Not knowing what the day would bring, Lyria had eaten a sparing breakfast and dressed as she normally would and now stood in a bare training room within the Jedi Temple. She had been alternating between, pacing, standing and trying to sit. She had tried to meditate to calm her mind, but she found she could just not settle, this was the first time in her life she had been more nervous than excited, her deep green eyes showed it and she did not like it.
A day earlier, Lyria’s Youngling instructor, whom had become a close friend and confidant, came personally to tell her the news. They had sat on the floor around a low table and taken tea together in Lyria’s simple room. She knew he had news, but let their conversation wander to other topics, they talked of her favourite things; what historical battle scripts she had been reading and how her language studies were progressing. He spoke to her of promising new students and his concern for others.
Eventually Lyria couldn’t take it, as she poured them more tea, she asked him, “Master, why have you come? I know it is not simply for tea and banter, as delightful as that is.” Feigning confusion with a grin, he gave a little chuckle before taking a sip of his fresh tea, prolonging Lyria’s wait, “you have been assigned to a new Master,” He paused to drain off the rest of his tea, “young Padawan.”
He quickly drained off the rest of his tea, told her which room to be in and when to be there to meet her new master and begin the next phase of her life. Lyria walked him to the door of her room, they embraced briefly as her old instructor bid her farewell and best wishes. Lyria returned to the table and sipped on her tea thinking of what her new master might be like, not that it mattered, she had been deemed worthy, would work hard at whatever task her master set before her and so long as she maintained focus, would one day be a Knight or maybe even a Master, and if the need arose possibly a General.
So here she was, waiting, pacing yet again, she had tried to come ready for whatever may happen next, but was still uncertain.

It was such a calm morning, not many major conflicts as of late, thus allowing Klon the chance to take on a new Padawan, or two. As a investigator he would often spend long amounts of time away from the Temple, and would rarely be on assignment with others beside him. With Padawan's in place he could have trained the next generation of jedi as well as have back-up when on duty. This was likely the most effective way to teach a young sentinel anyway, jump right into the lifestyle.
Dressed in his everyday robes and underclothes Klon was more than prepared. He had decided on his Padawans though long studies of the young hopefuls and the opinions of the masters who watched over the young ones training. In the end the two who were chosen seemed most suited to follow the sentinels path. As he walked though the hall he only thought of would he have the ability to protect the Padawan from harm as well from the pull of the darkside? He had lost his first student to the dark side long ago, could these kids’s mind be as clouded?
Klon entered the room and spotted one of the young ones calmly in the room waitting for him. Lyria Adrienne was the younger of the two chosen by the Kiffar master. She showed great promise from an intellectual stand point and some talent in direct combat. Her build told Klon that she would be well suited when it comes to stealth as well. He had not yet seen her fight for real, but as a youngling her sparing was fairly good.
He walked closer as silently in his steps as he was in the force and spoke "Young one...." As one of his hands gently touches her shoulder." Hello Lyria, I am Klon Driviz, and I am a jedi Sentnel Investigator. My missions are at times a bit on the dangerous side, so I hope you were already given your Generic Lightsaber by now..." he bowed his head to her before saying "You will have a fellow Padawan learner also Young one. So the moment he shows up I will begin your first lesson, understand?"
A minor smile crossed his face before he walked over to the wall and said "Although, I think I will meditate for a while... until are final learner shows himself that is. Feel free to join me my dear." Said the Kiffar jedi. He only meditated and waited while he extend his senses in the force in order to find his new student before he was to enter the room.

