Soaring through the night skies, a Crinya-class light freighter broke into the Nar Shaddaa atmosphere, making its way down toward the planet's surface with a heading on course for the space docks. IFF transponde beams picked up the ship as the "Lunar Whim", a cargo freighter delivering supplies - when in reality, it was the "Radiance", owned by the notorious Aqualish bounty hunter Sodo Kawa. False transponder frequencies hid his identity to help him track down wanted people.

Granted access by the dock master, the "Radiance" engaged its hover jets. Landing clamps lowered from the ventral quadrant of the ship's hull as she lowered down to the ground. Compressed air shot out, cooling the engine chambers and alleviating confinement to the sublight engines.

Several minutes has elapsed, and the "Radiance"'s gangplank declined from the stern. Seconds later, speeding down the ramp on an Ikas-Adno 22-B Nightfalcon speederbike, it was the Aqualish himself. Leaving the ship in his wake, he activated the vehicle theft deterrent that would safe guard the ship while he was not present. He rode the speederbike through the streets, making way to the nearest bar.
