him some praise, giving him the feeling of being accepted.
Just after his twelfth birthday, Relt's two friends each left the temple tagging along behind a Jedi. Relt was happy for them but found himself feeling alone. His two friends had influenced him and acted as breakers for his curiosity, without his two friends, Relt's curiosity about the dark side emerged though he enough that he shouldn't ask anyone else about the dark side. He had to get out of the Temple first.
The Jedi could sense his curiosity yet not what it was targeted at and so assumed that he simply wanted to learn more. Several months later Relt would become Padawan to a young Jedi who was very active and passionate in her endeavors.
[14-16]
The Jedi, a young woman in her mid twenties named Atelia wore modest clothing and had fairy hair to match her passionate personality. Feeling a bit more alive and invigorated than he had in the temple. Relt followed Atelia as she moved about the galaxy in her ship, a NMDC-Class Light Freighter called Fleeting imprints.
Relt wouldn't leave the ship for some time, because he didn't want to or because he wasn't allowed, but because Fleeting Imprints rarely stayed in any one area for long.
He did know that Fleeting Imprints did stop at kashyyke, Tatooine, Yavin, Alderaan, Mannan, and Onderon before time started to blend together for Relt as he distracted himself with gaining more knowledge and training in the forms of Makashi, Soresu, Shien/Djem So, and the Dual wielding, Jar-kai
17-22
Training was all encompassing for Relt when he wasn't studying the contents of a terminal aboard the ship. His access to one of the ship's terminal gave Relt an eye into something he couldn't pry into before. He learned about the Dark side. Not in any substantal form and the tidbits he did get only hinted at more.
This intrigued and frustrated Relt yet he persevered, remembering the creedo of the Jedi and turning to his training to distract him and release his frustrations in a peaceful way.
Atelia was sure to notice the frustration within Relt but seemed too focused on some goal or other to bother with really helping Relt other than training and instructing him.
The crew of Fleeting Imprints mostly left Relt and Atelia alone. Mostly because Relt was quiet and studious appearing while Atelia's fiery personality drove them to distance themselves.
This would inadvertantly cause both Relt and Atelia to feel a lonliness that both could sense through the force, putting an awquard touch to their student/teacher relationship.
The next month would prove difficult for both to move around the awquard feeling, which inadvertantly caused a few heated moments that the crew privately thought of as humurous.
Just as Relt felt he and Atelia would get past the situation, the unthinkable happened. While on the planet Aiaru, a rare oppurtunity presented itself in that Relt had some time to leave the ship and see the city of Bylgia, industrial heart of the planet. Atelia had left in a hurry only pausing for an isntant as Relt followed her as if she was unsure of letting him come along.
Relt followed Atelia about as she moved about the city, speaking to strangers, asking of them either directions or for information. Atelia finally hit what she was looking for, appearantly a rough criminal with past associations with Atelia was hiding somewhere on the planet and she was searching for him.
When questioned, Atelia's answer was simply "He has done something horrible and will again," which was vague at the least.
Shortly after, Atelia spotted the criminal, a scruffy looking man who spotted them as soon as Atelia pointed him out to Relt. The man bolted, Relt, taking after Atelia, bolted after the man as Atelia was blocked by two flunkies who quickly fell, sabre wounds inflicted on both.
The crowd now in a panic hindered both pursuers and the pursued. Using the force, Relt jumped into the air and threw his sabre at the man, the blade flying through the man's legs just below the hips. Screaming, the man was flung forward and onto the ground. Landing nearby, Relt retrieved his sabre and looked back to see Atelia right behind him, and a shadow flicker before a dark sank into her right shoulder.
Atelia grunted and stumbled forward, and yanked the dart from her shoulder, looked at it and tossed it to the ground "venom!"
Relt then rushed to Atelia's aid and, without further incident, returned to Fleeting Imprints and fled away from the planet once he discovered that Atelia had been injected with Zyphter venom and couldn't be saved as the point of entry was too close to the brain for amputation.
In the end Relt was forced kill Atelia before the venom could take her.
23-24
Not knowing what else to do Relt returned to the Jedi temple on coruscant to seek guidance and report Atelia's end. Returning to the temple was strange for him as it brought up memories of happier times and a sense of home washed over him as a new sense, that of a stranger, hold tightly to him.