Lyria had sensed the Jedi Master approaching, and managed to calm herself before they entered the room. He was young looking for a Jedi Master, his sharp features and keen brown eyes standing out to her, he wore the normal Jedi robes.
She smiled as he stepped silently up to her and touched her shoulder in greeting, introducing himself, “Well met Master Driviz, I look forward to learning under your guidance, and I have been presented with a light sabre, a gift from my Youngling instructor.” Her Youngling instructor had produced a cloth wrapped gift from the folds of his robe as the embraced to depart, telling Lyria he built it for her himself, knowing her as he did, he felt it would certainly suit her, but he was sure she would dismantle it and rebuild it a learn for herself its properties. Which she had done, many times already.
Bowing her head in return, “I am honoured that a Sentinel such as yourself would return to the Temple to take me on as one of your Padawans,” she said with a warm smile as she lifted her head. “I am eager to meet my counterpart and begin our lessons, so I will certainly join you in meditation, preparing for their arrival.” Lyria followed her new Master to settle down and enter a calming state. Her nerves had remained settled, the presence of the Jedi having put her at ease.

Klon had completed his meditation, and stood with a sigh, the others Klon had asked to test before making his decision on a second padawan had not yet come.... Such a shame, a shame indeed... Klon stood up and with a stern look turned to Lyria and spoke." Okay my young padawan, are time for meditation is over, I had hoped for two others to appear to be tested... They were padawan who lost there masters and I wanted to test them to see who would train along side you. But without them that must wait, so without any more waiting I think I will begin your training padawan Adrienne."
Allowing a cheerful smile to cross his face Klon walked to the middle of the room and turned to face the girl before saying "We will start today's first lesson with some lightsaber combat instructions. Stand and answer my every question young padawan..." After a response that represents understanding the Kiffar master happily continues. "I will start by pointing out three basics. Body Zones, the three rings of defense, and marks of contact, something you should have been introduced to in your time as a youngling."
The man seemed to even pace about as he kept the words flowing freely like any good instructor word. " Starting with body Zones as you know all other forms branch off from Shii-Cho do to it being the first of the lightsaber forms. So it is practiced as the basic for saber combat, and is still used by some in combat. The body zones, Attacks and parries in lightsaber combat are described by the body zones they target. There are a total six zones to target, one must defend against them in different ways. In lightsaber combat the mind is as much a weapon as brute strength. `So tell me, all six body zones and their uses." He waited for her answer and if correct he praies her, if not he would simply answer them himself.
"Now the three rings of defense, it focuses on the ability to block and counter effectively, you must understand the differense between the Outer ring, Middle ring, and Inner ring. What is your understanding of it?" Klon would ask again awaitting the answers of his student before saying "And finally Marks of contact, All Jedi forms involve the same marks of contact, describing the objectives, maneuvers to use, and the various outcomes that could arise out of a fight involving lightsabers as weapons. As jedi we use those marks of contact to focus are attacks and make them as effective as possible. "
Turning swiftly to his student as he typed he asked "Are you still following my young padawan?" Klon says with a elegant smile before allowing himself to speak ever more." I focus on Jar-Kai tactics and I study Ataru and Niman, those are the styles you at some point will have the chance to study as well, understood?" He walked back to the young lady and says, "Tell me, are you ready to move on? or should something be reworded.?" His smile lighted the room well. So maintaining eye contact with the girl hopefully makes things just a bit easier.

Jarael awoke early that morning and went to the Archives to read up on saber designs. He was fascinated with the intricacy of the design of lightsabers. He read on about them, studying as hard as he could, because he would meeting his possible new master the very same morning. When he eventually looked up, he jumped at the time. He was late. He dashed out of the Archives, leaving the things he was reading out on the table.
He ran down the halls of the Temple, trying to find the room he was told to go to. Eventually, he found it and stepped in. He saw a tall figure in robes and a shorter one. He walked over to them, catching the Master's lesson as he went. He was talking about lightsaber combat, something Jarael was rather good at. He stopped behind the Master and waited until he was finished before speaking.
"Yes, I am still following, Master."
Jarael bowed as the older Jedi turned to look at him.
"My name is Jarael Orlyck. Please forgive my tardiness, for I was in the Archives studying and lost track of the time."

