Name: Athos Kairn
Race: Human
Age: 19
Height: 1m68
Weight: 53kg
Appearance: Athos likes Light Armor, such as robes, to the more heavier armor most of the people he knew on Corellia wore. As a bounty hunter, he wore typical "merc" armor, but upon entering the Sith Accademy he gave that up in favour of a Sith robe.
When he is required to infiltrate or gain someones trust, he wears more eye-pleasing clothes, fitting for the situation. When this happens, he has a light blaster pistol hidden on his ankle, for protection.
Considered rather tall for his age in the area he grew up in, Athos never really was very strong. After his parents were killed, he very rarely ate, only enough to keep his energy up. He therefore became rather thin. To look at him, you never would of thought he was an expert in combat, him being tall, thin and quite weak. He relied more on his cunning and reflexes in combat, though, paired with his agility.
He had jet black hair, which he cut only very rarely. Other then that, he cared not for his hair stlye, letting it grow wild, but he liked to keep it short, hence him cutting it from time to time. His eyes, which were a dark brown, were rather fascinating, and nice to look at. Of course, many didn't even notice them, either because he had his helmet on or simply because he didn't want them to.
Personality: Appears nice, warming and kind, though is unmerciful and will cut down anyone without hesitation if it suits him. Very intelligent and cunning, will betray anyone and anything if it suits him best, and has learnt (the hard way) that his survival matters more then anything and that he may rely on himself and only himself. Can be loyal to those who help him, in particular to those who teach him.
Likes Dark Humor, Sarcasm and witty responses to all sorts of situations, which normally leads him into trouble. He can turn from being calm, cautious and silent to a large rage in seconds, and useally lets his ego get into the way of things and has been known to suffer from slight paranoia on some occaisons.
He despises people who claim to work for "good" when they do nothing about anything, and people who betray or backstab him. He likes himself, his armor and weapons, and thats about it.
Has been known to bring a gun to a sword fight, and (to his suprise and his foes suprise) has come out alive, barely.

Childhood
Athos grew up on Corellia, in a town called "Turis", with his parents. His father, who was a retired Republic Officer, took Athos hunting 3-4 times a week, teaching him how to shoot and aim, and giving him many tips he himself had learnt in his days as an Officer. Athos was facinated by the world of combat, taking many lessons in both Melee weapons and Ranged weapons. Many were suprised by his ability in melee, he easily bested many of his classmates in practice rounds, and with more help and training by his father, he became a proficient melee warrior at the age of only 12, though he would later realise this was possibly thanks to his Force Sensitivity. When his father took him out on his hunts, Athos showed much skill when aiming, able to easily headshot most creatures, whether they were running or stationnary. His father was very proud of Athos, hoping he could join the Republic Military and become a shining star. With this in mind, Athos's father took his son to a small, abandonned building outside of his town, and trained him even more in the art of combat. At the age of 12, Athos had learned much and had become an expert in combat.
Out of the Light, into the Dark
All of that changed, however, when pirate raiders came along and ravaged his town, killing most of the people their, including his mother and father. Struck with grief, anger and revenge, he swore he would get revenge on the pirate scum. He was 15 when this happenend. After the attack he packed his things, including his father rather expensive and good-quality blaster rifle, and set out to get some work.
He soon became a small time bounty hunter at the age of 16. He used his skill in combat to make a name for himself, taking on various mercs and pirates in illegal death matches. Although he did not have the strenght and brute force his adverseries had, he had his speed, cunning and skill from his father's training that allowed him to win every match he fought in. Soon, he was noticed by one of the many pirate leaders in the area, and was recruited by him.
The Charming Killer
At the age of 17 he became an enforcer for the pirate leader. He was hardened, his heart turned to stone and he killed without hesitation nor mercy. He found out that sweet talking people useally facilitated his task, be it either to extract infomation from them or kill them. He managed to kill many hard targets by doing this, and was applauded by the pirate leader on his excellent and subtle way of killing. Until Athos was payed to kill the pirate leader in question.
After that incident, he realised he should stay away from a permanent position, as he could be back stabbed by anyone or anything if they were payed the right amount of credits. He learned that he had to trust himself and only himself. He practiced melee combat over and over again, saving around 10 hours a week to train. He also went out hunting, be it either for creatures or bounties. He went from being a small time bounty hunter to a professional Assassin, killing his targets silently, and leaving before anyone knew what was going on. His favorite job was, what he liked to call, the "Liberation", which involved a dead rodian, an angry Republic Officer and a rather large prison riot...
