Name: Alron Nuhan
Race: Miraluka/Human
Age: 29
Height: 6'3
Weight: 180 Pounds
Appearance: Alron is a tall and slender sort, with shoulder length, wavy brown hair, and pale skin. His physique is nothing particularly special, although for his slender disposition he does harbour a fair amount of toned muscle, particularly in his abdomen.
Since his blinding as a child, Alron has worn a bandana over his eyes in a strip, both to distract attention from their fading colour (They were once a radiant blue, and now a milky grey), and to represent how he embraced his Miraluka heritage.
He dresses himself in long, light brown cloak over a cream Tunic. He wears a pair of loose fitting pants, It's on the waist of these he keeps his belt, which, amongst over things, is where his lightsaber is strapped.
Personality: For a blind man, Alron has proven to be rather independent, although he never turns down help when the chance presents itself. He's displayed a great amount of empathy when dealing with people in distress, and often brings a literal version of 'blind optimism' to the events he takes part in. This does not, however, make him a fool, as he's proven to be quite thoughtful, and often shows initiative when stuck with a problem.
However, he's also been known to be too trusting, and in the past he's allowed malicious purposes to bipass him temporarily, however he often finds himself rectifying these mistakes.
As he developed, he began to mirror the somewhat sarcastic sense of humour of his Jedi Master, although he rarely offends people with it, and apologizes profusely when he does.
Despite not being wholly Miraluka, Alron has shown great acceptance in his heritage, even to the point that he recognizes himself, not as human but solely as Miraluka. This is obvious when he speaks with people of the same race, as he addresses all Miraluka as 'Brother', and 'Sister', acknowledging that he considers them all to be part of the same, grand family.
As a person himself, Alron behaves how you would expect a Jedi to behave, in most cases. And although he sometimes makes off handed comments and sarcastic jokes (Such as ones regarding his lack of sight), he's proven to be particularly empathetic and polite when the situation calls for it.
In his free time, Alron studies ancient literature and music, and on rare occasions, he flies out to planets uninhabited by intelligent life, in order to look for new species. It's also not too rare for him to visit slums in order to earn insight into the plight of the less fortunate, and help if he can.
Alron believes that what's most important in life is mercy. His philosophy is that everybody is born and dies equally, a mindset he has adopted ever since losing his sight and finding it didn't particularly hinder him. As a result, he always warns an opponent that they can surrender before a fight.

Bio: Alron was born to the Miralaku Jori'a Minoa and her Human Husband, Stanley Nuhan in a small Hospital on a planet called Alpheridies, on the edge of The Veil.
From conception, it seemed that the odds were against them, however, as Elders and Doctors alike warned that a Miralaku and Human Offspring often carried physical and mental disabilities from birth, but Jori'a, confident in unborn son, refused to abort the pregnancy, and when Alron was born, he was born perfectly healthy, with a radiant pair of human blue eyes.
In fact, at first it seemed like he harboured no mutations or disabilities whatsoever, Alron showed all the signs of being an ideal child. That is, until around his third Birthday, when his sight began to fade.
Jori'a, whom had been 'blind' all of her life, as was normal for her species, soothed Alron as he slowly lost his ability to see, but his father was sceptical that his son would ever see again, considering quite a lack of Force Sensitive relatives on his part.
When Alron had gone completely blind, much to his fathers surprise, he found that soon he could see the world again, albeit through a different and somewhat confusing lens.
Alron didn't see pitch blackness, as he'd expected. The world seemed to be through a sort of black and white lens, and through it he saw faint lines of light, that he told his parents, joined all living things together, himself included.
Delighted by the news, Jori'a decided that, against Stanley's wishes, she would bring Alron up as a Miraluka. When his parents separated over a disagreement on the subject, Alron had already accepted Miraluka ways. He covered his eyes and greeted all Miraluka as his brother, as they did in return. However, struggling to keep up with Alron on her own, Jori'a went on to seek out the help of a Jedi, and asked him to take Alron to a temple, and train him in the ways of the Force.
Jori'a also requested to keep Alron until he was five, and once she'd helped him fully embrace their race, and spent some much needed time with him, she allowed the Jedi to take him to Coruscant and never saw him again.
As a Youngling and through his Padawan training, Alron showed potential in team work, although he never seemed particularly confident in the role of a leader. He often displayed empathy with Younglings who missed their parents, and didn't seem to mind giving up the bandana his Mother had given him prior to being taken to the temple. He did, however, insist on replacing it, but the bandana he adopted lacked the same sentimental meaning.
As a Youngling specifically, he proved to be a friendly and helpful soul, becoming good friends with another, full blooded Miraluka Youngling called Roman.