Lyria stood with her new Master, sharing in his disappointment that the other Padawans had not made it to the training, she was looking forward to having a companion of around the same skill and knowledge level as herself, someone that she might better relate with. Still, she would devote herself to her new Master and learn from him all she could.
As Master Klon turned to her with a smile, which she warmly reflected, and he told her they would begin the days training with lightsabre combat, she stood at ease and bowed her head to show she understood his direction. Inside she was a mix of slight concern, but also excitement, lightsabre combat wasn’t her strongest area, but she was keen to make it so.
He began by querying her on the six body zones, to which Lyria stood to attention and replied, “Master Klon. The first zone; the head, a main attack at this area being a vertical chop and a parry as horizontal block. The second zone; the right side and arm, an attack in this area being a horizontal swipe and the defence a vertical parry, an attack in this area would be affective against a right handed opponent. The third zone, the left arm and side, much like zone two but reversed, an attack in this zone would be affective against a left handed opponent.” Lyria stopped for a moment to think, “The fourth zone; the back of the torso, a defence for this position would be a drop and parry with the blade angled down the defenders back, with an attack on this zone done from behind the opponent. The fifth and sixth zones; are the right and left leg, attacks on these areas would be low swipes, defended by drop parries.” Lyria smile and bowed her head to her Master, hoping her study had paid off.
Lyria listened intently again, as Master Klon asked her to relate to him her understanding of the three rings of defence. Trying to recall her studies as best she could, Lyria attempted to answer him, “The Outer ring consists of defending with the blade diagonally, and is used mostly against more powerful, sweeping attacks. The Middle Ring, is more suited to defending quicker attacks, the blade blocking vertically and horizontally, this ring is also best suited for deflecting blaster shots.” She stopped for a deep breath before continuing, “The Inner Ring, relies more for parries than blocks and uses the lower third of the blade to defend.”
She went on to describe the Marks of contact; Sun djem, Shiim, Cho mai, Cho sun, Cho mok, Shiak, Sai cha, Sai tok, and Mou Kei. “There can be many various outcomes of a lightsabre battle, Master Klon, the most severe being loss of limbs or life entirely.”
Lyria bowed to her master, rising she saw another young Padawan now standing behind the Master, they answered at the same time, “Yes, I am still following, Master.” She smile broadly at the young man, if this was her counterpart, she was already beginning to like him.

