The Mine family all had been oddly force-sensetive. They themselves knew little of their heritage before their ancestors landed on Iziz. But the true reason nearly all of them were force sensetive is that their ancestors, three generations back were a pair of Kuron Jedi Knights that escaped the wrath of the Order on Iziz. There they only allowed their children to marry other Force Sensetives, leaving only two in the family who were not in-tune with the force. Rash's father and brother.
Since his childhood he had always been trained to support the Sith. The d**ned Republic never helped Onderon on Dxun or when they were attacked by the Mandalorians. It was d**ned well good all those Republic troops died. That was what was taught to Rash Mine since he was a boy. He and his family went into great depression when the Sith lost the war, his mother killed herself, his Father went off to join the Onderian homeguard, and being sent to Dxun, where his post was attacked by some d**ned Twilek pirates, killing everyone at the post. Though, it did give young Mine some hope to know his father died killing ten of the Twilek pirates.
At the fragile age of fifteen he was left with just his twenty year old brother, and his girlfriend. It was a cramped life style, and when his brother went off to join the Onderonian army he was left alone in the house with his brother's girlfriend.
One night when young Mine came early from work he caught his girlfriend making love to some random stranger he had never seen before. This enraged him, but he played nice for a bit and went in the kitchen, he then picked out a nice Durasteel knife and stabbed the man threw the heart. He did the same to his brother's cheating, sleeper girlfriend. And in his final letter to his brother he said, "Brother, I caught your girlfriend cheating on you. Don't worry I killed them both, but I must say i'm very sick of life on Onderon and i'm going to join the New Sith Army, may we never cause each other sorrow on the battle field. Brother."
Mine was able to smuggle himself on a cargo ship bound to Korriban. There he joined poising as an eighteen year old and graduated top of his class and was put into an elite heavy specialist company, where the only possibilty to rise threw the ranks was threw the death of your leader.
Mine carefully orchastrated the death of all his higher-ups threw betrayl and accidental friendly fire. His most recent campaign being the Sith take over of Kayyshak. There he was confronted by Sith Marauder Neo Kamino who had recently slain his master, Sith Gadon Rey. Sith Kamino offered him a position of of Sith under him, and while on the slave world of Bespin he was trained in the way of the Sith, constructing his first red lightsaber.