Revenge and Power
At the age of 18, he was tasked to track down a band of independant pirates who were ambushing many of his clients trade convoys. Be it fate, luck or coincidence, the group of pirates were the pirate raiders who had attacked his town many years ago. Athos, who was normally very calm and cautious, was overcome with fury and anger when he recognized them. He charged at them, downing two of the pirates with his blaster, before he dropped it and took out his vibro sword. He dueled with another pirate, killing him quite quickly, and then saw the pirate in command of the group, the one who had killed his parents. He charged with fury at the pirate, vibro sword up above his head and was ready to make a downward slash, but the pirate leader easily managed to defeat and disarm Athos, who was blinded by rage. By this time, the anger and fury of Athos had began to build up, and before the pirate had a chance to do anything he was thrown back by a powerful force attack, similiar to a Force Push, though where it came from was unknown.. Taking advantage of this, Athos jumped back up and took a vibro blade from his belt and jumped on the pirate, stabbing him again and again and again.
Confused by what had just happened, Athos stood up, but heard something behind him. He turned around, and saw an old man wearing torn robes and had a smile on his face. But not a "nice" smile... It was a rather... Cold smile.
"Hello, child. You were in quite alot of trouble, thought I may help you out! Confused as to how I knew you were here? It is rather simple... I sensed your Force Sensitivity. Yet you do not use it in combat... You are untrained? All that raw power... I can help you unleash it, I can help you project it, use it. All you have to do to command infinite power is come with me. Simple, no?"
The man continued smiling, that cold, dead smile of his. He stared at Athos, almost as if he were studying him. Athos stared back, right into the mans eyes. Athos would never forget those eyes... They were so... Black, so... Deep. So... Dead.
"I... I will... I will go with you." Said Athos, after looking away from those eyes.
"Good! Fantastic! You shall learn so much from me, young one! So much... Indeed..."
Athos was lead away by the man, who, when asked by Athos, revealed that he was a Dark Jedi, though that was all he would say on the subject.. He taught Athos many things about the Force, including giving him basic lightsaber training, though no lightsaber to go with it (they used an old training lightsaber). After nearly a year of training, Athos could form a bolt of Lightning, use the Force to levitate, push and pull many objects and had also practiced a form of Mind Control, training on the weak minded, and trying to enter their minds. On more occaisons then others, his attempts failed though they sometimes worked, and when they did he could rip anything out of the victims mind and even cause unimaginable pain to the victim.
Trust to the Untrustworthy
One day though, Athos saw a man arrive in a speader bike, to meet with his Master. The man in question was a Crime Lord named Yir Taw, who recruited the best warriors from around the Galaxy to fight in his arenas, all illegal of course.
His Master ordered Athos to go down to the training area, and wait for him there. But Athos knew something was up, the only visitors they Athos had seen for the year he had been here was a rodian who delivered supplies and other essentiels. Disregarding his Masters order, he listened in on there conversation.
"10,000 credits? Is that all? I have been training that weakling for a year, and you offer 10,000 credits!? You need warriors, I am giving you the perfect warrior! I want a minimum of 75,000 credits, no less!"
"I may need warriors, but that runt is, what? 17? 18 at the most? He couldn't kill my newest recruit, and thats sa-"
Athos had heard enough. Somehow, he always knew this was to "perfect". His life had been full of Death, Betrayel and Pain. He found it ironic that he, the Assassin who manipulated people into trusting him just to betray them, was being betrayed himself.
Never again... Thought Athos, to himself.
He went down to the training room, taking whatever of his former Masters documents and valuables he could find. After doing this, he went outside the building and walked over to the speader bike, placing all of the items inside a bag he had found inside the building. The speader bike had a basic lock, though Athos overcame it thanks to his basic knowledge of locks. Back when he was a bounty hunter, he had to get past many doors and although he could not get past the more complicated locks, basic ones were easy to pick.
With the speader on his possesion, he darted away to the nearest space port.
Entering the Accademy
At the age of 19, he stole a small cargo ship, and dashed to the nearest Sith Accademy. There, he signed up and awaited the tests he would be faced with, and the long and hard training that would come.
A few weeks later, and after exploring the Accademy and studying many Sith Texts and Artifcats in its Arcihves, he began to grow stronger in the Force, taking in the opinions of those around him regarding the Force. Some preached it was divided into two sections, Dark and Light. Come to think of it... Most thought that. Athos disregarded those who believed that as fools. The Force was simply a tool, a weapon. The Force can be compared to a gun, or another weapon. A gun is not evil, nor is it good. But the actions of those who handle it may be "good" or "evil". This lead to many problems for Athos in the Accademy, as most of the other Intiates or Acolytes were regarded, by Athos, as being fools, weaklings and "incompetant slime balls". Of course, most of the Initiates and Acolytes didn't bother Athos, as most of them had heard rumors about his life. Some, however, insisted on causing trouble for Athos.