The young girl clearly had a handle on the basic information involving lightsaber combat, like all padawan should. She tossed back answers as the jedi master smiled softly at his young very knowledgeable student. She had shown promise before but this only shaped Klon's positive thoughts of the girl. Her words flowed so free and she even seemed a bit proud of her shape wit. She was ever proving herself the ideal student.
Although it wouldn't take long, as the second student finally showed himself. Klon had felt the boy's presence in the force long before he showed himself, although Klon simply made a choice to ignore his newly arriving student even after the boy spoke of his following. After Lyria's words The Kiffar Jedi turned to meet the final student. He was a dashing youngster and seemed eager to learn. If only that eagerness got him to the location sooner...
"My name is Jarael Orlyck. Please forgive my tardiness, for I was in the Archives studying and lost track of the time." said the boy as Klon watched him with something of a blank stare. Klon did expect the boy to arrive at the right time, something he had already failed to do. It was clear young Jarael may be something of a hand full already. After a short lived moment of silence Klon's lips would spread as he had choice his words carefully. "LATE?! NO! You made great time young one... And Yes I know your name; I did choose you, so of course I know your name...." Klon's words were sarcastic, and despite his happy expression Klon’s words proved to dissatisfaction with the second padawan as he spoke. "Now, This is Lyria Adriennne, she will be your fellow padawan longer, and you will stick to each other’s sides like glue, Understand? Good! Stand by her Orlryc's" Said the master as he planned to keep talking about lightsabers.
“The lightsaber is a very elegant and destructive weapon, so mastering the lightsaber is very important to a jedi. I myself have taken the seven forms and grouped them as to explain what is most suited for the many types of jedi." His smile grew as he circled the students as he spoke.
" Shii-Cho is in a group on its own, why? Because its the most basic, and favored by both the Guardian and the Consular in combat. Shii-Cho is much like the fighting forms of old it’s strikes are wide and meant to kill, deadly and effective in most ways. Although the form has been messed with to make disarming the primary goal. Also having basic deflection ability attached to the form makes it very effective. Although most if not all students trained in the force learns Shii-Cho, so the style sees something of rare use now."
"Form II, also called Makashi, represents the ultimate lightsaber to lightsaber form. Made for dueling and relaxed blade work with swift footwork making the style something of a ideal form for those saber to saber duelist. Developed during an era where engagements with Darksiders and rogue Jedi was very common, Makashi was a common study of its time. Form II's primary purpose was to serve as a counter to the first form; Shii-Cho. Makashi relied on precision swordplay to counter the sweeping movements demonstrated by Shii-Cho. Timing, accuracy, and blade work was most important when practicing this form, making strength and reckless behavior somewhat pointless. Although in the age of blasters it has become something of a danger to the user as it was not very effective when dealing with blaster users at all. So its use has declined greatly, and I would also class it as a Consular practiced form."
" Form III: Soresu, defense like no other, sharp and effective when outnumbered the third form is ideal for survival. Great for fighting off both force and none force users, or at least holding them back... without a doubt it’s a Consular favored form..."
"Form IV: Ataru Focused aggression in some senses, it is likely one of the most offense focused forms of all, being very effective in single combat. Amazing feats of acrobatics, such as somersaults and backflips, not only for attack, but also to evade the attacks and strikes of their opponent. The kinetics of movement with this form makes it very much a guardian favored form..."
"Form V: Shien / Djem So, favored aggressive attacks following sharp steady counters. The style is very much meant for attacks and overwhelming a target or a number of targets... This style is ideal use for those who favor strength and heavy attacks, I don't know... Like a Guardian perhaps?"
"Form VI: Niman is a very open jack of all trades style favored by diplomatic types. The blade work is relaxed so most would say Niman is not well suited to challenge the more aggressive fighting forms in lightsaber brawls alone. So to compensate for the overly relaxed nature of Niman, most choice to apply the force to its use. Niman like Ataru are the best forms to apply the use of Jar-kai tactics or duel wielding as well... So it falls under Consular forms."
"Then the final Form VII: Juyo... Something I do not wish to talk about, a dark style that is only meant to be applied if your intent is to end life...The most difficult form, most don't have what it takes to apply such a dangerous practice anyway. Attacks so heavy and destructive, random in appearance, makes the form one to be feared. Clearly a Gaurdian form..."
With the Lecture done and a large sigh Klon paused and said "Any questions before I explain my point for all this information young ones?" Said the Jedi master who would walk over to the two and say "I will be teaching you both Niman, I will also teach one of you Ataru and the other Jar-kai... I don't wish to overwork you two so I would like to test your fighting abilities as it stands. Although that would come later... Anyway, as a sentinel I focus on a balance between the best traits of the Consular and Guardian, so you will both learn a style most suited to a Guardian and one most suited to the Consular. When you’re ready sepirate and draw your sabers." Flashing his lightsaber on Klon stood facing his two students, hoping he could effectively teach them.

Jarael nodded at his new Master's words and went to stand beside his fellow Padawan, Lyria Adriennne. He listened intently to Klon's explanations of lightsabers and the forms practiced by those who wield lightsabers. While listening, Jarael began to mentally reprimand himself for his tardiness.
You made a horrible first impression. Losing track of time while studying is no excuse for being late. to the first lesson no less! I have to do better in the future, or I'll never be a Knight, let alone a Master.
Jarael's thoughts ceased as Klon said he would be teaching them both Niman, and then would teach one of them Ataru and the other Jar-Kai. Jarael began wondering which he wold be taught. He couldn't figure out which one he wanted to be taught. He began thinking of the different forms and their benefits and setbacks.
After explaining he would be teaching both Padawans Niman and then teaching them both a different form, Klon told them to separate and draw their sabers. Jarael bowed and then walked a good bit away from Lyria. He pulled the silver cylinder from his belt and thumbed it on. The blue blade shot out from the cylindrical handle and hummed in the air in front of Jarael.
His saber was merely a training saber. He wondered if Lyria had an actual lightsaber. If so, then Jarael wondered how she had obtained one and why he hadn't. He let the thoughts flow from his mind and prepared himself for a sparring match if that's what this test would be. Jarael took a deep breath and then released it slowly. He dropped into the Shii-Cho stance and waited.

