Amber fur flowed gently in the light breeze of the Temple Garden. Tallik took in breath slowly, carefully shifting through the names of the plants identifiable by the scents that wafted through the air around him. Sunlight stole through the canopy of leaves overhead, which swayed in the light wind. This caused the myriad of light and shadows around the young Amaran to dance silently about him, alternating patches of warm and cool against his thick fur.
Slowly, Tallik's eyes opened, revealing the pale green orbs which studied the plethora of greens and blue and other colors of the garden. This place was calm, relaxed. Natural. It brought faint memories of a life before to his mind. Seven years ago, when he'd been on another planet, another place. A past life that he could never return to.
He sat in as close to a cross-legged position as his backwards jointed legs could allow. This made him look more like a dog resting upon its haunches than a meditating Jedi that he was. Another deep breath told the youngling that he was not alone in the gardens. Tallik merely closed his eyes and relaxed, hoping whomever it was would simply keep wandering, and leave the Amaran alone.

Mal Konti Jedi Hutt and healer was again finding himself wandering in the Temple garden. With watering can in hand he was making his way to a set of medical herbs and plants that he had been watchin for quite some time now. The plants had be retreived and restarted at great cost for their healing properties were vast and the applications were far to numberous to count. Mal deeply hummed a old hutt tune of forgotten lore when he senced a presonce around the next bend of the garden which to him felt more anxoius about getting some mediation time in than enjoying the moment.
Slowly his massive bulk rounded the raised bed of fluted Aleenian wandering roses. He chuckled as the sight was more humorous than the force sig. had let on. A fur covered alien of a cainus species was resting in a lotus position. Yet to Mal this young one was finding it hard to focus upon anything other than Mal's own presonce.
Oh please for give young one. I do not want to disturb your efforts I shall try to get by as fast as I can, being a slow hutt and all. Once again pardon me.
Going back to humming the tune which Mal knew would stick to this one mind he continued on just about ten yards further. As Mal watered the plants he thrumbed his deeper tones of the tune and pulsed the calming sounds with in the force. The song was some thing that even the hardest and most stubornest knights would end up singing and asking why that song.

Tallik clenched his jaw and kept his eyes shut tight. He tried to ignore the intruding presence and the song, somewhat soothing, but a bit grating to the vulpine's sensitive ears, he really did, but the tune hovered about him and chewed in the poor youngling's ears.
His concentration completely broken by the Hutt's spoken words, Tallik opened his pale green eyes and quickly pulled his legs around to go from a sitting to standing position in one smooth, quick motion. He took a moment to take a deep breath, calming himself. He nodded respectfully to the Jedi before searching the room for a more comfortable, less populated place to ponder the inner workings of the garden.
No other place making itself apparent to him, he began to follow the Hutt towards the plants. His stride became slower as the song became less grating and much more smooth, soothing, less harmful to his ears, even though it was a mere trick of the Force, he appreciated that. He watched carefully as the Jedi tended to the plants, wondering if his help would be enlisted.

Mal hummed a bit more letting the song and flow of the force calm both the young one and the plants around them. Looking back and dow at the furry young one and thought he'd give this one a chalange of sort in calmness with in the force. One of the herbs was very force sensitive, frilly and very fern like.
It responded to the calmness of the force by opening itself up to a glorious double center snow white flower which produced a extra ordinary chemical that force the brain and muscles to relax, the perfect biological tranquilzer. Often it was so effective in that that beings and passing creatures would be found laying next to it. A dark side of this plant was that when it caught someone in this enthrawling embrace they never woke up from it and would soon die if not rescued from this plant. The side benifit of this carnavoric plant was that the ground around and below would be cleanesed by all current dieseous both bacterial and viriol.
But with Mal here it would be safe and a chance to see how unnerved this young one fully was at present.
Hmm Would you like to help out? Try your hand at that flowering fern that ten feet from your right. Mind you be careful of it's flowers. Oh just the flowers not the plant. Take this with you as well.
Handing over a plastic holding case which was tall enough to hold the full length of the flower and wide enough to contain three. Mal watched hopeful that this one would feel the danger and the calming eddies that the plant gave off.

Tallik blinked a moment when the Hutt noted his continued presence, but he made no vocal response. He silently took the container as his pale emerald eyes located the flowering plant springing into delightful life. He looked back at the Hutt, noting the change in pupil dilation that was notary of the Hutt species.
The Amaran youngling approached the snowdrop plant slowly, being fully aware from his time spent in the Garden that not every plant in this part of the Temple could not be wholly trusted. After closing the ten feet of distance to about a meter, he turned to the Hutt to see if he was being observed.
He turned back, and took a few quick inhalations through his nose, and immediately felt a slight numbness pressing his mind. He folded his long ears against his head, and approached faster, careful not to inhale too much of the toxin pulsing out of the white bulbs. With a single extended claw, Tallik clipped the flowers off of the plant and caught them with the container. He pushed the lid over them and turned to Mal, hoping he did it right.

Mal watched in ever watchful ernist as the young one clipped the flower with it's claw and stuffed it into the container. An up roarious hutt ....Oh Oh Oh oh..... echoed through out the temple. This one was truly nervious and letting it effect their actions.
Reaching out for the container in the force....Caution is wise for one so young, but do not let your fear cloud your judgement. At this state in your life it is wise to ask questions and be watchful when facing the unknown. Always be mindful for the force and the living things around yourself. As a healer myself we see life and death as a balance. Of coures I wish all things to continue to live, but as you found out about this plant some things need guidance and correction.
Effortlessly floating it back to his hand...When you calm is out of center try to find one thing that helps you focus. For me it is a song from the begining of the Hutts. You might be some thing else, an idea, a sound or working in a quiet place like this. Focus on this and your calm should return but don't tie all your calm upoon one thing if it ever is destroyed for fear you might fall to the darkness with in us all.
Taking out of the watering can a small cup and reaching out with it.
Now if you wouldn't mind helping me out giving these eatable herbs some water will you?
Mal tilted his head with a great hutt smile. He waited on the young one.