Problems:
One morning, as Athos was inside one of the many training rooms training with a lightsaber, three Initiates came through the door, laughing and smirking at Athos.
"And to what do I owe this pleasure, fools?" Asked Athos, combining both false respect with genuine insult. He smirked and studied the three Initiates. They all looked pretty strong, and probably relied on that strenght in battle.
"Hey! Watch your tongue and show some respect for true Sith, scum!" Shouted out one of the Initiates, who looked like the leader of this "gang".
"Oh, I'm... I'm quite sorry. Sorry, sirs, I mistook you for one of the lesser Sith. I apologise." Said Athos, in a soft and apologising tone. "It won't happen again, I promise...".
The three Sith Intitiates, visibly confused by this sudden change of behavior, all laughed at Athos.
"And you call us weaklings? I always told everyone you are a weak fool! And now I can prove them right! Ha! Come on, the others will die laughing at this!"
As the three Initiates turned around to leave, Athos smirked and drew his blaster, and used the Force to pick up two of his vibro blades (knives). He shot the leader of the gang dead in his tracks, and before the other two even knew what was happening, they were stabbed in the back by the knives, followed by bolts from his blaster pistol.
"Well, you certainly died laughing. Who knows? The others may also..." Said Athos to himself, chuckling quietly. "Now where was I..."
Athos returned to training, hoping he could prove himself worthy to one of the Sith Masters in the Accademy. He had had to put up with scum like those dead fools for too long, and now he would cut them down without mercy.

Meeting gone wrong
It was raining on Corellia. Again. Athos was walking towards a large mine, abandonned long ago for various economic reasons. He could hear the rain falling onto the ground, and he stopped for a moment to look up into the sky. The rain fell onto his face, and ran down his cheek. He looked down again, and continued walking towards the mine. As he was nearing it, he saw three snipers in the surrounding area. He smirked, and called out:
"Are you lot going to stand out in this rain for the duration of the meeting, or would you rather bring me to your client? It would save you the hassle of drying your clothes."
At this last remark, he chuckled to himself. Waste of time and money, those mercs. Can't do anything right. Athos thought to himself, as he entered the mine itself. He heard the mercs coming in behind him. He walked slowly to the center, where he saw a table and a couple of chairs. One of those chairs was occupied by a human male. He was flanked by two rather strong looking rodians.
"So, you are the one Ithor sent? The bounty hunter?" Asked the man, and seeing me nod he visibly looked confused. "But you are a simple boy! Ithor sent me a boy to do a mans work? Dispose of him and tell Ithor to send me a proper bounty hunter."
The man directed that last sentance to the two rodians. Athos, now regretting asking those snipers to come in, was surrounded by five hostiles, all armed and ready for combat. Without hesitation, he raised his arm and shot one of the rodians in the chest with his wrist blaster, whilst lifting the other arm at the other rodian and impaling him with the grapling hook. He quickly drew his vibro sword and turnt around, seeing another rodian aswell as two humans, one female and one male. The rodian had retreated to the cover of nearvy rocks, getting his sniper rifle ready, and the humans drew their own vibro swords and slowly advanced towards Athos.
Athos, knowing that he needed to think of something quick, realised he was in the perfect position to end this mess. Instead of charging at the humans, or dodging them to get to the rodian, he simply turned around and grabbed the would-be client.
"Stand down, or I will gut this guy, and then where will your credits come from?" Athos ordered the mercs, putting his vibro sword to throat.
"Get of me scum! Take your hands off me NOW! I demand that you let go of me! Do it now!" Shouted the man, trying to get out of my grasp.
"Oh shut it, you incompetant slime ball." Athos replied, sighing.
The mercs, knowing full well that if the man was to die, not only would they not get their credits but they would be hunted down and killed by his various partners, put their weapons away and slowly walked towards Athos.
"Now now, boy. You've had your fun. Now le-" Said one of the mercs, but was quickly silenced by Athos. Whilst the mercs had been advancing on him, Athos had managed to draw his blaster with his other hand, and threw down the would-be client and shot each of the mercs in turn, at least twice. He then turned to confront the remanining man.
"Boy? Boy, am I? Not good enough, hmm? Let this be a warning. Next time I see you, you die. Got that?" Said Athos, rather soflty, as if he was talking to a small child who had done something wrong.
The man, nodding furiously, got up and started to run towards the exit. A single bolt from Athos's blaster stopped him, dead in his tracks.
"Saw you..."
Personal notes: I am French, so sorry for any possible mistakes. I also RPed before, using this same character (they share identical bios and abilities, near enough). If there are any problems or anything, let me know xD.