Lyria smiled at Jarael as he come to stand beside her, before turning her full attention to their master as he continued the lecture, moving into the different forms of Lightsaber combat.
As he described the different styles and forms, Lyria was taken back to her lessons with her Youngling Master, he’d seen her use of the Force internally through her body, and encouraged it, explaining to her the forms most suited to those with the skills to use the Force to assist with movements, she snapped out of her thoughts as Master Klon told the Padawans he would teach them both Niman and the each would learn a different form, one Jar-Kai and the other Ataru, Lyria’s smile grew wider. Ataru was one her Youngling Master had spoken off, afterwards she had also spent some time studying this one in the archives, and she hoped Master Klon found her worthy of learning this form.
Their Master had requested they separate and ready their lightsabers, she bowed her head to Master Klon, stepping away and turning to face both their Master and Jarael, whom was already drawing his blade, Lyria noticed that his was still a training saber, and as she drew out her own, a burnished metallic tube, with a darkened cap over the bottom third bracing the end and providing some extra grip, she wondered why her counterpart had not been given a proper weapon or shown how to craft his own, Lyria may have had hers gifted to her but she had dismantled it and made changes so many times it was practically a different weapon to that she had received. She activated the lightsaber, pressing the indicator and a green blade extended from the hilt.
Lyria calmed her mind and subtly drew on the force, allowing it to flow easily through her body and into her limbs, this ever so slight use of the Force had become easy and second nature to her, she felt her muscles loosen and slowly become warmer, making her fractionally more limber. She was ready to begin the lesson in earnest.

The young ones did seem ready to learn and experience jedi life, Klon was as well looking forward to the young ones training. So with no more words Klon looked at the two young Padawan's stance as he determined they were both somewhere in the early stages of their Shii-Cho training... Both of them were so very different, jerek seemed tense and his mind had fallen into doubt. Klon swiftly sensed this and addressed it "Jerek, do not let doubts cloud your mind, as a jedi you must learn to accept things as they are, push doubts from your mind as they will only work against you..."
The girl was much more relaxed and confident, she looked as if she should be more nimble but only this little test could prove or disprove that... Lyria was in a more relaxed state, something that any good Niman user should strive for. Niman encouraged all around use of the force, and Lyria seemed like one with a greater potional in the force than lightsaber use...
"Well... We will start now!" The master quickly said before he swung his arms forward with a palm facing each student. The young ones would feel the tug of the force on their bodies and the energy field of the unknown suddenly penetrating. Within their hands the two could feel the greatest pressure as the two suddenly finds their lightsabers flying from their grip into the hands of their master who then speaks loud and clear to his Padawans. "The next task is for you two to spar, and the goal is not to crush your enemy, but to simply disarm him or her... So Lyria, I will be holding on to your generic saber while we do this exercise, but I will allow you the use of one of the training sabers I brought along." Clipping the girl's lightsaber onto his belt Klon returns Jerek's training saber and Lyria recovered a training saber. Both weapons set to burn only Klon says "You want to protect your weapons at all cost, because losing a weapon could mean the same as losing a life. The lightsaber is your very life when on the battle field... But as a jedi you must understand mercy and self control... You two are enemies, and as jedi your goal is to defeat your opponent without attempting a killing blow."
By the time Klon's words had been shared the two lightsabers should have reached their targets and the training could move on. The jedi master allowed a small demonstration of Niman at that point, his movements seemed almost like a dance. It looked as if he was relax, or enjoying himself with every sweep of the saber. The movements didn't looking taxing at all, even seemed effortless, as if Klon was simply following a script. "That was only the basic movements of Niman, yet it was still somewhat unique. Why do I say this? Because there is one thing you must understand, even if one practices the same form their style and skill level shows uniqueness. Yes practicing the same form as somebody else can make you more predictable, but there will always be something you can't figure out..." The Kiffar smiled and pointed his saber to the sky as he backed away. "Now, begin!" Shouts Klon. "The point was to disarm the target without harming them..."