Roman proved to be confident as a leader, often appearing defensive of Alron around the other Younglings.
Roman sometimes referred to Alron as his 'adoptive' brother, and Alron reciprocated the affection.
Their bond was seemingly unbreakable, but as Roman was a few years older, he was accepted to be a Padawan far before Alron was.
Roman often came back to visit him, but eventually stopped when his duties became too much.
Disheartened, Alron made peace with his disappearance and continued to socialize with the other Younglings.
It was only when he became a Padawan, he learned that Roman had been killed in an avalanche on Hoth, whilst he and his Master tracked a ship that had crashed into the planet.
Alron paid his respects when he could, and apologized for thinking Roman had abandoned him.
The Jedi Master who took him, A Twi'lek called J'hot Mojiha, expressed concern regarding Alron's blindness, as his human genetics meant his Force Sight was not quite as clear as the rest of the Miraluka Jedi. To combat this, in training, she passed on the secret of the technique 'Force Blindness', explaining to other Jedi and Alron himself that it would permit him to 'level' the playing field, and in the case of his Force Sight (Which was still good enough to use without conscious effort, despite it being less accurate than a normal Miraluka's), would even given him the upper hand in some situations.
It took him quite a few particularly long periods of meditation and hard work before he could utilize the ability, but it quickly came in handy once he could.
From the age of thirteen until fifteen, J'hot trained Alron to use melee weapons other than Lightsabers in order to pre-emptively train him in weapon based combat.
Things generally heavier than a lightsaber were a common aspect of his weapons training, as J'hot thought this would make wielding an actual lightsaber far easier and fluid.
It was around the end of this training that Alron turned fifteen, and began his training in the varying Lightsaber forms.
It was when Alron turned Sixteen that he and his Master went on their first diplomatic mission together. However, the greeting convoy that met them when they arrived turned out to be a group of thugs who often ransacked ships in that particular sector.
The ambush was luckily predicted by J'hot, whom was quick to fight off the greeting party and escape into the vents with Alron.
The two were outnumbered and outgunned, and it was at this time that Alron first used his Force Blinding technique, in unison with his Master, to give them the upper hand as they crept through the ship and eliminated the threats.
Then, whichever diplomats hadn't already been killed were quickly freed, and the ship, piloted by J'hot, was landed on the nearest planet.
Alron and his master then returned to Coruscant, where they continued to work on and better Alron's Force Blindness technique.
Between the ages of seventeen and eighteen, Alron continued to escort his Master on missions, often utilizing his Force Blindness Technique. But he learned to take mercy on the people he fought as he did so. J'hot trained him with a strong sense of Justice, but taught him to control his anger in such a way that taking a life became a burden, opposed to an act of duty. However, if he saw darkness that could not be redeemed within his enemy, he would only offer them the chance to surrender once, and fight without hesitation otherwise.
When Alron turned nineteen, he was told he was applicable for his trials, with J'hot's blessing, confident that she had taught him all she could.
Alron passed many of his trials with great hardship, but his endurance, J'hot later said, was 'Almost beyond impressive'. This was during his Trial of Skill, in which he successfully fended off his Masters attacks until the trial ended. He was not considered anything particularly special, however.
When Alron passed the Trials of Courage and Flesh, it was not under supervised conditions.
On a routine mission to Kashyyyk to discuss the growing issue of poachers on the planet with the Wookie as part of a mission of diplomacy,
Alron and J'hot found themselves caught up in a sudden chase, as an Albino Wookie pup had been taken from its parents during the meeting.
Pursuing the poachers- a group of Rodian's who had acquired illegal blasters- The Jedi found themselves lost in the forest, with precious time running out.
However, the poachers' impatience ended up being their downfall, as a badly aimed blaster shot not only led J'hot and Alron to them, but also to a camp they'd set up deep within the forest, where they had acquired not only Wookie pups, but various other forms of Kashyyyk native life. Alron was disgusted to see that some of these creatures, wookies included, had been killed and skinned for their fur.
Alron and his Master made quick work of the lower downs, but one of the heads of the operation, an ex-bounty hunting Rodian who went by the name of Frolar, took the Albino pup hostage, and threatened to kill the Pup if the Jedi didn't let him go.
Forced to make a Judgement call, Alron drew his lightsaber and went on to attack, causing the death of the Wookie pup but saving countless others. The Rodian fired off one other shot, which caused jerry cans of fuel stored in the camp to catch fire, lighting some of the surrounding trees on fire as a result, but the Jedi didn't realize it was as bad as it was until they'd evacuated most of the creatures trapped in the camp.
However, when they did realize, there was still one fully grown Wookie chained up in the camp.
The flames were growing intense however, and Alron told J'hot to get the rest of the Wookie Pups back to the nearest settlement as he released the last one.
