Access Troubles

So, I'm in the awkward position right now, as many of you know, of lacking an internet connection at home. I can access the site and Skype using my phone. But it's a little hard to review or post that way. I've been trying to visit places with free wifi every few days, but I'm plagued with bad connections and timing out problems, so I may not get around to posts or reviews promptly.

For those of you with pending Jedi or who are planning on making Jedi, ask Fromikeable and Ghostie to help you in my place. They're my dedicated minions and will help you. If I see anything wrong with their reviews I'll try to correct it from my phone.

As to when my internet will be hooked up, I don't know. The technician who came out from the company to install the hardware discovered the existing cables underground were totally fried. They have to dig holes and replace them, which will take time. They still haven't scheduled a time to do that.

I'll keep this thread updated with the status of my internet connection. Until then, I'll see you on my phone SWU.

Well, first update. A few days ago a couple workmen painted lines on the ground. Today a few more guys painted a few more lines.

Are the men dressed like Alchemists....?

Do these lines spell out 'omgwtf'?

Do these lines seem to be a summoning circle of some sort?

Are these lines set every five yards?

Do they form an outline of Alfred Hitchcock?

If the answer is yes to any of the above....you may need to:

1) worry
2) fire the workers
3) get the hell outta dodge

and/or

4) learn to either coach a football team or lead a marching band.

otherwise...hey! it's a step in the right direction! =D

Yesterday my laptop decided to spaz out and freeze while making a grinding and popping noise. No matter what I do, kt keeps doing that. I'll be near an apple store next saturday and I can get it looked at then. But for the forseeable future my computer is dead, and I am unable to make any posts I owe.

So, my harddrive is dying they say. They might be able to save my files, and they're going to replace it for a low price. I am mucho happy.

Well, after about two months we now have internet at home. It is very much a relief, and now I can use my mom's desktop while my laptop is away getting repaired.

And in other news, I have been hired by Walmart. I will be doing overnight stocking, so in a week or so, my hours on here may become slightly different than they are now.