Lyria stood relaxed, but at the ready, looking between their Master and her counterpart Padawan, listening as Master Klon addressed Jarael on concerns of doubt, she thought she had seen something of this in the other Padawans expressions, but wasn’t certain and didn’t feel anything from him through the Force, though clearly their Master did.
Suddenly Master Klon stated they would start, at the same time he raised his hands towards the Padawans, Lyria felt a grip and tug on her Lightsaber, her instant reaction was to resist, tightening her grip on the hilt of her weapon through the Force and to pull back, but she quickly realised he would soon over tax her and he surely had a reason for disarming them, she let go of the weapon both with her physical grip and the Force, it flew to his waiting hand. They were advised they were to spar, Lyria would have to use a training saber, as did her opponent, while Master Klon held on to her weapon, she retrieved a spare from her Master and went back to assume her stance and be at the ready, activating the blade, a blue beam emitting from the hit to match Jarael’s.
Master Klon explained the point of the exercise, to disarm the other, not to injure. He then gave a demonstration in movements relating to the Niman form, before declaring that they should begin.
Lyria assessed her opponent’s stance, before drawing in slightly more Force and pushing it down through her legs, she could feel the warmth and energy of the Force flowing through her, giving her opposition a cheeky grin she took her sabre in her right hand, launched herself towards Jarael, covering the short distance very quickly, she swung her blade up from her left side towards his right flank, at the last minute though she twisted her grip on the blade and nimbly spun about bringing another attack in directly horizontal from her right side at Jarael’s left flank.

"Jarael, do not let doubts cloud your mind, as a jedi you must learn to accept things as they are, push doubts from your mind as they will only work against you..."
Jarael nodded and bowed.
"Yes, Master."
After speaking, Jarael's training saber was suddenly pulled from his grasp through the Force by Master Driviz, who began speaking after the sabers reached him.
"The next task is for you two to spar, and the goal is not to crush your enemy, but to simply disarm him or her... So Lyria, I will be holding on to your generic saber while we do this exercise, but I will allow you the use of one of the training sabers I brought along."
Jarael grabbed his saber as it floated back to him through the Force. Lyria grabbed a training saber for herself. Master Driviz suddenly went into a demonstration of Niman. His movements were fluid and precise. Jarael watched in fascination at the coordination of his Master's movements.
When his demonstration stopped, Master Driviz announced the beginning of Lyria and Jarael's sparring match. Lyria made the first move, which didn't bother Jarael. It would give him a slight advantage.
Lyria launched herself over the small distance between them quickly and came in with a slash at Jarael's right side. She quickly changed her angle, though, and spun around to slash at his left side instead.
Jarael ducked under the first slash, dropping into a crouching position. When she spun around to attempt hitting Jarael's left side, he caught the blow on his saber and attempted to parry the blow towards the ground, using the force to strengthen his blow slightly.

As Jarael parried her attack away and downwards, their eyes meeting for a brief moment where she winked at him, Lyria rolled with the momentum and continued her assault.
Bringing her blade down with the parry, sparking it off the ground as she flowed with it, following back up and spinning off to her right, springing into the air and taking her sabre in two hands as she speedily came around to face Jarael again, she brought her blade directly down towards him.