Hesitantly, she agreed and ran on ahead, whilst Alron struggled to, but eventually freed, the Wookie.
As they ran back, though, the flames caused a withered, burning tree to collapse on top of him, breaking two of his ribs and severely burning his back.
However, the Wookie he'd freed tossed the tree to the side, and dragged Alron to safety.
After a few hours of rest, Alron went on to seek out the parents of the Albino pup he'd caused the death off, and apologized profusely, begging forgiveness.
Although they agreed that what he'd done was for the greater good, the loss weighed heavily on both his conscience and his mind.
With his injuries only getting worse because of his insistence to apologize to the parents, Alron was sedated by J'hot until they returned to Coruscant.
His ribs were fixable, but the burns on his back would forever remain in the form of scars. Combating his failure and retaining his injury, in the eyes of his Master, qualified him for the Challenges of Flesh and Courage.
For a while, Alron fell mute. He would not speak, he simply meditated on his actions, and asked himself if he was right, and avoided missions when he could, which was rare, but J'hot sympathized with the grieving boy.
He remained like this for a while, until a routine patrol of Coruscant led Alron to a rooftop, where a gunman was threatening to kill a girl if authorities pursued them further.
Alron asked them to step down, and attempted to reason with the gunman, the first time he'd spoken in over a month. However, he refused to budge, and attempted to pull the trigger.
Alron was fast enough to stop him from making a kill shot, however, the girl he'd taken as a hostage was blinded by the shot he'd taken.
Alron returned to the Temple, thoroughly disgraced, and refused to speak again for the rest of the month, instead meditating on what he'd learned.
It was during this meditation that he became fully aware of the implications of his silence. He found that his silence was his way of showing aggression, aggression that would, sooner or later, lead him down a path he would not be able to stop following.
After coming to this realization, Alron returned to working with his Master, and forgave himself for what he'd done, reasoning that it wasn't his fault, and as his master J'hot told him, 'You can't save everyone, every time.'
Thoroughly reminded of failure to save the cub on Kashyyyk, he made peace with his mistakes and his past, and apologized to both J'hot and the council for his unprofessional behaviour.
The Council and J'hot reasoned that this revelation classified as completion of the Trial of Spirit.
Not too long afterwards, J'hot provided Alron with the crystal that would later decide the colour of his blade, and allowed him to create his own Lightsaber over about a month. When it was completed- designed in a style similar to that of J'hot's in tribute and gratitude- Alron continued through his Padawan life with relative ease, and later on cut his ponytail to become a Jedi Knight.
To commemorate the occasion, J'hot gave Alron the bandana he wears over his eyes now, a pale green one she wore on their first diplomatic mission together.

Blaster fire flew throughout the alleyway, as the Rodian Alron had been pursuing backed further away.
He was unfocused, and frightened. It was with great ease that the Jedi reflected his own fire back at him, although the shots never so much as brushed his skin.
It was a method of intimidation, that was all.
"Get back, you Jedi filth!" the Rodian cried, as his ammunition dried up, and he stumbled into a dead end, and fell against a grime ridden wall.
"You aren't doing yourself any favours, Brolan," Alron said calmly, his lightsaber's blade receding, as he lowered the hilt to his belt.
"Look, I didn't do nothin', alright?!"
"My sources lead me to believe otherwise, Brolan."
"But you didn't see nothin'!"
Alron smiled kindly, as he approached with a slowing pace, "That was in rather poor taste."
Cornered, Brolan reached out a quivering hand, "You don't have any evidence!"
"I have more than enough footage," he replied calmly, re-tightening his bandana, "And it doesn't help that your immediate reaction to seeing me included drawing your blaster."
"Yeah, well... you Jedi type are all the same! You would'a run me in for somethin' anyway!"
"Not if you were innocent," Alron shook his head, "Which you clearly aren't. Come on, get up and we wont have any trouble."
Brolan grunted something angrily, before getting to his feet.
"Coming quietly?"
"Of course, Master Jedi," Brolan nodded... before drawing a secondary blaster, "Once you kill me, that is."
In a bright green blur, two shots were fired.
Both missed, and where the Rodian's firing hand had been, there was not a cleanly burnt stump.
It took a moment before he collapsed again, whimpering as he clutched at where his hand used to be.
"Mercy Jedi, Mercy!" he whined, "Don't kill me!"
Arlon raised his blade, causing Brolan to wince, before he retracted it, and slid it back onto his belt.
"I can see you're sorry," he adjusted his bandana, "As silly as it sounds. Come along, Brolan. Keep your hand where I can see it."
Brolan looked down in defeat, and extended both his good and his newly disabled arms to be cuffed, "Of course."