While at the temple Relt began and completed the kighting ceremony after taking the trails of knight hood. At the time it was very difficult and Relt felt that he had only passed by the slightest margin, yet he was a knight now and his curiousity was already growing even as he mourned for Atelia.
25- 27
Leaving the temple, this time alone, Relt took his former master's ship, Fleeting Imprints as his own and set out to discover what he could of the dark side, having been forbidden from returning to Aiaru to find his master's killer.
Wandering space aimlessly, picking up what information he could, Relt soon picked up the trail of a Dark Jedi who was operating wihin the republic. This unpresedented find compelled Relt to follow the trail, learning, studying the path of the dark jedi.
Finding the dark jedi holed up aboard ship in orbit over Chazwa wasn't Relts intention yet it was an oppurtunity he seized by inviting himself aboard the vessel and sneaking about until he stumbled, quite literally, into the the Dark Jedi's room.
The unexpected visit by a Jedi more than startled the Dark Jedi into reacting instinctively, throwing the two into a quick, fumbling battle which ended in both winded and unable to so much as continue to fight without exhausting each other completely.
The lull in the battle gave a sweat drenched Relt a chance to ask a few questions, which startled the Dark Jedi. His surprise was quickly replaced with a sort of calculating curiosity, which helped turn the battle, which had lasted for nearly three minutes, into a course of information trading. Nothing was really learned by either side other than the uses of the other side.
Leaving the ship proved much easier for Relt that he would have thought, as the Dark Jedi was in similar circumstances, only just raised to a knight. The two decided that this time neither would kill the other, but the next time they met one of them would die.
Interested, Relt began dabling in the use of the dark side and found it to be energizing. At this time, Relt finds several droids and purchases them for a modest price, these droids are employed on Fleeting Imprints.
28-32 (present)
Discomforted by Relt's use of the dark side, members of the crew began to leave, the rest deciding to stick it out. Relt's ship was undermanned and needed to refill the empty positions. Stopping at naboo, Relt purchased droids to replace the crewmen who had left.
With half the crew being Droids, Relt left Naboo orbit, and wondered through space, visiting planets under Sith or Dark Jedi rule, observing the various planets.
For a time this is all Relt really did, observing planets such as Datooine, Mygeet, Bastion, Muunlinst, and Sernpidal, the last of which his identity was discovered and Relt had to flee from the system to republic space, then moved onto the outer rim, exploring the space there.

Night air blowing against his face, sweat beating his forhead, saber held tightly, clothes frayed and cut, feet begining to go numb, arms heavy. Breathing in any substancial amount was proving difficult. He hadn't been this winded, this worn in a very long time.
"Your not supposed to do this Relt. Your one of us."
Inhaling, Relt held in the air for several seconds before letting it out.
"Really? Is that why you, the only people I really know and care about have come out of the night to strike me down? I am true to the light. You both should know this above all else." Relt replied sadly, resignedly, to the determined voice of his current foe and once one of only two friends.
"No, you have been lead astray! You have fallen to the dark side, that which shouldn't be touched!" Exclaimed a strong, feminine voice.
"Lead astray I have not. I seek only to study and learn nothing more. You know this. Why have you attacked me? Why have you slain half of my crew and damaged the droids I had acuired? Why?" Relt asked, sadness wavering with a touch of heat.
He had been taking a rare stroll, contemplating his next destination when, hearing some commotion or other from the direction of his ship, he hurried forward to find half of his crew slain, the other half in various states of resistance and most of his droids damaged with two very familiar figures in the center of it all.
The ensueing battle was more of will and reluctance and had paused for this short time for questions.
"Why must you, the only people I can call friend turn on me? When I am so close to finding what I se-" Jumping back, Relt growled deep within his throat as a blueish arc sped by where his neck had been.
Jumping forward, Relt struck for the stomach and waited for the counter. There! Spinning in a flash, Relt turned his strike into a swiping motion, completely bypassing the counter and cutting the stomach open.
"NOOO-"
"OOOOO!" Snapping his mouth shut, Relt took in a shuddering breath, the cold sweat covering his skin making him feel dirty, the thrown off blankets soaked. Raising his right hand to his side, he felt at the gash he recieved after delivering that dream haunting cut.
He didn't know if either of them lived, but the result of that confrontation made one thing clear to him. He was stuck. Likely to be branded a traitor and a dark jedi, lost to the darkside, he could never return to the republic peacefully.