Jarael barely noticed Lyria wink at him. His mind was concentrated on the match. He felt her saber slip under his and hit the ground. She used her momentum to spin up and into the air. He brought her saber down at Jarael.
He brought his saber above his head in a horizontal block. When her saber met his, he pushed his blade upward and then swung his saber at her hands, attempting to disarm her. He expected her to use her speed again to dodge.

As Lyria brought her blade down, Jarael recovered to block and deflect the attack, she blouced her saber off his, throwing her arms back and bending her body back over with her momentum, only narrowly avioding her opponenet's swing at her hands.
When she came full backward, she planted her hands on the ground behind her and she flipped herself upright before launching back at Jarael, cartwheeling to her left with her saber in her right hand she swung her attack down at his legs attempting to throw Jarael off ballance.

Jarael watched her flip backwards, barely dodging his attack. He had expected her to dodge again. He would have to use her speed against her somehow. After recovering her footing, Lyria cartwheeled to her left and brought her saber down at Jarael's legs. He brought his saber down to meet hers before it could land a hit of him.
Then, he brought his saber up with hers still on it and tried to force it behind her head, so it would put strain on her wrists and cause her to let go of her weapon. He used the Force strengthen his counterattack, letting it flow down his arms.

He sparring partner had anticipated her attack and use of force speed in her movements, and caught her attack on his blade, maybe it was the over the top cartwheel, but then that was her style.
As their blades met and Jarael forced her on a defensive, Lyria was not expecting the sudden push of strength behind his counter attack, she could see he was forcing her saber back to behind her. She was going to have to try and slip out of this one, but as she twisted her grip on her saber, Lyria moved too far her wrists making contact with Jaraels saber beam.
It burnt.
Her saber went clattering to the floor deactivated.
She was beaten, she had become to focused on the attack, when he countered she was not prepared to defend. Stepping back from her opponent, Lyria bowed in gracious defeat, clutching her wrist that had been burnt.

Jarael saw her twist the wrong way, attempting to slip out of his counterattack, and make contact with his training saber. As her wrists made contact, Jarael saw a blister start to form almost immediately. Her saber fell to the ground with a clatter and deactivated. Jarael crouched down and scooped it up.
He bowed at her, and with a smile handed her saber back to her.
"You fought well."

Klon only sighed when he noticed the fight had already ended. He walked over too the two and holds his hand over his female padawan's arm as he allows the force to flow forth. He was never the best healer, but he was still very effective with minor wounds like a training lightsaber burn. Within seconds the pain would have vanished and Klon would back away in-order to talk... "Well... That was a bit of a poor showing of lightsaber combat Lydia... You expressed overconfidence and Butchered the Shii-Cho form. It was at that point not Shii-Cho, but a poor attempt and Ataru it seems... You would do better to rely more on the force in battle... You were to offencive in battle with someone who was clearly beond you physically..."
After he scolded Lydia Klon's eyes had fallen to Jarael. With a accepting smile and bow of the head Klon would say "I am proud of you... your a careful fighter, thinking things though and staying calm. You stayed focus on the objective unlike Lydia... Aimming for the weapon to disarm... While Lydia made reckless and slightly random strikes... SO... as for who will learn what..." Backing away Klon acted as if he was thinking deeply only to shout. "Okay! Jarael! You will practice Jar-kai,Shii-Cho, and Niman! While Lydia, you will practice Ataru,Shii-Cho, and Niman! At least that way you will have one saber if you lose the other young Lydia..."
"Now... I will not instruct you right now... First we will be making a visit to the newly built Jedi temple in the inner rim... That is where we will start your real training... After we join the blades.... As jedi it is time to enter the battlefront, as protecters, not warriors..." Walking closer to the door Klon turns and says, "You to can leave and rest or spar some more... We leave for the Inner rim in the morning... Oh! and almost forgot!" He says as he sends Lydia's generic saber back to her, as well as a generic for Jarael. "Don't you dare spar with those sabers... Thats a order!" He says laughing as the jedi leaves his Padawans to prepair for the trip...
