Planet Name: Azjhoul
Planet Type: Terrestrial
Habitable: Yes
System: Nerub System in the unknown regions
Terrain Overview: The planet is covered by a massive ocean, with three large continents spread out on the ocean. The northern continent is completely covered in snow and ice, with hundreds of underground caverns and tunnels, where the peaceful and sophisticated Ahs'Qir live. The western continent's terrain is divided into two types, the northern half is calm plains and forests, while the southern halves is entirely deserts and mountains, ruled by the Aqeiur, a subspecies of the Ahs'Qir, but more brutal and savage than their peaceful and sophisticated cousins. The eastern continent is almost entirely forest, with the central being a massive mountain range, with the southern tip being a harsh and humid jungle, dotted with swamps and lakes.
Notable Geographic Features:
Mt. Zhuel: The largest mountain in the planet, located on the eastern continent. It was used as a large mine to mine out ores used for armor , buildings and weapons.
Azghol Glacier: The largest glacier in all the world, located on the northern continent, Azoul'Karub is currently located inside the glacier.
Capital City
Azoul'Karub: The large underground city sits far underneath the frozen northern continent, and is one of the many wonders of this planet, having being formed millions of years ago. The cavern's walls are lined with thousands if crystals, and many species of fungi that produce their own light, bathing the massive city in various colors. The intelligent Ahs'Qir proclaim this city as the world's capital, but their southern cousins disagree.
Major Cities
Durak'Thal: This large city sits on one of the few stable parts in the massive desert on the southern parts of the western continent. The cities walls are the only thing that protects the inhabitants from the massive sandstorms that plague the desert. The brutal Aqeiur proclaim this as the world's capital, but their northern cousins disagree.
Temple of Arachethun, the Spider Deity: This holy temple sits on the northern part of the eastern continent, and has been abandoned for nearly 2,189 years. The Sith have recently set up a Sith Outpost near the temple, and are also training Sith Initiates within the hallowed halls of the temple, for their seems to be a unnaturally strong aura of the darkside emitting from the temple.
Sentient species:
The Intelligent Ahs'Qir
The Brutish Aqeiur
The various species currently in the Sith ranks. Humans, Zabraks, Togruta, Kaleesh, ECT

History:
The world of Azjhoul was formed billions of years ago in the unknown regions near the massive sun, Ahjher. At first the planet was completely water, in which the first signs of life slowly evolved. The world changed over many millions of years, the water slowly receded, and the first of what would become a large supercontinent arose. The rest of the massive continent would be revealed, and thats when the primitive water life started ti transition to land, and took on a insect-like quality. The first intelligent creatures were the Aq'uir, a large Insectoid creature which ruled over the entire world of Ajhol, which means World of Dreams. They built the Grand City of Aquidomus, which stretched from the tip of the continent to the western plains.
Over the years the Aq'uir would grow in power and intelligence, eventually creating the bane of all sentient creatures, war. The great Aq'uir Civil war erupted in 78,756 BBY, leading to a cataclysmic war which tore the city-nation apart. The once proud city divided it's borders, leading to the creation of the northern city of Azoul'Kahet, City of the Wise, ruled by the Ahs'Qir, and Durak'Zhael, City of the Strong, ruled by the Aqeuir. Both kingdoms hated eachother, which would lead to 2 costly wars, the first of which was the War of Superiority, in which Azoul'Kahet tried to wrestle control of the eastern lands. Both sides would overexert their resources, leading to a vile war to gain the lush forests of the east for timber, and the mighty mountains for ore.
In the end the armies of Azoul'Kahet would win over the northern forests and mountains, and the armies of Durak'Zhael would be stuck with the swamps and jungles of the south. The economy of the Ahs'Qir would skyrocket, leading them to become vastly more intelligent to the poverty stricken Aqeiur. The Aqeiur would resort to more brutish tactics of living, having to deal with the deadly creatures native to the plains and deserts. The second war broke out in 34,890, where the Aqeiur desperately tried to overthrow the Ahs'Qir, but were beaten back after 10 years of a easily one sided battle, the Aqeiur were easily beaten by the superior weapons and tactics of the Ahs'Qir. During the year 29,000 a massive planetary shift broke the continent apart, destroying most of the two kingdoms, scattering both to the north and south, but also stranding the followers of Arachethun on the eastern continent. The kingdom of Azoul'Kahet renamed itself to Azoul'Karub, City of the Cursed, and the old kingdom of Durak'Zhael was renamed into Durak'Thal, City of the Deserted.
In the year 5,790 BBY, a Quarren Sith lord named Darth Vanitus arrived on the newly named Azjhoul, World of Nightmares, landing near the massive temple of Arachethun, teaching the surviving cultists the way of the darkside, using the temple as a massive Nexus, in which magnified his power tenfold. The prolonged use caused the land to become unstable, until all the evil contained there erupted, nearly destroying the massive temple, and ripping the souls from the cultists, leaving the land a black and dead land, yet normal plant life continued to thrive around the destruction. Recently the Sith have discovered the temple, using it as a place to teach neophytes and acolytes, thanks to the residual darkside energy. Recently no outsiders had discovered the two kingdoms yet, but someone is bound to.
