Character permission: First character.
Name: Myra Subach
Race: Human
Age: 25
Height: 5'6.5"
Weight: 145lbs
Birthplace: Upper Coronet, Corellia
Appearance: Myra has a smooth, beautiful face with no blemishes whatsoever. Her black locks of hair are slightly curled and reach just below shoulder length, either fully behind her or gently draped over one shoulder. Typically dressed in comfortable yet alluring dresses, or the occasional business suit or exercise outfit, she has an attractive figure, one she is not afraid to use as part of her negotiating skills. Modestly tan, her muscles are rather average.
While she is physically beautiful, people sometimes feel a bit uneasy being around her. Often, they also feel as though they're being watched, even if she has her back to them. These are caused by her latent Force-Sensitivity being combined with her desire to increase in stature, wealth, and power.
Personality: Myra is a fun, outgoing kind of woman. If anyone didn't know better, they'd say she was half-Zeltron. She enjoys parties, adventures, and other fun stuff. On the business side of things, she ardently works on her projects and refuses to be interrupted by something unless the matter is truly urgent. While at times she seems to be rather shallow(in regards to partying and her value of others), a true friend of hers will realize that she desires something more then shallow affection.
Being almost three-faced(with a personal, social, and business life), however, takes its toll on her. Frustration that she reveals neither to her friends nor her business associates builds up when she's alone. Were it not for the fact that she is basically untrained as a Force-Sensitive, she would be considered on the brink of falling to the Dark Side. However, she knows little to nothing about the Force, and as such, does not know about her current alignment condition.
Occupation: Corporate Executive/Engineer

Bio:
It was a simple birth. A young baby girl, weighing almost exactly 7 pounds, was born to Jerred and Alla Subach, a struggling pair of entrepreneurs. The two of them rejoiced in happiness as they each took turns holding their daughter, their precious and gleaming jewel and all that mattered to them in the world. It was not important to them whether or not Jerred's starfighter corporation got off the ground. So long as they had their baby girl, life was good.
Naming their daughter Myra, the two went back to Coronet with their newborn child and began to be full-time parents. However, Jerred was spending less and less time with his wife and daughter, due to his starfighter corporation taking off. As a result, Myra was mostly left in the care of her mother.
As she grew older, Myra began to display something she liked to call her "clarity", or when she was younger, her "contacts". This "clarity" was her ability to see through others' lies and to determine how people were feeling. She herself realized that this was not what the average human had, and as such only explicitly revealed it to her parents and close friends. Her father's thought about this was that perhaps his daughter was Force-Sensitive.
The unusual facet of this was that neither he nor Alla were Force-Sensitive. Acting on a hunch, he had DNA tests taken for himself and Alla, them revealing that the two both had a rare recessive trait that gave Force Sensitivity. Thinking over his options of whether to send his daughter to the Jedi or not, he decided against it, as he would need her to take over his company upon death, and he did not want to interrupt her life with this should she have become a Jedi Knight by this point in time.
Realizing that he was beginning to grow distant from his daughter, Jerred began to allocate his schedule towards spending time with Myra. He would take her out, teach her how to work with technology, and the like. If he was unable to make time to spend with her, he would instead bring her to work with him. Her innocence, charm, and ability to see through the lies of others helped her father make several astute business deals while avoiding some lesser-then-wise deals that would've devastated his company.
To prepare her for life outside the cozy little world she lived in, Jerred purchased her a select-power blaster pistol. Sending it to his employees to have it engraved and coated with layers of the finest metals, he himself etched his daughter's initials into the back of the gun. The day he presented it to her was the day that he began to teach her how to use it properly, with training using the low-power setting on some of the guard droids for Subach's company. She became quite proficient with usage of the blaster pistol, being able to hit a first shot with near-perfect accuracy up to about 20 meters.
Eventually, however, Myra needed to go to college in order to fulfill her dreams of becoming a starfighter and starship engineer. Enrolling at the University of Corellia, she resolved to ardently study her courses and get herself a bachelors' degree, believing that it would provide her with the knowledge and credentials necessary for her to thrive in the business world, hopefully as an employee of her father's.
Over the next 4 years, she studied, passed her classes, made friends, and interned with her father's company, which had grown massively over the years. Finally, she gained herself a degree and, with her father's assistance, got a job as an engineer at Subach-Innes. She began to help her father and other engineers on the company's latest projects, primarily on the starfighter and starship end of things.
Her big break came during a bad time in Subach-Innes' financial history. Needing a new product to make money off of, Myra began to work on updating the company's outdated ML-9 laser to modern standards. The first attempt resulted in the marginally-improved ML-16 laser, which, although it performed better then the ML-9, did not show enough improvement significantly to produce in more then limited numbers. Not having failed, she kept working on it.
The answer to her conundrum came in a dream or vision of a sort: why not exchange the light emitter with something that emitted a more powerful form of radiation? After failing to find enough improvement with an ultraviolet emitter, the answer appeared in the form of an X-ray level emitter. Realizing that the increase in firepower could be toned down to enable an increase in fire rate, Myra made the modifications, and the Subach HL-7 xaser was born.
Delivering her idea to her now-ailing father, he immediately began mass-production of the weapon. Proving to be superior to the ML-9, not to mention most laser cannons on the market, the HL-7 became a hit, boosting sales in the independent market enough that Subach-Innes was able to recover from its slump.
The good times, however, were not to last. Soon afterwards, her father died. While the official cause of death was not revealed, some believed that he was assassinated by the Hutts, which he had a poor business deal with some years ago. Whatever the reason, it gave Myra the opportunity to inherit the company.
Immediately, she began to work on more projects with the help of some new employees. These projects would hopefully be purchased by Republic, Sith, or independent military forces hoping to acquire new technology. Until then, she continued to bide her time, furthering the evolution of technological progress.

A brown-haired man stood in an elevator as he waited for it to reach the floor of the offices of Subach Industries. Once it finally did, the door opened and led the man down a hallway to a pair of large, stained, wroshyr-wood doors. Looking down at the ground, he noticed a service droid pushing the door open a crack before entering the room. The man held the door open and entered the room.
Lying down on a sofa, checking her personal datapad, was Myra Subach. Dressed in a form-fitting black cocktail dress, she was searching through the Subach Industries holosite, making sure her employees were updating it as new products came to light. The man began to walk closer to her when she suddenly stopped fiddling with her datapad and sat up, turning to him.
You must be the new trainee I was told about. Please, sit down.
She motioned for him to sit on the other end of the couch, which he did.
Your resume is quite impressive. Graduated with a Masters Degree in spaceframe engineering from Tatooine's Dune Sea University, worked for several independent starfighter companies on small-scale projects, and have previously been contracted by the Republic military for help in designing a new docking system for fighters. Quite a bit of experience on your part.
She smiled at him, her glimmering jade eyes peering deep into his mind. He knew that she would know if he lied about something.
There is one thing that I would like to know before I officially accept you as an employee, however.
The man raised an eyebrow at her quizzically as she leaned forward, her face a mere inch or two away from his own.
How good of a kisser are you?
The man's face suddenly smiled as he moved forward, giving the CEO a 5 second kiss on the lips. She paused, then smiled again.
Good. Now check the nearest data station and get to work. You have a job to get to now, you know...
The man smiled, got up, bowed courteously, and exited as Myra turned away with a devious smile on her face.
